Hotel Adler - Paulas Alb

When we arrived there was no info about dinner and breakfast, poor service. Hotel room and sauna area were ok.
The worst part happened during dinner. We booked online the 3xdishes menu together with the room and table reservation. Apparently nobody in the restaurant were aware of that and we need to show our reservation to 2 x employees where they asked for our reservation time, even after asking during check-in if need to set up a time.
Ok, they give us a table and the 1st dish arrived before we ordered our drinks, after that we asked what is in the second dish in the menu to be able to order the drinks accordingly, the employee did not know. Our main course came, pork fillets not cooked! (See photo). I really could not eat it and complained. We then get an expresso for free, very disappointed.

More than dissatisfied!!

My mother (The birthday girl) has a reservation for 15 people a month in advance. Us Serves in the U-shape and an extra room would be promised. Also, I would have needed a vegan menu that would also have addressed everything, and confirmed to us.

The day we arrived, we saw a normal double table. Apparently, we have been to a lot of people and it would be impossible to carry out the reservation as the birthday has ordered the child. We were also in the room with the other 20-40 people in there.

The food: The Vegan menu was a joke! The food served was not worth it! The main course consisted of boiled asparagus and potatoes, served on unterschiedlichn plates. We have been waiting for, when the Rest of the food comes from. But was that really your first! The whole main course was. At the table we laughed at just how easy you have done and how "creative" some people can be.
In the attempt to complain, the answer came from the line, you have a lot of experience with the purely vegetable food, also vegan is going extinct soon anyway, and vegan is totally unhealthy. We have just shaken our heads, as unproffesionel and intolerant the lady has been! (In addition, several weeks had to think about what you can cook!!!).

Only one plus point: The Dessert was really bad. Fruit ice-cream with fruit looked on the plate very good, also tasted very good.

PS - I have plenty of experience with Local the no vegan food on the map. When I was with my friends even in a Burger - or steak house, thought the chefs what special or Vegeta tables dining in a vegan meal converted.( this by the way, think of a month..)

So, I'm sorry, it was just a pure disappointment (and especially for the birthday child, the weeks leading up to it has been reserved....)

And Yes, for eg, Allergy-free, this Restaurant would not recommend.
