A very hostile and unprofessional receptonist Dana orders us to leave the room and she gave us another room in a different building

Travelling by car the parking conditions were perfect. The pool and sauna were first class. Dining was ok, but not more. Staff were friendly.

We quickly got bored with the hotel breakfast due to limited variety - there was only 1 type of sausage, no waffles, no syrup, 1 type of jam, no pancakes, no boiled eggs, no fried eggs (except for the tasteless version made from egg powder) 9

The breakfast is fenomenal and offers anything you could ever desire. The rooms are luxurious and the spa are is more than wonderful. Starting your stay with a glass of sparkling wine or coffee work wonders

Also, the bathroom light by the mirror is not well-suited for putting on make-up as the light is very dim. Final suggestion which would make a small difference - better coffee by the pool

They are very quick to resolve issues when encountered. Service is exceptional at every level of the organization from the house keepers to the reception to the waiters in the restaurant

There are very few “cons”, if you can even call them that. I would expect there to be conditioner in the bath in a hotel of this standard

Nice stay in Flensburg It was super easy, and good explanation at check-in. It was no problem that the toilet and shower were in the hallway

Great concept, good location and very spacious and comfy rooms. Enough bathrooms on the hall. Good amenities and pet friendly.

Practical location with shops nearby, clean apartment with private rooms & shared bathrooms. If you travel with heavy luggage, just take into account that you have to climb stairs to the 2nd floor.

Recommended for the price. Central and if you're lucky, good parking

Restaurant Meierei Dirk Luther (Michelin Star's awarded) food is gourmet delicious and healthy. Flensburg Fjord seaside nature surroundings are very beautiful

The best way to relax is with great Baltic Sea air in comfortable beds. The proximity to the beach invites you to make multiple visits a day. After a really short walk you get to a very nice beach

Booked sea view, ours had huge buildings in front of our window with a little view of the water to the side if it! Very disappointed

The design of this apartment was excellent; floor-ceiling windows, which could be partially opened to allow the sea breeze to cool the rooms (much appreciated during the present heatwave)

Living room with mini kitchen faced the sea and we watched the sunrise over the Danish coast. We self-catered, but enjoyed a couple of visits to the Strand Cafe for coffee and cake

In June we visited the surfer house for 4 weeks with 4 adults and a dog. The equipment is very comfortable. We particularly liked the bright living and dining area with the large table and the comfortable sofa

The surfer house leaves nothing to be desired. We were with 2 adults 2 children and a teenager here and had enough space in the house and in the garden

There is also a TV, so you can sit on the sofa in the evening and end the day with a bottle of wine. A sauna and a hot tub are also available. The complex is a bit hidden in a beautiful landscape protection area

Great modern style apartments, right by huuuge water place. I beleive it's baltic sea, or atleast part of it. Wake up with amazing scenary every day, air is super fresh, and people are super friendly

The bedrooms are quite small, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The living and dining room consists of a clean beautiful kitchen, everything you need is there

There is a parking space for each apartment in the parking lot directly at the facility. Visitors and families arriving with two cars can then park on the meadow opposite

From here you can quickly reach Kappeln by car, and Eckernförde is also nearby. A large meadow where you can walk the dogs is on the opposite side of the complex

Nice, clean, small apartments, dogs are welcome, we had one without a direct view of the Schlei, but we were still able to admire the Schlei from the balcony

Ideally settled in the typical natural environment, possibility for hiking but renting bicycles is an even better option. We had only 3 nights, but plenty to do. Husum is also a small but very nice city to visit

Too bad you can't give more stars - I would do it in a heartbeat! I stayed at the hotel for a short break and everything was just right! The room was very nicely furnished, perfect size, everything super clean

Breakfast is great and tasty, reserve your dinners as the restaurant seems already to be known as excellent. Plenty of choice, fresh, tasty and plenty. Reception is very friendly, easy go

I was able to rent a bike and explore Nordstrand that way. All in all a great holiday, many thanks to the great team from Heverstrom! I can warmly recommend that!
