Very pleasant stay. The sauna and pool made it for me.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms are well priced, however the hotel is dated and needs a refurb. Temperature control in the rooms didn't really work, had to sleep with windows open, lamps above the bed didn't work, tv had only one English channel (news) (I know its Germany but typically accor hotels you expect 2 - 3) etc etc

A little dated but overall a please to experience from check in to checking out. Swimming pool is quite good!

Really good value for money. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Would be nice to have WiFi that you can access without registration. Free parking right near the hotel.

Its good hotel, rooms are small but clean. The host is quite helpful and attentive. Service is prompt, there are couple of restaurants nearby 5-10 mins walk. Neighborhood is quite peaceful and quite. Mall is nearby.

Hotel in central Friedrichsdorf. Small rooms for single occupancy. Fair price and overall clean and accommodating. Limited opening hours. Parking space is available. Despite mid town location, quite calm. Has a cool pool. Breakfast is ok but not outstanding

Staff friendly but forgot to mention how to get in after the reception closes at 10pm. Rooms are bit old.

We had two short stays at this hotel during our recent trip to Germany. I cannot recommend this place enough! The owners are very kind and accommodating and the food is simply amazing. Rooms are very reasonably priced and kept clean. Book your stay here with confidence.

Restaurant with very good grill meat

The food of the restaurant is excellent, the owner and the personnel are friendly, they keep always the tables clean. If you happen to be on a visit in Friedrichsdorf, you must visit this place. I recommend the mix dish, which is a plate of different mix, rice and French fries.

I love coming here for a nicer than normal meal. Such a friendly staff and the food is prepared quick and it's delicious. Highly recommend the hollandaise sauce and they cook up the meat just the way you want. Great with kids too. Overall just a wonderful restaurant with lovely ambiance.

I stayed in studio room. It has kitchen with electric stove, a fridge and basic utensils for cooking. Bathroom is bit small but clean. Its quite peaceful location within 5 mins walk there is supermarket. There is an Asian restaurant and a cafe and an Italian restaurant in less than 100 mtrs. A small play area for children is within walkable distance. I liked the hotel except I faced only one problem...

Pretty basic. Clean and unfussy. Free WiFi requiring a print out ticket from reception for every connection. Reception open from 06:30 to 22:00 each day. Very friendly reception staff. Duvet cover didn't stretch over the width of the bed, so felt a bit like camping. TV is the size of a standard computer monitor.

It's a really good place to stay. Beds could be more comfortable. People at front desk is really kind and open to help you. Breakfast time is the best, it has a lot German style options meals to have for breakfast.

I had a suite which was amazingly spacious and comfortable. It would just deserve better matrace, that was the only disappointment. Room even had a terrace with amazing view to the green hotel garden. Fantastic gourmet breakfast! I wish I could stay longer.

An excellent place to stay in Bad Homburg. Gracious, friendly and helpful staff - many of whom have been there for many years- provide superb service and make for a warm, homely atmosphere. I have to stay in HG regularly. Most of the time I choose Parkhotel, as the service is really ok, the rooms are comfortable.

The room was fine. However, it was very impractical to have only one key for the room, esp. when the room is on the 3rd floor. Frequently, one of us would have to walk down and open the door for the other. It should be possible to obtain two house and room keys when checking in.

Very good hotel, comfortable, big, clean rooms. Equipped with tea, coffee, complimentary candies and shower gels, soup, ear sticks, cotton pads. They have complimentary fruits for the visitors on the stairs. There were some problems with wifi that we got from the administrator, but they have some other guest wifi that worked perfectly for me. The location is close to the park and around 15 min to Taunus...

Reasonably priced for being right downtown. Very friendly host providing amazing selection with their all you can eat German breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. I can recommend it without reservations. Great location for seeing the sights right in the old heart if the city.

A spotlessly clean hotel with a very good breakfast and definitely wort the price for Us SAFFAS. It would be great if someone could offer to assist carry heavy luggage though. Customer care for Germany was very good. Nice and close to the city center.

Excellent location on the very edge of the town centre. The hotel is relatively simple, but is clean and comfortable. There is no restaurant (breakfast is provided), but there are numerous restaurants in the centre, so this isn't an issue.

Very clean Hotel, very friendly staff, the room was like a small apartment, very quiet. Everything from the Minibar is free, Breakfast is super, the staff member is super friendly and accommodating. The gym is very clean, the appliances are great and the Sauna is very well maintained. There is Internet and Parking available for Large craftsman -vehicles. All-in-one, highly recommended.

Super friendly run Hotel, despite renovation work. 2 rooms ( stay and Sleep ) are separated, small kitchen + 2 TV class. Bathroom and toilet for the disabled very friendly. For a couple of Nights completely sufficiently. Height-adjustable beds make the maintenance super easy. Breakfast in pleasant surroundings was completely sufficient. Top Price-Performance Ratio. We will come back.

Perfect place to stay: clean, quiet, comfortable and a very good price. The staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfast at €6 was very good value. Everything was suited to making the stay as convenient as possible and with a great nights sleep it was a perfect base for sightseeing. The parking is free, but be careful getting in through the narrow archway as I scraped my car turning in too sharply...

I stayed in the hotel for two nights during my visit to Frankfurt area. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner of the hotel spent almost half an hour helping me registering my prepaid phone card because the instruction was written in German. The park space was free and the breakfast tasted good. I got everything I need.

Amazing Hotel in a very nice area in Bad Homburg! I had a nice room with balcony. And the owner of the hotel was helpful and he even received a delivery which arrived one day before my arrival. Good breakfast and free parking directly in front of the building in the backyard. Good to go!

The breakfasts were great, the gym facilities were good, the hotel was safe and quiet and there was always someone on duty at the desk that spoke English.

Anmeldung The front desk lady looked a little unhappy, maybe she was in a bad mood today, or she was not feeling well. The hotel room facilities are very different. My colleague was very stylish on the first floor, but the second floor seemed to need improvement. Maybe the hotel is plan.

Great hotel a small way out from the main city centre about 40 mins by tram service and 65 mins from the Airport Room was spacious but lacked tea and coffee facilities in room not sure if they still provide these in Europe

I needed to stay here due to flight delays. They worked well with the airline to make sure I had everything I needed. Room, dinner, breakfast, and taxi were all coordinated by the hotel and the airport together. Everything went very smoothly. The room was well maintained, nice, and the bed slept well.

Nice modern, new hotel opened in February 2023, where we spent a pleasant night following a Lufthansa flight delay. The hotel is 25 minutes from Frankfurt Airport. Nice rooms and confortable! A strictly business hotel in Bad Vilbel, about 30 minutes outside of Frankfurt. We stayed here for our office event for 3 days and everything was pretty well organized and on point. The food though leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are friendly and cooperative and the location is well connected to the city even through public transport, but there isn't much to do nearby.
