A bit dissapointed Wo booked 2 nights with different providers.After the first night we get a call from reception and we are scolded that we did not check out. A very hostile and unprofessional receptonist Dana orders us to leave the room and she gave us another room in a different building.At the check in we made it clear that we have 2 different reservations and they said everything its ok .We did...

Smell of smoke in the room. The lady at the reception told me it was due to people smoking on the balcony… room and furniture are quite old. Breakfast? Nothing special, no cappuccino

In general all good. Good parking. very close to the border. Rooms are ok but there is no air conditioning means quite warm. Opening the windows means Moskitos. The Lady in the spa /pool area can be a little bit nicer to the guests!

Travelling by car the parking conditions were perfect. The pool and sauna were first class. Dining was ok, but not more. Staff were friendly.

It was totally okay for one Night.

Ok men alt for dyrt Is what it is with one star but clean room Okay bed and for a one night stat absolute okay. However it is crazy that you need to pay 120 euro per night. Locals told us that it used to cost only 39 euro so it is not okay to charge 4star prices for a 1 star hotel.

The hotel is very central situated in the middle of Flensburg. It's very basic. No facilities like bar. Just an automat with cold beverage. The room are very clean but very basic. The beds are nice, just as hard as I want them. Breakfast buffet are nice. Everything you can expect in a budget hotel like this. It's absolutely value for the money.

Alles OK. Check-In at the terminal is painless and Covid-rules are being taken seriously. All good!!

Friendly Personnel. Simple, very clean hotel. It is definitely not a luxury hotel ( the rooms are relative small, sink in the room, no closet ), but we felt very welcome and we will come back again.

Very good experience. Our second stay. Inside rooms are very quiet. The hotel is clean and the staff is service minded and courteous. The food in the restaurant is really good.

This was a very mediocre experience. The hotel is in the process of being refurbished (building work everywhere). I got an old room which was not on the main road. Even so it was really loud if I opened the window (and I needed to as it was so stuffy with no a.c. ) It would be unbearable in summer. Big room, I think it was two separate rooms once upon a time. Perfect for the family, two could sleep a bit "offside". Rooms was newly renovated. No AC was a shame since we were there on a quite warm and humid day. Receptionist was friendly.

Value for money , free parking , centre at 25 meters , nice breakfast, simple but effectieve bar with fair prices., it's not the hilton but for the night over we had more than ok, goed luck

Centrally located, very friendly staff. Room was medium sized but very functional and tastefully equipped. My room was to the street and on a Saturday it was very noisy, but that's not really the hotel's fault. Breakfast was very good, service was very quick.

The stay was ok. Employees are hospitable, and the people we met in the reception all spoke english. We stayed in the suite. The location is great, in the center. The staff is very friendly and breakfast good. Everything is good but some things ruined it to be 5 stars. The spa bath in our room was leaking and shower cant close. A nice touch some free drinks in the room.

Loud place, you can hear a lot from the other rooms. Girl at the desk kept talking to us in german, eventho she earlier knew english fine.. very weird. Great breakfast though :) Doors do not lock themselves, so remember to!

One step up from a hostel Clean but small rooms, narrow beds, tight quarters, and thin walls … could easily hear next room’s conversations. Condensation on windows and dehumidifier. Entrance serves as pub in the evening. Excellent location, with easy access to buses, restaurants, nightlife, and the old town. Very pleasant staff.

Beautiful hotel with amazing restaurant options in a beautiful area. The spa was a bit underwhelming (basically just a pool and a sauna), also quite cold even in the summer. But what a view! Supernice staff :)

Stayed one night. Initially given room 214 which was pleasant but a bit of noise later from the kitchens. Reception Staff were fabulous and moved us to a quieter room (204) which was superb with a fabulous view of the fjord. Spa and swimming pool was very good. Tried to get a simple dinner but lunch menu not available in the evening and no flexibility offered - found a fabulous cafe down the road...

We returned to this place where we had a lovely stay some years ago. This year was as per last, extremely good. The ambiance in the hotel is just magnificient, staff, food, wine very very good. The spa/pool area incredible cozy and beautiful. Can only recommend a stay here!

Beautiful room and location Excellent place to stay. The only suggestion I have is that they get a WhatsApp number. They have a local number for emergency contact- but I only use the internet when calling abroad. Aside from this, wonderful accomodation.

Nice stay in Flensburg It was super easy, and good explanation at check-in. Rooms were nice and clean. Super nice view. It was no problem that the toilet and shower were in the hallway. There were plenty available. And they were nice and clean.

Practical location with shops nearby, clean apartment with private rooms & shared bathrooms. If you travel with heavy luggage, just take into account that you have to climb stairs to the 2nd floor.

We were in Europe for 2.5 weeks and this was my favorite place we stayed! We spent one night in room 7. Very clean and comfortable beds. We loved our stay!!
