The room was clean and nice furniture. The view was nice from the room. Didn’t like that they didn’t have a garbage can outside to throw out trash. Also the towels provided looked old and worn out. But the staff was friendly and informative

Not the first time here and it won't be the last time

This review actually has two parts. The first part belongs to the hotel and the second to the restaurant opposite. But since they belong together, this review naturally does too. The hotel was, as always, very good. Unfortunately, this does not apply to the brewery restaurant. The Brauhaus Schwanen is losing my popularity more and more. I had already complained about the breakfast on my first visit...

We came in late and left early because of our travel plans. The hotel was in the center of town. Room was small but very modern. Didn't eat there. Quick friendly check out. Very nice unit.

Very good experience with the staff and also the facilities of Bierkultur. The staff are also very helpful and above all professional. I will definitely choose the hotel for my next private trip in the area.

Very quiet hotel located in the semi-pedestrian part of the city. Spacious room, very well appointed and very original decorated. The small aperitifs offered in the room, for a modest price (€2.90), were tasty and perfect for the traveler who arrives too late to enjoy the restaurant!

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, enjoyed every day we stayed there. Amazing customer service, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, kind and courteous front lobby associates. Recommend to anyone and definitely will stay there on my next trip

A very comfortable hotel. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts in the morning were superb (great vanilla cafe latte) and the general restaurant dinners very tasty. Definitely the best gym and spa in the area!

Nice property. Nice rooms and a quiet night for a good rest. Went there for business, the only downside was the internet connection. Maybe it was the fact that me and my colleague were located in a separate building, but neither phone, tablet or laptop could hold the internet connection for more than a minute at a time. Very nice place to stay at in a beautiful city, but sadly since we were five in one room (and I understand it was at our request), it wasn't very comfortable and pretty messy. Nonetheless, an altogether good experience.

We were recently allowed to be a guest at a wonderful barbecue in the evening. There was, as always, a warm welcome by the hosts. The BBQ buffet left nothing to be desired, from the appetizers to the dessert everything was excellent. Meat and fish from the Grill were really very good. We come again any time!!!

Simple, good hotel. After 6PM there is no reception, so you have to call a number, it is on the entrance door. The staff identify ask your name and you get a pin code for the "key boy": it is like a letterbox, type in the code and get your keycard. The breakfast for me was an extra 8 euros, but worth it.

Booked a table for six with a goose plate. Perfectly prepared by the kitchen. Great service at the table. Very well implemented in terms of quality. What more do you want.

We stayed in this lovely, rustic style hotel for two nights. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, with plenty of storage space, comfy bed, mini-bar and lovely wood features. Free parking. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. It was in a good location for hiking, cycling or taking a bus into Ulm. Good restaurants near by too. We would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, cozy. We had breakfast and it was good. It is situated in a very nice location. The parking in front of the hotel was almost full when we got there, but there are more spots where to park somewhere else. Minibar with beer was appreciated :).

Nice quiet location with a church next to it. Rooms were full of dust which makes the Covid precautions in this hotel to a minimum. The glass walls at the breakfast don't make sense with a bar between the employee and the guests. Breakfast was ok, good boiled eggs, more than enough to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff, large room, tasteful breakfast. Church bells ring every quarter hour. Restaurant was full Sunday evening. We drove to Ulm center by car, it was not too far and there were interesting tourist attractions.

Rooms very spacious for a family. Clean and tidy. No fan, so very very hot in the rooms. Ate at the hotel, poor service and understaffed. Food was good though!

A good place to stay for 1 - 2 nights. If traveling for business that requires a stable internet connection, I would look elsewhere. Stability of a connection is poor at best. No air conditioning.

Outside of Ulm, in blaustine a peaceful place with all basic facilities. In house sauna and gym for guest. Bus stop few steps away and train station 500 mtr away. Restaurant only serve breakfast on all days. No dinners. Some rooms have kitchen, you can ask for utensils if you want to cook. Muller, Aldi and Rewe are 500mts away for your shopping needs. We selected this place last minute whilst driving through Germany for a nights rest. Not too far from the motorway, situated in a commercial town so little to do in the evenings. The room it's self was large, clean and comfy. A great stop over location.

The hotel is functional. Nothing extraordinary. The ladies at the front desk were quite cold, not the kind of warm welcome you'd expect. Ok breakfast, the same buffet every day. On the table some brown water they call coffee.

Nice hotel with sauna. Breakfast is OK, but nothing special I must say. The minus is lack of parking spots. I mean, there are of course some, but when it's booked it can be a problem. Also the turn to entrance to the parking is a bit sharp. Practically about 90 degrees. So, pay attention when you drove with your car.

Great central location..parking is a bit limited so keep that in mind if your driving. Although also close to the busses. Rooms are clan comfortable if only a bit dated ....but that's ok. The rooms are "physically" quite acceptable, good average I'd say. I really not appreciate the lack of WiFi in my room (therefore I deducted 2 stars). Running water, electricity both worked, but WiFi not.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff is super friendly and will immediately make you feel like home. It is well located in a very nice area 10mins away from the coty center by tram. The rooms have all you need for a good stay and breakfast was included (in our case). They also provide free parking on premises. We will return on my next trip to Ulm.

The welcome from staff, location and the hotel itself. Breakfast and dinner were excellent too. We have stayed once before in 2015 so it was lovely to return to this impressive property. Car parking was great and free too. Overall 10 out of 10 from us.

Good for visitors of the Bundeswehrkrankenhaus or the Uni-Klinik, both reachable in a 15min walk. Parking free. During weekends cheaper than on working days, breakfast good, rooms good, pizzeria inside but only opens til 21:00, not on sundays and holidays. Very close to Ulm Hospital which you can reach on foot. The reception is very clean with drinks and fruit available until 10pm. Board games and reading material are free to use. Modern hotel in de buitenwijk van Ulm. Nette kamers, goede douches en goed ontbijt. Water en koffie is gratis te gebruiken in de lobby/ ontbijt ruimte. Het hotel staat in een kantoren complex dus er is verder geen vertier. Het hotel heeft geen airco en in de zomer kan het vrij warm worden in de kamers. Al met al wel een goede doorgangs hotel.

Staff are friendly and service is good. Great for those who need to visit the companies nearby on short business trips. But there are no activities or restaurants nearby. One needs to drive to the city for shopping, food etc.

Clean, modern and convenient Short stay but would have stayed longer. New concept with electronic reception but ok.

The room is clean and bright. It is also very convenient to check in at the door. Parking is convenient and free. There is also a gym upstairs (I didn't use it). There are no staff throughout the whole process. It is very suitable for individual travel and is worth recommending.

When checking in, I pressed the button on the machine for a long time. The soundproofing is not very good and the breakfast is very simple. Barely acceptable for business trips

A great, convenient option if you’re travelling through Ulm. Rooms are comfortable with well appointed bathrooms. Very easy to get on and off freeways: nice touches like a lounge and fitness room. Would stay again.

Free parking is a big plus for a hotel close to the city center, within reasonable walking distance. Good internet, close to supermarkets, stores and fast food restaurants.

It was ok. It's a four-level building near Kauflland supermarket. When we were there, the elevator was broken. It was Mind your head if you get to stay in the 4th floor. You can have several choices for breakfast, though the selection was reduced on Saturday as opposed to weekdays. During our 7 days there, our rooms were not cleaned. It did not bother me much. Mainly, trash disposal was a bit annoying...

It is a simple hotel. Breakfast is o.k. Place to park your car is 5 á 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff is very friendly. There is no restaurnat in this hotel. If you are traveling around it is a good stop.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, but the lighting is not enough and it is dim. You can take the bus, but there is no subway.

This is a good business hotel. It is in a very convenient location. Although the facilities are a bit basic, it is still suitable for short business trips. Business travelers can stay here.

Easy to reach and near to some general stores but a bit distant from the city center

The hotel location was great , the Staff Abod who was in the reception is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel overall is ok, however, the room is not big enough to place 3 seats, we need to sit on the bed when we are 3 in the room where only 2 stools provided.

Very nice, well priced hotel, close to the central train station. We only stayed in Ulm one night, but the hotel was great for our needs. Clean, comfortable, great bed/pillows and shower. Because of our travel, we arrived 30 minutes before the 3pm check-in time, and were not able to check-in early. I am not sure if this is standard practice, or the result of a busy weekend trying to get all the rooms...

The hotel is very clean, and the room was new and comfortable. Only the window facing the tracks was noisy at night. Even the good windows didn't help. It was very good that the rooms could be opened with a code. This was very convenient, and you don't get a card or key.

We checked in outside opening hours, but the staff member was helpful and provided us with the room code promptly.

Good place to stay for a longer period if you need a kitchen

It was disappointing to find trash in the trash can. I never received an email about getting into the apartment, so I contacted the hotel outside in the scorching sun, but received no reply. I thought the location was close to the station, but it wasn't. I chose this apartment because it had a gym, but it was closed due to construction. The room was spacious, the beds were clean, and the room was nice

Because it is close to Munich, it takes an hour and a half to drive. The room price is much cheaper than Munich. It is very convenient to travel by car. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a small and special place.

Same as the previous comment. The hygiene is extremely poor. There is a thick layer of dust. It is difficult to find where to pay the parking fee.

During the exhibition, hotel prices in other places are surprisingly high, but this one is quite cost-effective, with self-service check-in and check-out. The advantage is that there is a kitchen where you can cook, and the hygiene is acceptable.

This hotel is located in the suburban area, which is slightly remote. However, the city of Ulm itself is not very large, so it is quite convenient to reach attractions like the cathedral. The hotel itself is nice, with a moderate price and excellent value for money.
