A very very nice little hotel. GASTRONOMY very good. The staff is very, very friendly, almost like a family. The facility, decoration very nice. Everything very very clean. Here you can feel good and when the weather is nice you can sit outside directly on the canal and enjoy your cappuccino. We'd love to come back

We had an apartment. The decor is very tasteful, with nice little details. The 50 m to the restaurant where breakfast is served is not a problem. There were 2 umbrellas in case it rained. The breakfast itself is great. Several types of rolls and bread. Various types of sausage and cheese, as well as eggs.

A very cozy, clean and stylish atmosphere in the apartment with an excellent breakfast, which left nothing to be desired. You can really feel that the place was designed with true heart from tip to toe. The whole interior design is consistent and so is the service personnel as well as the quality of food and services. The high price is justified. Try the wine recommendation

Nice hotel in a very quiet pleasant area, yet close to shops and restaurants. Both buildings of the hotel are well equipped and it's great that you can make yourself a coffee or tea for the room. Rooms are large and very nicely furnished. Mattresses are the only drawback - were a bit soft. Otherwise great facilities. breakfast good. Nothing special but sufficient.

A very nice Hotel, modern with a nice terrace and even different types of saunas and there is also a small cinema. The food in the restaurant is both surprising and very tasty. The breakfast buffet looks well cared for and was well supplemented where necessary. But above all a very hospitable and fun team that is 100% committed to their guests.

We had a wonderful stay here at Landhaus Uttum. The hosts are very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast was delicious and so varied every day! Really great. I spontaneously and at short notice reserved a table for two people for dinner. Since we weren't hotel guests, we were very happy about the friendly welcome in the restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was of very good quality, tasted excellent, the side salad was wonderfully fresh and the price-performance ratio was unbeatable. Very nice hotel. Friendly and very attentive staff! Very nice atmosphere in the breakfast room too. Fresh bread rolls daily from the local bakery. You will be asked what kind of hot drink you would like and whether you would like an egg dish of your choice. For me it was definitely very nice there. I'd love to come back!

Were here on May 27th. for dinner because my mother turned 60. Very nice location, tastefully decorated, super friendly & attentive service and excellent food. Our small dog was also welcome. Would come back at any time. Thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable end to the day.

Very nice rustic interior, highly atmospheric. Staff was friendly throughout. Baffling that wi-fi is only provided to hotel guests even though the four of us spent upwards of €100 on our dinner. As for the food itself, the tomato cream soup was nice if a bit sugary. Vegetarian options for mains did exist but the concept of the zucchini dish was a bit puzzling, with the chunk of white spaghetti served...

We spent a wonderful week in this wonderful apartment. Great facilities and great location. In 2 minutes at the port and at the restaurants. Very friendly and uncomplicated care by the guest service.
