Brand new hotel, very friendly service. Rooms fine, as one would expect from this type of hotel. No irons or ironing boards in the room but I guess possible to get from reception. The rooms are small and cozy, the beds are comfortable however the pillows are way too large. The showers are walk-in, however there is only a little glass wall to stop the water from splashing all over the bathroom floor. The water pressure is pretty low.

This hotel is perfect for what it is. A place to sleep that is great price value. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. The bathroom is spacious. The only downside is that they don’t have family rooms so if you are a family then you’ll have to take two rooms

"The Niu " seems to be a new brand within IHG. The room appears lightful and fresh and is clean and well equipped. I also like the color concept and the open space work area in the lobby. A good modern hotel, conveniently located in 20 minutes walk from the downtown and just a couple of hundred meters from the S-bahn station, in Siemens campus. Friendly and helpful personnel. Rooms are equipped with tiny kitchens, which is a good bonus. There are few supermarkets nearby, bakery downstairs and a couple of restaurants across the street.

Stayed here during a business trip coinciding with the Bergkirchweih festival, so prices were significantly higher than the usual €60–70/night rate. The room was very comfortable, equipment all ok, and the hotel is very well located, 10 minutes from the Siemens Healthineers Training Center and also 10 minutes from the center of Erlangen. Breakfast with plenty of choices, a very special point for delicious honey!!

Small shower, small gym, no hair conditioner and/or body lotion, AC system really bad (maybe good on saving energy), door handle on the bathroom door was loose, room door needs significant force to close, good personnel, good breakfast, good food.

Novotel in general has all points.

It is a good place to stay because is near to center, my room was very quite. In case of a next trip in this city, I will choose this hotel definitely. It seems strange for me the opening way of the doors. Seem unsafe because you can hit someone if he/she is passing on the hall when you open the door.

Hotel receptionists are very nice and helpful, but the facilities are not doing well. My first night was so hard since the room was like a furniture. I had to attend a business meeting with 0 hour sleep since the air conditioning did not work. I reported this the day after and the receptionists took an immediate action.

I location is good as close to eating places, close to train station and shopping area with reasonable price. Room and service are acceptable with good English speaking person. They have some old folks at reception which serve at slower pace but good to see the employed senior citizen. The hotel is not big. After arriving at the hotel in the afternoon, we waited until the check-in time but were not able to check in immediately. The room was not ready yet. We waited for half an hour before checking in. It is very convenient to go out for shopping. Erlangen is not big. The town is very comfortable and it is also very comfortable to walk around. It is also very close to the bus station

We were travelling across Germany and this hotel is just off the main road with petrol station and store beside it. Welcomed very well and room very clean.

A somewhat old fashioned hotel, but in a good sense! Very helpful, polite and friendly personnel, neat chambers. A hotel just to sleep and have a good breakfast in. Most excellent of the hotel is the location. In the centre of the old town, at a quite spot, just behind the central park. Nearby is Steinbach brewery (Top location!!).

A very nice stylish Hotel, located in the centre of Erlangen. You can reach almost everything on foot or a Bicycle from the Hotel borrow. This Service I find easy top. Car Parking there is, of course. In the vicinity of the University hospital, the Botanical garden, the margravial theatre and the city Museum. Thumbs up!

Receptionist in the hotel are exceptional! They are all so nice. And there are varieties of food during breakfast which tastes good. The rating is not a 5 because the room I was in is facing the field and the entire room smells like birds. Closing the door/window is not helping because it is too hot this year’s summer time.

It’s what you expect from a well-run *business* hotel. Great service, located perfectly for the adjacent business park, and very comfortable beds! The rooms are spacious and often have a balcony with appropriate garden furniture. As a bad sleeper, I really appreciated the built-in shutters for complete darkness and extra sound proofing.

There is no public room after 9 or 10 p.m. so you are stuck in your room. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Spacious rooms with balconies.

Really nice hotel in a great location close to train station and main high street. Very clean and tidy. We only stayed on B&B basis but the choice and quality of breakfast food and drink was amazing. My only gripe, and it's a small gripe, is that there are no drawers in the room. Plenty of wardrobe space but no drawers so underwear and socks were stored in the safe. Everything was good during my 4-night stay in here, especially the service of staff which was truly exceptional.

Thia place is very net and clean. The room is big with complementary drink place on the table. Has had kettle for a late night coffee. The shower has had a very interesting layout and beautifully done. The staff we're very friendly, helpful, approachable and professional. Continental breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended👍

Restaurant was great and the room was clean, tidy and spacious. Rooms don’t have air conditioning but there is a fan in the cupboard. Free lollies are a nice touch.

Nice to get to off the motorway, pleasant staff and nice rooms. Unfortunately too many children allowed to run around the corridors on the evening when we stayed which I don't expect in a hotel. Restaurant was shut but we were directed to a lovely Pasta place around the corner.

We rented a double room for really good price of 44 Eur. Generally, the room and the bathroom were clean. The bed linens were clean as well. However, there were some spider webs between wardrobe cabinet and wall. Pillowcases were clean, but pillow stuffings were old and smelly. It seems like they started renovation of the hotel, but it was not completely finished. Surprisingly, they charged us 4 Euros...

They charge for parking 4 Euros? This is crazy considered in the industrial area. For breakfast 14,9 EUR/person? it’s really too much. Rooms clean and bright. Stuff OK.

I had stayed here for a month. I would not recommend this hotel. The facilities were not up to the mark for the exorbitant price they charging. Receptionists were friendly and helping. Wifi speed was good. If you have no other options in Erlangen, then only go for it.

We went for breakfast buffet as non in-house guests. Food and espresso were very good with the reasonable price, as well as the service was great and friendly. Definitely will go again

Love the idea of this hotel. Great friendly staff, comfy rooms! Next time I want to stay in a Nachwachsendem room. With ceilings made from straw and a shower developed by NASA! So cool!

We did not stay at the Hotel but were part of a birthday party so we just came for breakfast and later hung around a little. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was great and mostly local products. Besides the whole place tries to give nature back as much as possible. We loved the rooftop lounge! This really is a place Worte to check out and support.

Booked in after recommendations from a Google search and needed somewhere to stay after a 13 hour drive. I was pleasantly surprised at the room. Roomy enough for my needs, with plenty of power sockets and a decent TV. the en suite was clean and large enough, and the shower was a decent size and had enough power to strip the flesh from my tired bones. I stay at the B&B Hotel in Erlangen whenever I drive from Austria to Germany, to rest halfway through the trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and I particularly appreciate the fact that pets are welcome, as I always travel with my dog. The hotel is right off the A3 motorway exit so it's extremely easy to reach and there is plenty of parking right in front. The only negative...

When i arrived the evening there was cold in the room...the hotel is a bit like a maze, different paths in the morning/evening. Kinda obsolete I would say. The breakfast on the other hand was very good.
