Overall a very nice hotel. The room was modern and clean, in a decent size and in a great condition. We didn’t try the spa, but we did try the restaurant and that was a treat. Portions were perhaps a bit on the small side, but they did warn about that beforehand so we weren’t surprised either. A good experience!

Absolutely loved my stay, been here twice. Great Interior design, very cozy, friendly staff. Large and numerous parking spots. Honorable mention to the cocktail bar and the breakfast buffet ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We usually take a stop in Gottingen when returning from our summer holiday in Italy. This year we choose FREIgeist, and what a hotel!
We found the hotel and ordered a room at our arrival. Got the price equal to the price on their home page. In addition we paid €15 for a parking space in the safe garage below the hotel.
Check-in procedure was smooth and service was good. We were offered a glass of wine also.
The room was really amazing! Brand new, nice furniture and generally very exclusive. The king-size bed was good too.
After a good night’s sleep we went for breakfast and this was fantastic too. So many options and really good quality bread, juices, etc. A lot of organic food too e.g. fresh marmelade.
Can really recommend the hotel, and we will be back again next year - for sure.
