Perfect family hotel with indoor and outdoor facilities in a relaxing environment. Very clean and cosy. Personnel always smiling and helpful. The food is of very high quality and the surroundings need no introduction, it's the famous Black Forest after all.

We stayed there on our way from Chamonix to Travemünde- nice hotel to stay for a night when doing a long trip. It is close to the motorway but it isn't too noisy. The staff was kind too

If you need a place to stay after a long day at Europa park this is a great spot. It has friendly staff, clean rooms , a grocery store across the street, even a winery 3 kilometers away and a very good Italian restaurant next door. Whatever you do though do t accept two keys , if you lose one or your kid does they will charge you a crazy 20 euros. One key is enough , do not accept 2nd.

5min drive to Europa Park and Rulantica. Clean rooms, family rooms with bunk beds, free great breakfast, complimentary water bottles, and budget friendly. Way cheaper than staying at one of the theme parks! Loved our experience.

Very convenient if you go to Europa Park, near the direct bus shuttle to the park and the train station. Rooms are big, clean and bright, hotel has a nice little garden with tables and breakfast is really good. Only negative point is that hotel reception staff is only available till early afternoon.

Not too expensive, spacious clean bedrooms, excellent breakfast with lots of options to choose from in the buffet. We went during a calm period so there was no noisy disturbance. You can hear the regional train nearby if you open the windows. There is no air conditioning though. You can have bottles of sparkling water for free. Overall it was a really nice stay.

We were looking for a dog-friendly hotel. We found this one online and booked it. Upon arrival, a very unfriendly staff member informed us that pets were not allowed. This immediately presented a problem for us. After a lengthy discussion, our dog was eventually allowed to stay for an additional charge of €20. We would have preferred a friendlier and more understanding welcome.

Ok but nothing special. We paid for a basic room, which was £85 for one night in March, the most expensive of our stay in Germany so far. The hotel is rather dated and the room facilities were limited, there was no tea and coffee. The staff were lovely. If you can afford elsewhere I'd suggest going elsewhere.

The stay in the hotel left nothing to be desired. We were there with our 2 children and the in-laws. Everyone was absolutely thrilled. The apartments are modernly furnished. Everything is still like new. Wi-Fi and even a Bose soundbar are part of the equipment. The breakfast can't be beat. Everything from our own production (even the cold cuts). Nothing is missing. The Europa Park is only a 15 minutes walk away. We took a breakfast option, which was totally okay for our needs, otherwise there is a Lidl closeby. The rooms were cozy, with every supplies you need. Clean and nice room, with a very good shower. Only downside was the bed, which had a bit of a pit. It was uncomfortable to sleep on my stomach, as I normally do. We spent a few days in Freiburg. The hotel is quiet and close to an S-Bahn station. Across the street is a bakery and several restaurants. We stayed at La Kantina and were very satisfied. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but everything was there. There was always enough space. The rooms are well-equipped. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend a stay.
