The bathroom shower was not safe! The shower head was very high on a very high ceiling. Hence water went everywhere. But the worst was the fact that the shower floor was extremely slippery. Thankfully we did not fall!!!!

Lovely hotel and town. A little expensive in the restaurant but you get what you pay for! Can’t fault hotel in any way.

Had a good time. Room felt very spacious and modern. Welcomed the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would choose again and hopefully have enough time to also visit the wellness area.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise at night from the hallway and the garage area — doors slamming and guests returning late made it difficult to sleep before midnight. I thought beer in Germany was less expensive... hotel is decent, comfy mattrace, big screen TV. Reception 24hrs. They are a little bit heavy in terms of covid, it's much less limited in Scandinavia. In the restaurant separated boxes and facemask obligation at all times. But Ok, maybe its for the better. Prices very good in relation to quality.

I am guessing we arrived at a very busy time because there were no parking spaces available. The staff was really friendly though. The room at first sight was lovely. Huge window facing the street. Because of the extreme heat and no air conditioning we had to keep the window open, listening to party music and street racing well into the night. There are no power outlets at the desk which seemed odd...

Stayed thete for a work related trip in Flensburg. Location: it is next to Flensburg ZOB and the walking street. Several restaurants and bars are at walking distance. Location wise it is 5/5. Service: The staff was helpful and as expected. Both (check in and check out were fast) Room: The room was clean, and had good aesthetics. I checked out early morning, so couldn't enjoy their breakfast.

It was a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had some issues with my room with the minifridge lights flashing, but they were quick to send people to help. The breakfast was ok, like your average hotel breakfast menu. It is close to a police station and hospital so there were lots of traffic passing by with sirens on. It was not too loud however if you had your window closed

The hotel facilities are very nice and the location is amazing. We were however not impressed with the lack of roomservice. We did however recieve a couple of clean sheets and towels when confronting the front desk to change ourselves.

One of the good hotels in the city, very popular, clean and you can come to eat there. We were there when it was a music festival in Flensburg.

Room is good and comfortable. Minibar(empty) fridge is a good thing to have and here I have it. Full floor carpet at room and it is not my favorite thing. Service is good and breakfast was also good. Seem to be peaceful rooms at least on the back side of the hotel. No excess sounds like traffic sounds are coming to the room.

I arrived on a Sunday and it said on ******* that the reception would be manned until 18, but when I arrived there was a sign on the door that said that the reception was not manned on Sundays. I called the number on the sign and a very nice lady gave me information about how to get to my room. ******* should update the information on their website, otherwise it was a nice stay.

Last time we visited this hotel it was a clear 5 so we booked again inviting our son and daughter in law. Well, they had the most fantastic X-mas setup at the beach, really cosy but with that, nothing else was okay. The window in the room was wide open so inroom temperature was like 6-7 degrees and we never managed to get enough heat in the room so we had to cover op with quilts and blankets making...

We wanted to give the restaurant a second chance because we weren't really happy with the food there a while ago. Today, the family of five ate there and it was really delicious and the young waitress was really great. We'd love to come back again.

Clean and spatious rooms, old fashioned but that has its own charm. 24/7 reception and a good breakfast.

But for the kind young lady at the reception and the nice habit to offer coffee & sweets in the afternoon, the rooms are without air con, very noisy until 10:00pm as looking over garages and parking places, breakfast poor, no safe in rooms,definitely too pricey for the offered average quality.

Just passing by Flensburg on our way back to Sweden. Good breakfast, nice beds and friendly staff. Free parking if they have any in spare. Been here twice. Just a bit to expencive.

Lovely quiet hotel.. even beside the main road, it's pleasant, the manager is so sweet and treats you like a life long friend.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. However the hotel was overall very good for the price. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well.

A room under the roof is very hot when the temperature outside is 31 dog C. Changed room to one on the first floor, then ok. Nice breakfast. Prices in the higher end.

The hotel is situated a bit off from the center of Flensburg, in a residential area. Our room was towards the street and a bit noisy from people and traffic on the outside and from the corridor inside. However, the widow was modern and effectively isolated the outside noise. Very friendly staff at the Ellen Hotel in Harrislee. The location, right next to the boarder is good for a stop over on the way to or from Scandinavia. Or for a shopping trip to Flensburg. There is enough car parking space outside the motel rooms also for two cars if necessary. No feedback about the rooms as I haven't been inside any of them.

Sehr schicke, moderne Inneneinrichtung, viel Glas, Holzbalken und Design. Super Ausstattung in der Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Kochutensilien, Kaffeemaschine etc. Lage sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Kurze Wege zur Innenstadt und zum Hafen. Bequeme Betten. Regendusche, kleiner Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheit. Gute Unterkunft für Paare oder Alleinreisende.

Very nice big room, very clean, it had a gas fire place and a shower with many shower heads. Breakfast was great with many different things and different eggs. Coffee machine with real coffee beans which I love, not a fan of powdered coffee. Nice location close to Flensburg Fjord and City of Flensburg or good Hotel if you want to go sightseeing in Southern Jutland/Danmark
