Nice place to stay. It's a bit far out of the city center but it had free breakfast which was very nice and nice staff and comfy rooms as well. I would stay there again.

Very pleasant hotel with friendly staff and good food. The room was large, warm and had an excellent bathroom. There was a lovely view of the local countryside. The restaurant is well above average and the food was excellent, though fairly expensive. The staff were all helpful and courteous. The area is very quiet, but good for cycling and walking.

Because of huge traffic on the way from Poland we arrive to Gronau at 11 p.m. Every hotel was closed. We couldn’t find any spot to sleep, and then the nicest host ever when she was almost leaving home she checked in us because see saw that we are in need, and don’t have where to stay. Kindness like that doesn’t happens very often. Rooms clean, a lot of towels in bathrooms, good breakfast. For sure...

Normal hotel for company business. Stayed there many times. All good but typical German pillows. Full of air and not very comfortable.

Lovely modern hotel. Restaurant is excellent as well, could not fault my meal there. Only down side for me was it is remote but I think others would love that!

Hotel was comfortable and very clean. We were very grateful that they kept the kitchen open later than usual as we arrived later than expected, and this allowed us still to get dinner, so that was appreciated! A good value hotel that I would be happy to return to.

Of course, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the food was good. What I especially liked was that the owners, unlike in most restaurants I know, were not only friendly but also really cared that I am vegan. Very cozy house for a family vacation! Clean and tidy, the house is located in a quiet and green area. There is a garden with barbecue and a very nice terrace. The house is equipped with everything you need except a washing machine. You will not miss anything else for a longer stay here. It was a problem for us that the house rules were only in German and we are not convinced that we all followed them...

Very clean, very welcoming, everything is there. You immediately feel at home. Very nice area where you can walk endlessly with the dogs. Dogs can't get away. Large garden around the house.

were very enthusiastic about the clean and lovingly furnished apartment. The equipment was very good. The landlady welcomed us very friendly and was very helpful. Our dog was not only tolerated, but was also very welcome. Since the property was fenced, our dog could roam freely. There were successful days and we can only warmly recommend this apartment.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and supportive, the room was very clean and had everything to enjoy our stay, the breakfast buffet was mind blowing. Bottom line, it was an amazing and perfect stay. We would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel and can’t wait to come back !!

Only used the restaurant for an evening meal, but it was superb and would definitely go again when in Bad Benthiem.

Great service (, the owners put a lot of effort into making the stay very special and help with all the needs (advice on places to visit, dinner and ask to pick your own preference for the breakfast!)). Beautiful very big clean room and super wonderful breakfast.

In a very quiet living area. At first modern, but the smalledt apartment lacks a pantry, sleeping area open with the living room. Breakfast brought to your room. Bad Bentheim is typical German, not busy at all on Friday and Saturday.. Almost boring...

Traveled for work and stayed for 2 weeks here. Great place, very kind and friendly staff, rooms cleaned almost daily, excelent food. Will return here if i will get to work again in the area.

A very nice experience, the restaurant owner came to say hello to everyone, the obers were real gentlemen, and I appreciated that. I am not crazy about Italian food and I have some allergies so my food was pretty plain, but my kid and husband were very satisfied. I highly recommend this place.

Good dining experience, good food and a variety of music. Our first server was very friendly and made some jokes, although it was a bit too much at some point. The other server was very quiet and didn't know what flavours of ice cream would be in our desert. Overall the food was very good and tasted and looked nice. We had a good evening.

Many (Italian) dishes to chose from and fair prices. Nice staff and good quality food. The thing I appreciated the most however, was the efficiency of the service, no waiting around for someone to take your order, cook the food or give you the bill. Overall a really plecant experience

The hotel is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is several separate buildings between them, if it is raining will have to prevent this. Breakfast is in the main building where the reception is. The breakfast is good. The rooms are very very large and comfortable. An interesting thing is the fact that the toilet is separate from the shower. Liked it

A beautiful property with a very good restaurant. Everything was spotlessly clean, the tables were set with fabric and the food was excellent. The tagliatelle with shrimp was incredibly tasty. I have never enjoyed such good and juicy shrimp. The pork fillet with new asparagus was also very good. Gladly again soon.

Located in the middle of greenery with a golf course and sauna. Also an ideal starting point for cycling. The rooms are comfortable, but have little quirks here and there. Service and cleanliness is excellent. There is a minibar in this hotel, but with high prices. The surroundings are simply beautiful and invite you to take long walks or bike rides. I'm looking forward to next time!

We had already booked the holiday apartment on the first floor of the Spieker in winter a long time ago. We felt very comfortable there back then. The rooms were very clean, the location was perfect, quiet and very scenic. We really enjoyed our walks in the area and were able to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Maybe one day we'll come back here. :)

Amazing place. Silent location(30 minutes walk from shop),golf in hotel, near the Autobahn. The restaurant in the Hotel is just brilliant(they prepared lunch boxes because of our early check out). Dogs are allowed, and the place is lovely for them.

We were just stayed here for 1 night with my little baby. I like the middle door which connects 2 rooms, good for family or close friend to visit each other without going out from their own room. Only one thing I was not so satisfy is, headboard (the head of the bed) is directly under the window, cold wind was blowing on our heads for the whole night.

If you like family hotels without steel and glass then this is a topper. The rooms are large and great if you just wish to relax. The rooms are warm and cosy. The beds are very comfortable. The food was of an excellent standard. The only down side was this hotel is not suitable if you have difficulty climbing stairs. Nice, clean and cosy place, good restaurant, rich breakfast. Clean quiet rooms, only lift is missing (was carrying heavy stuff). Located in a quiet place, close to woods and local castle. Nice place to stay.

Very nice the rooms are excelent and clean but the only misfortune was that at this time it was very hot and the rooms are not catered with ACs so you can imagine how one can have a good sleep.

I stopped at this hotel as I was visiting friends. It was still being renovated at the time which was not of any inconvenience you only new the workers where there from the skips at the side of the hotel. Our room had just been finished, a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and fresh the service personnel were very helpful and informative of the area .....what to see and do

A lovely hotel in a quaint setting but very convenient for the motorway. Immaculately clean and a very spacious room. The receptionist was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, again with very friendly service. A great place to stop.

Pleasant quiet room with excellent breakfast. Everything is clean and well maintained. Bentheim Castle is about 10m walk. Beware restaurant closed on Sundays.

It is a good hotel. It is very busy. So remember to order in good time. The restaurant serves good food. The rooms are good.
