We stayed at Hotel Falter for one night on or way through Germany to Austria. We really enjoyed the excellent Hotel with the excellent room (freshly renovated and absolute top!), the wonderful food and the charming village. We regret that we left far to early and cant wait to get back.

A popular hotel in the centre of Drachselsried. One of very few places that accept credit cards. Plenty of parking and the restaurant is recommended.

The Bavarian Forest as you imagine it. Great location, attentive and friendly staff. In the middle of nature as a good starting point for hikes. Gluten-free breakfast possible on request

The hotel is in a great, quiet location, the facilities are also great. Crockery, refrigerator after completion of a kitchen, sauna, relaxation room, pool, etc Everything was very clean and all the employees were very friendly. We had an older room, which was clean and well-kept with a large balcony. The breakfast was very good, with fresh rolls (no baked goods), freshly prepared eggs, fruit, muesli...

Nice Location in the heart of Bavaria. Delicuous meals and beverages, kind waiter and friendly Management. Beautiful, untouched nature. Skiing, hiking and other leasures nearby. High service and affordable prices.

Very nice farm. The owners are very friendly, nice rooms and very clean. The breakfast is very good, a Jura coffee machine makes excellent coffee. WLAN is available, most of them need it. The connection to the sights is excellent. Local restaurants are also not far away, some of them can be reached on foot in town! Conclusion, for us again and again, 5 stars +++

We have been coming to the farm for 6 years. The Achatz family is very nice and gives valuable tips for excursions even in the sixth year. The farm itself is great for the children. Vehicles and space are plentiful. The bread service is great. You don't have to go to the bakery early, just pick up the rolls you have ordered in the main building. The selection options for the rolls are very diverse...

We stayed here for three days to relax and hike a bit. The room was cozy, spacious and inexpensive. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. We can definitely recommend the inn. The "glass village" in town is worth seeing.

Great value for money. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was extensive. For the night you should take earplugs with you because the romantic stream in front of the house is very loud.

We have been vacationing in the Bavarian Forest for over 40 years. And every time there is a meal at the Rappenhof on the agenda. It's one of those old characterful hotels with a huge dining area on the ground floor and the guest rooms above. The Rappenhof is in a quiet location despite good connections. I love the rustic spaces and furniture in the dining room. The new extension, on the other hand...

Our first holiday in the Bavarian Forest. We loved it. Accommodation is a bit older but wonderfully clean and quiet. Very good opportunities in the area for young and old. Excellent beds, we slept like a dream. Breakfast buffet at its finest. There was really everything you could wish for. And also during our stay in sufficient quantity. Really good.
