Very nice facility, very friendly and welcoming staff; Food is very tasty - from healthy to filling. Many of the trails starting from Riedlberg are particularly good. E-bikes are available for rent.

Came to this hotel today by chance on a bike tour and stopped for a cappuccino. There was a great buffet of cakes that we could help ourselves to. So delicious, I loved it. The hotel is in a great location and is very beautiful. We will definitely book a stay here one day. We will meet again!

Thanks for the cosy stay at your hotel. We spent 3 nights at your place and made use of the overwhelming wellness offer. "Erlebnissauna" is not what a Sauna purist would expect but it was a fun experience. Food was delicious and personal was always kind! The room (112) could have been more modern. Anyway well deserved 5 stars!

Great with few areas for improvement. The new sauna and the events there are great. Also the artificial lake is a very nice place. Food is very nice and buffets are great. The WiFi coverage is weak across almost all areas and re-logon every time is annoying (in particular as cell coverage is weak as well).

Rustic oak style hotel. I liked it! Fits perfectly into the place and the landscape! Value for money was impeccable. Very nice place, very kind staff and very delicious breakfast. Unfortunately there is no elevator, but very spacious room and big balcony made up for it.

Well suited for a short stay. The hotel is centrally located and restaurants can be reached quickly. However, the hotel is already getting a little old, and some things could be improved or beautified. The sauna is very nice. Breakfast extensive and delicious.

We were there for 2 days. When we arrived we were immediately warmly greeted and both dogs were welcome. Rooms clean and tidy. Breakfast was very tasty, the rolls were great. The boss is very nice and makes sure that the guests feel comfortable. We'll definitely come back.

Everything is great. We had a suite, it really looked like in the photos, I especially want to note the friendliness of the staff.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Der Skibus ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut.

You came in and was served in a friendly manner. The food was one of a kind. The restaurant is super cozy and very clean. The service was courteous, even though she was alone at first. We look forward to our next visit there. I can recommend it only.

We ate there twice during our vacation. Both times food was very good. Particularly to be highlighted or praised are the young ladies from the service. Natural, friendly and brisk ... they really do a very good job!

Einfach alles, Zimmer war wunderschön sehr groß und gemütlich. Das Frühstück/Mittag und Abendessen war ein Traum, es war alles dabei was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gemütlich sauber und erholsam .

Good rooms with a balcony and a beautiful view of Bodenmais. Staff friendly and rooms clean. Breakfast at the table good and plentiful because of Corona. However, there were a few things on the day of departure. We were the last guests in the house. Nevertheless, definitely recommendable.

The hotel was great. Our room was solidly furnished, we didn't miss anything. We could always have breakfast with a great view over Bodenmais. In the evening we could have a few drinks in the Woid Glam hut and enjoy the delicious tarte flambée. The staff were all super nice and friendly. We would love to come back.

We had a german road trip over 4 weeks. In this hotel we stayed 5 days to see the national park and the beautiful bavarian wood. the view from our balcony was amazing (we had room 32). the way in to the city is about 10 minutes, but no problem. we have never seen such a breakfast any time before. just gorgeous!

We booked an apartment with half board. The apartment itself and the entire hotel complex is very clean. At dinner you can choose between two main courses, which tasted very good. You also got another portion if needed. Furthermore there was always a salad buffet, a soup and a dessert. I cannot confirm negative reviews that have already been given.

Was a super nice vacation there. We had our rooms next to each other. The first time in 3 years that a hotel has made it, we were very happy. Great food had enough choice. Would come again :)

The apartments are located in separate buildings within a few 100m's of the main hotel building with restaurant, sauna, spa and kids play area. The restaurant was convenient, spacious and the food generally tasty and varied. lunches were very basic; usually a soup. Breakfast is fine but no fresh juice etc. sometimes eggs. Kids play area is in the basement a long way from the restaurant. Otherwise ok...

We traveled with our granddaughter to the hotel the rooms are clean and taken care of and the hotel staff were all very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately we could not use the sauna because it was always occupied and there were no appointments. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied. At dinner the desserts were too powerful for me.

We stayed there for 3 nights. I can't say anything bad about the food. Everything was great. If you are really hungry you can get a second one anytime. Everything was very clean and the staff was always friendly. Would love to go back!

Great hotel with its own wellness area. Half board is extensive, dinner with plenty of choice and always delicious and attractively prepared.

The location is good. The swimming pool and the sauna are quite ok. Despite the lack of staff, the employees tried very hard. The rooms in the main building are no longer brand new and the old carpet in the main building smells very musty. That would have to be fixed.

We were guests in the Bavarian Forest in January. There is no elevator in the entire house, so guests with even mild disabilities can hardly enjoy their stay. The room was relatively newly renovated and the armchairs were very comfortable. There was no smoke detector in the entire room, is that even allowed? Nice and clean hotel right in the middle of Viechtach's historic town center with shopping and eating nearby. Single rooms are very small but double room are ok. Fridge and water kettles are missing. Great breakfast buffet but the restaurant menu is pretty limited.

We spent 4 lovely days with 3 adults and 2 children (17 months and 7 years). We had a suite with 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and a nice living room.
