Where to stay in Fehmarn

Excellent service, excellent location, excellent food. We really enjoyed our stay. Fehmarn is a hidden gem and this was a perfect location for us to stay. We are a couple with an adult son and stayed in a family suite. He had his own separate bedroom with a single bed. We had a wonderful room with a balcony which had a view of the Baltic Sea. We spent our days exploring the Island and our evenings...

Awesome experience. They even provided dog food for my puppy.

Nice hotel, friendly reception and staff. Excellent panoramic view onto the Ostsee (Baltic Sea). Convenient free parking, reliable, but not so fast internet, no password needed. Too windy outside though..

Nice hotell near the beach. Rooms are big and modern. Restaurant and bar avalible and they have nice food.

Ideal location right on the beach. Clean spacious rooms with beautiful sea view. Parking is 5€/day. Breakfast buffet is stunning for a hotel! You really don't miss anything. A perfect place for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay.

Arrived early evening and room cards waiting at the door. No staff on at night. Room very clean and comfortable beds. Staff more than helpful and efficient. Had a small booking problem (my fault) and it was cleared up in seconds. Must be a great place to stay in the Summer. Breakfast very good and reasonably priced.

Close to Burg. Friendly staff. Large nice and clean room with modern kitchenette, excellent breakfast. Sensible price. We paid 70 € for a double room with breakfast which is quite ok.

We had one day trip on Fehmarn,so the choice of hotel was also a last minute decision. But luckily this hostel was really nice! The host upgraded our room due to guests upstairs suddenly wanted to stay one day longer.. We had the room on the first floor, room was clean and tiny, seaview available,nice hot water for shower,soft cover on bed...... The only disadvantage might be the light(we couldn't...

The rooms are great, and the service is unobtrusive. The location is debatable; in the off-season, the fields weren't worth a photo, at least not for me. There's a small Edeka supermarket and a standard Aldi (?) a 5-minute drive away. If you need more, Burg is also relatively quick to get to. The main reason for my review is the abysmal experience I've had with other vacation apartments in the area...

Everything was exactly as expected! 😁 The cabin room was upgraded to an apartment with a kitchen, living room, and a huge balcony. That was a fantastic surprise! 😁 We received an incredibly warm welcome from a very friendly and attentive service manager! Breakfast is amazing; they have everything you could possibly want. Everything is lovingly prepared and a feast for the eyes and the palate, and again...

We had a pleasant stay at the Avalon Hotel Bellevue. The room was fine, although rather basic and nothing special. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't completely clean; There was thick dust in places, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression. The hotel complex itself is beautiful and quiet, ideal for relaxing and yet relatively central on Fehmarn. However, there are hardly any options for going...

Very nice hotel with several houses. Rooms are nice and spacious. There is a wide selection at breakfast so everyone can find something to eat. Anyone who complains should watch their breakfast at home. We'd love to come back again.

Excellent breakfast. The hotel is very quietly located within walking distance of the coast and the village. It is a large domain; Since we were there outside the high season, there were no big crowds. Upon arrival, the person at the reception seemed to only speak German, so we received very little explanation.

Nice holiday hotel between Lemkenburg and Lemkenhafen. The hotel consist of separate buildings. In the middle a central building with the reception and the breakfast room. My hotel room was on the 2nd floor and very spacious. It is a perfect hotel for a few days on Fehmarn and not only for tourists.

PERFECT service, great rooms and brilliant breakfast. The staff was so friendly and the location was very good near the harbour until 8 minutes to walk.

VERY poor noise reduction (be ready for hard insomnia every day), terrible internet. a lot of space. when coming here, you should be prepared for the fact that there are no shower gels here, like in hotels. Feeling bad after this place.

Uns hat das Angebot auf dem Hof für die Kinder gut gefallen,das Ferienhaus war super sauber und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Besitzer sehr freundlich, Haus sehr komfortabel mit allem was man benötigt. Es gibt eine Scheune für schlechtes Wetter mit Fußballplatz, Tischtennis und allem was sich Kinder wünschen. Draußen gibt es Spielplatz, Pferde, Ziegen, Buddelkasten.Morgens frische Brötchen vor der Haustür. Und der Blick auf die Ostsee.- Fazit wir kommen gern wieder unsere Kinder wollten nicht mehr weg.

Well, I would, if I could, give this farm at least 10 stars... It's so familiar, so friendly and cozy here. We feel very comfortable here. No wonder it's booked out so far in advance. The accommodation is very clean, lovingly furnished and modern. In the evening you can really switch off. The sauna is also great with the great view of the sea...we will definitely be back... Agriturismo with everything. Here you are in good hands with your family. There are horses that you can ride accompanied by and all kinds of animals to pet. We had a wonderful week on the Köhlbrandt farm in January with typical north German weather! Our daughter had a lot of fun with the many animals, the daily feeding rounds with the cats, rabbits, chickens and goats, as well as pony rides. Great vacation on the farm! All in all we were very satisfied! Despite the cold in December, we had it comfortable in the apartment. The play barn with everything a child's heart desires (various vehicles, trampolines, bouncy castle...) was great. In addition, the always accessible barn with ponies, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and chickens was great for the kids, as was the pony rides and the swimming...

We had such a nice holiday (in November!). Mainly because it was so beautiful on the farm and everyone was so friendly. Feeding the animals, pony rides, trampolines, play barn, playground, swimming pool - so great for the kids. The apartment was clean, had everything and children's equipment. Hello, that was a very nice holiday. My granddaughter Lea was absolutely thrilled. animals to touch. Pony riding every morning is also an absolute highlight for every child. It's not far to the beach either. And the environment fits. There are many beautiful destinations to explore and visit. The Koehlerbrand family are very nice people who make your stay very pleasant. The weekend in Museumshof was very good. The staff was super friendly and tried to fulfill all requests. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The breakfast plate, which was served because the buffet is not yet possible, was very nicely prepared and everything on it tasted delicious.
