4 stars only because I would like fly screens on the windows. Rooms are more than reasonable for the price. The food in the associated restaurant is tasty and cheap and the employees are friendly and helpful across the board. Exemplary.

Visited in August. Restaurant was closed. Does not look like a 3 stars. Mould in the saop dispencer. Fly in the orange juice. Rooms with a view on an unkempt courtyard. Beds clean.

Me and my husband are satisfied with the stay at Seminaris Hotel. The room was a good size, wide beds and modern decor. Bathroom was very clean, but bits of mould were sticking out through the grout in the shower. Also there were coffee stains on the floor in the less accessible bits of the room. For example there was a floor lamp that wasn’t moved for a while and the floor was not wiped there… but...

Very friendly and competent staff both at reception and at breakfast. A very nice pool and excellent breakfast (without plastic)! The room furnishings take some getting used to, especially for older guests; an iron seat without a backrest in the double room! Bedside lamps are light bulbs hanging from a wire! Apart from that, I would recommend the hotel anytime and am especially grateful to the staff

Good location, parking fee is 12€ and in my eyes far too expensive. Breakfast was very delicious and rich. Bed was dirty unfortnately and other interior, especially in the bathroom a little bit Old style.

There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel. There is still an underground car park, but with my van, no chance. Small but very clean and nice bathroom. Room very clean too. It is best to book online to get the best price, there are very strong price fluctuations from 55 to 80 € what I have noticed and booking directly does not guarantee the best price here?

Very nice hotel. Price and performance go very well together! Breakfast is sufficient for a small hotel and you get full, but you shouldn't expect too many choices.

Hotel is clean and room is big enough. Breakfast plentiful, coffee is delicious. Staff is friendly. The star deduction was there because the rooms are not air-conditioned and because there is a refrigerator in the entrance, but it is locked .. So definitely bring drinks!

Rooms are super small. Service can be better. They don't provide water. Breakfast is good though. Location is also not great. Roads are small and little difficult to find the hotel.

Bed, bathroom, breakfast excellent. Room with minimal facilities but sufficient. I wish the German Hotels would introduce the mini fridge which is standard in southern Europe, to keep drinks cool.

The room looks clean, the travel is OK, it is relatively quiet, and it is close to our client's company. If there are further travel needs in the future, I will consider booking again.

This hotel still uses physical keys for the rooms in place of electronic ones. Nevertheless, the rooms are wide, comfortable. Matresses are basically of the hard type. All in all, the atmosphere is clean, neat close to be classy. Rush at breakfast otherwise you will lose the best (I mean croissants, salmon). So be there at 7 am , 8 max.

Nice comfortable room. Very nice meals served in the restaurant. My only complaint would be a lack of air conditioning. The rooms get quite warm and your only option is opening your window. Otherwise very nice place.

Die Freundlichkeit vom einchecken bis zur Abreise war durchweg positiv. Es war ein gut sortiertes Frühstück vorhanden. Die Lage sehr ruhig aber doch nah am Zentrum. Das Restaurant direkt am Hitel und der kostenlose Parkplatz sind auch Pluspunkte. Also gesamt kann ich sagen sehr zu empfehlen komme auch gerne wieder.

Decent value for money. Generally a quiet place in a calm area. Beds were a bit sunken, mostly fits is an overnight only place.

The Hotel is class..I spent 3 days there...Unfortunately, only in the hospital. Clean, large, the staff friendly. .Everything you could need. The coffee vending machine. A small kitchen if you want to make something to eat. And clean. I can recommend with a clear conscience. TOP would always come back.

This is a great place to stay. The breakfast is stunning and it itself is a reason to go there. We got there very late and the key box worked very well. Even if your destinatin is Stuttgart you should consider staying here.

Stylish budget hotel. No frills rooms, comfortable and clean but basic. Don't expect a full service hotel, though. The breakfast had a nice food selection, and everything we had was delicious. Wir waren eine der ersten Gäste dort und wurden sehr herzlich vom Personal empfangen. Die Lobby wirkt liebevoll und einladend eingerichtet. Was a shiny gem in a dumpy part of town. Is still pretty modern, but starting to feel dated. Very large rooms. Underground, on site parking. Most of all I enjoyed the hospitality! Felt very comfortable staying here for my 3 weeks off and on while visiting southern Germany. Very cheap place. It was ok. No air conditioning in the room, it is an absolute melting box in the summer. Unbearable. Also, no where in the hotel to get a cold drink, not even water, once reception closes.

They do outdated right. It's such a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere that you feel like you're staying at your Great Aunt's place, rather than a hotel. Very big and comfortable rooms. The Hotel is clean and nice. The personell is very kind. Only one of the staff at breakfast is very noisy and full of adrenalin, but you can support this lady. The reason for three Stars is the Internet connection. Internet is fast but after 2 min you are disconnected automatically, this don't allow you to work. Pity otherwise it deserves 5 Star.

It's an ok place, but impersonal and with no staff at sight. Also, paper cups were not replaced and we ended up without anything to be able to drink, and the promised bottles of water did not appear in our room the three days we were there.
