Thanks for the cosy stay at your hotel. We spent 3 nights at your place and made use of the overwhelming wellness offer. "Erlebnissauna" is not what a Sauna purist would expect but it was a fun experience. Food was delicious and personal was always kind! The room (112) could have been more modern. Anyway well deserved 5 stars!

Great with few areas for improvement. The new sauna and the events there are great. Also the artificial lake is a very nice place. Food is very nice and buffets are great. The WiFi coverage is weak across almost all areas and re-logon every time is annoying (in particular as cell coverage is weak as well).

Nice retreat for the weekend. Service was very good and nice people. A bartender was a bit unpolished service wise. Really good Spa with excellent products.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war hervorragend. Der Wellness-Bereich wird einem sehr hohen Anspruch gerecht, er lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Einfach alles, Zimmer war wunderschön sehr groß und gemütlich. Das Frühstück/Mittag und Abendessen war ein Traum, es war alles dabei was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gemütlich sauber und erholsam .

Nice hotel in a lovely location. Food and service were good and staff friendly. Only criticism was that the curtains were very thin and so I was woken up by early morning sunlight streaming into my room in the front of the hotel. Rooms at the rear probably didn't suffer from this problem.

It's a very nice hotel, the funiture in the rooms is a bit old school in my opinion but the rooms are clean and the view from the balconies is amazing. The people working at the hotel are most friendly and helpful.

Still enjoying the amenities. This place has everything to include an infinity heated pool..

Das Essen (HP) war sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und reichlich ausgestattet. OK.. Gesamtes Personal freundlich.

Always stop at the Brewery for a case of beer when in Bodenmais. I'm saving it for Christmas.

Everything is great. We had a suite, it really looked like in the photos, I especially want to note the friendliness of the staff.

It's a cheap clean hotel with very friendly staff. The only downer is the dinner, there are empty containers and bowls if you are not the first. (Salad, dessert, vegetables, etc.) The food is always tasted very late.

Great place, the staff is very kind and especially the host Mr. Ilija Evic who is very kind and pleasant.

I've been going on vacation for 46 years. From this experience I can recommend this hotel without any reservations. Everything fits here. From the boss with her nice and hard-working team to the excellent food, the very nice rooms and the great spa area.

We spent a lovely week here. The food, the wellness area, the cleanliness, the staff ... Everything was great! The location is just great and you can go on nice trips in the area.

Very nice if a bit older hotel. Very nice, large room that was always cleanly cleaned. Excellent cuisine - half board with 3 dishes of your choice (3 courses plus salad buffet. Very nicely prepared dishes (the eyes eat with you as you know) Moderate prices for the drinks. Totally friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended because it is also reasonably priced

Very nice hotel, quiet, a bit away from the center, on the mountain. We have been coming for six years now. I think that says it all! Ms. Müller and her team do everything to ensure that it is a great vacation.

A little pearl in the Bavarian Forest, cozy rooms, neat and clean. The breakfast is very rich - friendly staff, helpful. Great view of the Silverberg and the center of Bodenmais. We had a great time.

A beautiful, lovingly furnished pension. Best starting point for undertakings of all work. The owners are a great couple who are always on hand with help and advice. We were received very friendly and cared for throughout the holiday. Rooms are very chic and loving. Breakfast was great, plentiful and always offered with a fresh egg.

Were the first time in this pension we really liked it. Breakfast was very good, something for everyone. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is very quiet. The Kleist couple were always friendly and were available to answer any questions. All in all a nice vacation. Will recommend the pension.

We got fantastic food every day. The Halloween buffet was also beautiful. 😊 We had a very nice stay in the hotel. It's just a shame that no sauna infusion is currently being made. (Probably due to corona) Gladly again and again😊

Nicely located hotel in the middle of the village but still absolutely quiet. Room big and clean. Nice and very friendly staff. Nice wellness area with indoor and outdoor pool. Food very good. With the Gutikarte, free travel on buses and trains, you don't need a car. Felt completely relaxed after the days.

We have been to the beautiful hotel very often. Breakfast breathtaking, lunch snack varied and Always tasty. Dinner just fantastic and very nicely prepared. We always feel very comfortable. Can just be recommended. Staff is very good

A really beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and you feel very comfortable! The rooms are very cozy and each has a large balcony. At dinner there is a lot of variety: sometimes there is a generous buffet, on other days you can order food fresh from the kitchen. A large selection of fruits is always included. The hotel has a medium sized pool. There are also many massage offers to choose from....

Needs some updates. Beds and mattresses should be renewed. Wifi is not working properly throughout the whole hotel. English is an issue. Price/quality is OK.

Well arranged rooms. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly personal. A really good breakfast and a great dinner with very tasty and delicious food. Suited at the foot of the silver mountain and mine. In an interesting little town with many locations for looking and shopping. And many places for sport and hiking.

An all-round successful vacation! Staff super friendly, rooms of high quality and modern furnishings and the beds a dream. Everything was super clean and well-kept. Excellent food and a taste experience, wellness area with everything your heart desires. Location 1a you don't really need a car. Be sure to visit the spa gardens!

A hotel 🏨 to dream of. Run by a very nice and courteous couple. Great breakfast with everything you could want. You can get a three-course menu for 16.00 euros. Tastes great because the boss is a trained chef. Rooms are simple but cozy with WiFi and TV.

We felt very comfortable in the Hotel Sonnleitn. The breakfast was very good, there was something for every taste. We had half board. Dinner was great. We looked forward to it every morning. The boss was always very friendly and accommodating. All in all, you can only recommend the hotel.

Good rooms with a balcony and a beautiful view of Bodenmais. Staff friendly and rooms clean. Breakfast at the table good and plentiful because of Corona. However, there were a few things on the day of departure. We were the last guests in the house. Nevertheless, definitely recommendable.

The hotel was great. Our room was solidly furnished, we didn't miss anything. We could always have breakfast with a great view over Bodenmais. In the evening we could have a few drinks in the Woid Glam hut and enjoy the delicious tarte flambée. The staff were all super nice and friendly. We would love to come back.

We had a german road trip over 4 weeks. In this hotel we stayed 5 days to see the national park and the beautiful bavarian wood. the view from our balcony was amazing (we had room 32). the way in to the city is about 10 minutes, but no problem. we have never seen such a breakfast any time before. just gorgeous!

Very nice place, very kind staff and very delicious breakfast. Unfortunately there is no elevator, but very spacious room and big balcony made up for it.

Well suited for a short stay. The hotel is centrally located and restaurants can be reached quickly. However, the hotel is already getting a little old, and some things could be improved or beautified. The sauna is very nice. Breakfast extensive and delicious.

We were there for 2 days. When we arrived we were immediately warmly greeted and both dogs were welcome. Rooms clean and tidy. Breakfast was very tasty, the rolls were great. The boss is very nice and makes sure that the guests feel comfortable. We'll definitely come back.

Hello, everyone, We stayed in Mais in the Hotel Waldblick for a week and we didn't miss anything. The hosts were super nice and we really enjoyed the sauna, the swimming pool and the delicious food. Not to be forgotten is the quick and perfect room cleaning! All in all - can only be recommended and we would always prefer this hotel to the huge wellness facilities

Rustic oak style hotel. I liked it! Fits perfectly into the place and the landscape! Value for money was impeccable. Bodenmais is one of our favorite places and this was the second time we've stayed at the Rothbacher Hof Hotel. The location is perfect; out of the way without much traffic.
