This is a Hotel that could do with significant modernization. Infrastructure wise, it's ancient. We booked a double room. The Bad: 1. The sliding door to the balcony had no lock. It just... slides. We called the reception for it to be fixed and a basic screw-in stud was installed. 2. No fridge or mini bar in the room 3. No air conditioning - when we felt hot, we opened the sliding door 4. No ice machine...

Friendly Personnel. Simple, very clean hotel. It is definitely not a luxury hotel ( the rooms are relative small, sink in the room, no closet ), but we felt very welcome and we will come back again.

Hotel is very clean and well managed. Rooms are large spacious and well lit and the bathroom has underfloor heating which I find really snug. Bed linen is crisp and new with comfy mattress and soft pillows. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Large modern rooms. Excellent bathrooms. Really excellent breakfast. Well placed at the bottom of the harbour and just down the road from the walking street. And the best part was the staff, which were competent, friendly and helpful. When the reservation was confirmed they asked if we wanted extra pillows. A small example of the godt service.

We had a wonderful evening with great food, good service and spicy cocktails. And the hotels rooms are so good! Recommendable for any business trip, family trip or bachelor partys!

Centrally located, very friendly staff. Room was medium sized but very functional and tastefully equipped. My room was to the street and on a Saturday it was very noisy, but that's not really the hotel's fault. Breakfast was very good, service was very quick.

The stay was ok. Employees are hospitable, and the people we met in the reception all spoke english. The bathroom shower was not safe! The shower head was very high on a very high ceiling. Hence water went everywhere. But the worst was the fact that the shower floor was extremely slippery. Thankfully we did not fall!!!!

Not exactly charming but ok location and fine breakfast

I thought beer in Germany was less expensive... hotel is decent, comfy mattrace, big screen TV. Reception 24hrs. They are a little bit heavy in terms of covid, it's much less limited in Scandinavia. In the restaurant separated boxes and facemask obligation at all times. But Ok, maybe its for the better. Prices very good in relation to quality.

I am guessing we arrived at a very busy time because there were no parking spaces available. The staff was really friendly though. The room at first sight was lovely. Huge window facing the street. Because of the extreme heat and no air conditioning we had to keep the window open, listening to party music and street racing well into the night. Stayed thete for a work related trip in Flensburg. Location: it is next to Flensburg ZOB and the walking street. Several restaurants and bars are at walking distance. Location wise it is 5/5. Service: The staff was helpful and as expected. Both (check in and check out were fast) Room: The room was clean, and had good aesthetics. I checked out early morning, so couldn't enjoy their breakfast.

It was a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had some issues with my room with the minifridge lights flashing, but they were quick to send people to help. The breakfast was ok, like your average hotel breakfast menu. It is close to a police station and hospital so there were lots of traffic passing by with sirens on. It was not too loud however if you had your window closed

The hotel facilities are very nice and the location is amazing. We were however not impressed with the lack of roomservice. We did however recieve a couple of clean sheets and towels when confronting the front desk to change ourselves.

One of the good hotels in the city, very popular, clean and you can come to eat there. We were there when it was a music festival in Flensburg.

Room is good and comfortable. Minibar(empty) fridge is a good thing to have and here I have it. Full floor carpet at room and it is not my favorite thing. Service is good and breakfast was also good. Seem to be peaceful rooms at least on the back side of the hotel. No excess sounds like traffic sounds are coming to the room.

I arrived on a Sunday and it said on ******* that the reception would be manned until 18, but when I arrived there was a sign on the door that said that the reception was not manned on Sundays. I called the number on the sign and a very nice lady gave me information about how to get to my room. ******* should update the information on their website, otherwise it was a nice stay.

Last time we visited this hotel it was a clear 5 so we booked again inviting our son and daughter in law. Well, they had the most fantastic X-mas setup at the beach, really cosy but with that, nothing else was okay. The window in the room was wide open so inroom temperature was like 6-7 degrees and we never managed to get enough heat in the room so we had to cover op with quilts and blankets making...

We wanted to give the restaurant a second chance because we weren't really happy with the food there a while ago. Today, the family of five ate there and it was really delicious and the young waitress was really great. We'd love to come back again.

Lovely quiet hotel.. even beside the main road, it's pleasant, the manager is so sweet and treats you like a life long friend.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. However the hotel was overall very good for the price. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well.

Our room was towards the street and a bit noisy from people and traffic on the outside and from the corridor inside. However, the widow was modern and effectively isolated the outside noise.
