The hotel has a very stylish design, perfectly matching the Nürburgring theme. Our room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom that featured a large shower, which we appreciated. The room also came with a balcony offering a great view of the Nürburgring, which was a fantastic touch.
However, the bed was a bit disappointing – it was two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle.
A Nespresso machine with four capsules was provided, but unfortunately, there were no refills despite our stay spanning several nights.
We encountered a small issue upon check-in when the receptionist made a mistake, causing our keycard to stop working at 10 a.m. on our first morning. While they offered to make up our room each morning, this service was not provided during our stay.
On a positive note, the staff at the bar and restaurant were fantastic – friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience very pleasant.
Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, and with a few improvements in service, it could offer an even better experience.

Some advertised facilities/amenities were unavailable due to a "conference."
Unable to use lobby; coffee, and afternoon sweets were "off-limits" although on display in the lobby.
We were there as part of a large group that took up at least one entire floor.

Great place to stay if visiting the ring. Highly recommend going upstairs to the rooftop terrace on level 4 for a good view of the circuit start finish.

Woke up to a GT3 race. Amazing! Rooms feel a little dated, but what an experience. 100% worth a stay.

Absolutely amazing! The staff were really nice and made me feel extremely welcome, the rooms and everything was spotless. It really made the experience lovely.

Excellent hotel! I recommend taking a room with a view of the track. Smoking is allowed on the balcony!

Great location but very basic hotel. Large rooms, basic amenities and half the rooms overlooking the track. Great if you're there for an event, but could probably do better if you're there for a track day.

Overall nice facilities, but one thing is a deal breaker. NO AIR CONDITIONING, which is why it gets 2 stars. This would be fine if they had screens on windows so that you could leave them open, but they don't have this either, so leaving your window open fills your room with insects. Consequently, you can't get a decent nights sleep during summer at this hotel, unfortunately. At least install window screens...

Great hotel full of history and right on the edge of the main F1 track. Just up the road from the ring public entrance. Cockpit bar is full of ring track history too.
