A very good hotel. The rooms are quiet and very clean, the location is really good (walking distance to city center and station), reception staff is very efficient, the food is good. The parking is free. I will be happy to stay in this hotel again in future.

Room was OK, but stains on the wall, carpet and curtains. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom nice! Main issue was the noise. There's a place for events just adjacent to the hotel which, unluckily for us, hosted a darts competition on the night of our stay. I was stranded by DB late at night and had no other option but to go to a hotel. Reception, Majid in particular, was so amazing and I was in my room within 10 minutes. The room was clean, all the staff was nice, and the location was perfect.

Clean, functional rooms, standard breakfast buffet (extra payment). Optimal location if you travel by train, directly at the station. Historic city center and parts of the university at a walking distance. Also no noise from railway and roads. Easy to reach by car as well, but no free parking. It's not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are quite simple, and needs to be renovated. The breakfast is ok, but nothing special.

Great room. Clean, modern, great amenities. Food is done of the best I've had, for a hotel or restaurant.

So clean. So comfy. So friendly. They had nice, firm beds, comforters with the perfect weight, and crisp sheets. The shower had awesome water pressure. The decor was cool, without being aggressively so. I would go back again, without hesitation.

A nice stat The staff was very helpful and the check-in was quick and simple. We realised that the hotel is dog friendly, meaning we will come back in the future. No doubts. If anything then the hotel is perhaps a little old fashion. However not an issue at all and breakfast was good :-)

Food at the hotel was excellent from the very full, extensive selection for breakfast to the very high quality of the evening dinner. The room was large, spotless and included tea and coffee, the bed was huge and comfortable. I would certainly use Parkhotel Ropeter again.

At first, the check in with a new staff was a bit unpleasant. Later the evening gentleman was very kind, initiated to make the stay better. We are grateful for him and the hotel.

The hotel is new and comfortable, with convenient parking. It is located a little far from the old town and not far from the Göttingen Cemetery, making it convenient for visiting the Nobel Prize winners' cemetery.

The rooms were cozy and the reception available at all times of the day. Not the best location, about 20mins bus ride from the train station. Had some difficulty finding the main entrance. The best part was breakfast, everything was so delicious 😋.

My home away from Home while studying at Göttingen! I love the rooms, so clean and fresh all the time. I stayed at the top floor, and small window from my window always gave me the opportunity to have a view of Göttingen. The staff is very friendly, and I remember, he even gave me his cellphone to call my parent in Austria. Oh, and the love the Breakfast!

Conveniently located, within walking distance of the train station and close to the downtown shopping areas and historic sites. Also, directly on the very pleasant Stadtwall walking path.

Typical of most European hotels it was too hot and the bedding doona was for winter. The shower floor was extremely slippery to the point of being dangerous.

Outstanding value for money. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, and it turned out that a family room consists of 2 double rooms with a door between them. That means 2 bath rooms, 2 big single beds, 2 of everything. So much space. Outstanding! If you as a family need to go somewhere, go to Astoria in Göttingen!

Probably my new favourite hotel when it comes to value for money in Germany. IMO opinion it’s hard to find good hotels in Germany that are not too expensive but this one is definitely one! A nice hotel in a historic building. The staff are extremely friendly, most welcoming and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection with everything fresh. All areas of the hotel and cleaned thoroughly. Bed is really comfy too. I give it only 4 stars as the decor is a little dated and there is only one foreign language channel on the TV.

Shared bathrooms in itself would be ok for a hoStel, misleading name, but community showers? What are you smoking? You have to create an account for the useless app (you'll get a key card anyways), worst of all with a phone number. The doors slam shut very, very loudly, very annoying in the night, you know. The only nice thing is the mirror and a washing basin in the room.

I think it's pretty good, quite clean, and not too noisy. Overall good. The transportation is also very convenient, very close to DM and tegut. I will book next time, but the app is not easy to use and there is no message from me.

A nice place for a short stay. Rooms are small but clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you need a short stay hotel in Göttingen, AS Hotel is hard to beat for the price. I would stay a night or two again.

My relatives stayed at this hotel while visiting us in Göttingen and they couldn’t have been happier. Having a car available is was very easy to reach, located in a quiet and close to nature area of the city. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The food was very good and the service was perfect. We will definitely recommend it to everyone!
