We arrived after 21:00, kitschen whos closet 21:00 so no Food and snacks after that.

Really good place! Warm people, really hospitable employees. Good food too! I really enjoyed my stay there. There was a girl at the bar and the boy who was serving they were the highlight of my stay. Really warm and welcoming!

We experienced a very nice evening with great food. The restaurant looks very stylish and authentic. The host was very friendly and assisted us great. The room was spacious and very nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. We from africa hadn't had salmon for a while.

Absolutely a great hotel centrally located in downtown Ehingen. The staff is wonderful. Great service and delicious food at the restaurant called Paula’s Alb. I will be back.

When we arrived there was no info about dinner and breakfast, poor service. Hotel room and sauna area were ok.
The worst part happened during dinner. We booked online the 3xdishes menu together with the room and table reservation. Apparently nobody in the restaurant were aware of that and we need to show our reservation to 2 x employees where they asked for our reservation time, even after asking during check-in if need to set up a time.
Ok, they give us a table and the 1st dish arrived before we ordered our drinks, after that we asked what is in the second dish in the menu to be able to order the drinks accordingly, the employee did not know. Our main course came, pork fillets not cooked! (See photo). I really could not eat it and complained. We then get an expresso for free, very disappointed.

Great staff and location.
Beds and pillows were poor. They did not have air conditioning although they indicated that they had a/c at the property - having a/c in the restaurant does not help you sleep at night when it is 30C outside. I would not stay there again.
