It has been a horrible experience. I don't even know where to start: from the old dirty apartment we got or absolutely unprofessional and mean administrators working there.
We have traveled as a family of 3: me, my husband and our 4 month old son, I called in advance to make sure we receive a comfortable room for our family with a small baby, but what we got was unacceptable.
Apartment has been full of spiders, when I tell full, I mean it, they have been in each corner 30+ were found and removed by us in the apartment itself. In addition to that very old and "tired" design, which has been called by one of the administrators as "rustic" and apartment wasn't even properly cleaned: dirty windows, spiders, dust in the corners and a lot of other things.
But what is worth mentioning it's not even the apartment itself, but the level of service we have experienced. We came and asked to replace our room because it absolutely didn't match the pictures on booking for that type of apartment when we heard a mean response that if we don't like it we can leave.

Problem with that place is: administrators only work from 4 and possible check in also from 4, so while we were checking in and communicating it has been already 7 ! Telling guests with a small baby that we can leave that "hotel" after 7 it's more than disrespectful and shows immediately the "style" of that place.

We travel a lot and we haven't experienced such a horrible treatment in our lives. I have a feeling that there were hired absolutely random people, who have no experience talking to people and working in service. So please be aware of that if you decide to book it.

Especially my disappointment is dedicated to Uwe Hutschenreiter the manager at this place. He has no respect to hotel guests, no solution oriented mindset and absolutely no understanding and skills how to work in a hotel business. If I would be an owner of that hotel I would consider an improvement here because after all its a reputation of the hotel and it won't stand long with a good reviews if more guests will experience what we have experienced there.

Me and my husband we travel a lot and our Ruegen vacation has been ruined because of that horrible ugly apartment and 0 solutions offered by the administration.

I suggest to avoid booking that place because you never know what you might get.
