Avalon Hotel Bellevue

Well. It is a great place close to the Boat ferry over to Denmark. Good restaurants nearby. Breakfast fine. It was built 2018. So it is very new and fresh. A bit different as there is 7 two storeys houses with or without balconies. A good place.

We had a pleasant stay at the Avalon Hotel Bellevue. The room was fine, although rather basic and nothing special. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't completely clean; There was thick dust in places, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression. The hotel complex itself is beautiful and quiet, ideal for relaxing and yet relatively central on Fehmarn. However, there are hardly any options for going out or doing things in the immediate area.

The absolute highlight was the breakfast – a very rich selection that left nothing to be desired. The staff is also extremely friendly and attentive, which made the start of the day particularly pleasant.

Note: Room signage could be improved: while the ground and first floors are well marked, signs for the second floor are missing. Our room was also very warm, well over 21 degrees, even though the heating was off. Unfortunately, ventilation was difficult because the window kept closing on its own and the skylight was too large to leave open overnight.

Overall, a nice place to relax if you don't need too much hustle and bustle nearby!

Very nice hotel with several houses. Rooms are nice and spacious. There is a wide selection at breakfast so everyone can find something to eat. Anyone who complains should watch their breakfast at home.

We'd love to come back again.

Excellent breakfast. The hotel is very quietly located within walking distance of the coast and the village. It is a large domain; Since we were there outside the high season, there were no big crowds.
Upon arrival, the person at the reception seemed to only speak German, so we received very little explanation.

Outside very nice area. Free WiFi everywhere. Furniture up to date. Breakfast buffet was very good. Cleanliness good, except for little things.

We had a great stay here on Fehmarn. A defective dishwasher was replaced within a day, great! The breakfast was sufficient for us. Everything you want is there. It is always replenished so that there is never anything missing. Top. It can get a bit crowded at rush hour but is still acceptable. We had fly screens, but it gets very hot on the upper floor on warmer days. The third bed in the single room was a bit tight, but still acceptable. The terrace was very large, great. The room was also very quiet. Elevator / stairs could not be heard. Service is very friendly and attentive. Overall a great stay.
