Stayed here with a TV crew, the hotel is lovely, in a very central location and the amazing staff went all out to accomodate every wish and necessity for us. Even in very difficult COVID conditions. Thank you!

The room was super clean, as expected. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the pool and gym area. The measures against Corona were enforced well. We're hoping to go back soon!

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, rooms are absolutely spotless and very spacious. We were overlooking the market square which at the time had the Christmas market on. The buildings on view from our room were spectacular. There is a lovely bar down stairs and staff there and behind the front desk were very friendly. Perfect stay all round and we will definitely be staying again.

Very helpful receptionist, We arrived very late and he could not find our booking though I hade a reservation, but at last he managed to get us two rooms instead of the familyroom we had booked.

The staff and management are great the room are wonderful I near downtown area and closer to restaurants and bars

A nice placed comfort hotel, clean with warm and polite personnel. In a peaceful area not far away from the the main city (if you have a car). Don't expect big variety of dishes from restaurant but whatever they serve is tasty. I really enjoyed my staying there and I recommend it without any hesitation.

The sauna is awful: just 4 recliners to rest. Shower is tiny, fits max. 2 people: the sink was clogged when we were there. So you’d better go check before considering of even going to the sauna.

Nice location in the forest, good size n comfortable rooms n baths. A 30 mins stroll to downtown. We were especially happy for the charger for electric cars, however and for the first time at a hotel unfortunately not for free...

I used the hotel for one night. The location is quite nice and it is close the motorway. It is reasonably priced, and the breakfast was good. I thought the wifi was too slow for modern use, and it would have been nice with a refrigerator. Otherwise, the room was great.

The complex is located by it self on top of a small hill looking over the city, which is a great view! The hotel rooms have a modern look to them and seem newly renovated. Our stay was very satisfactory and I was pleased to see clean and well kept rooms. The beds were presented with German 'Haribo bears' and some sparkling mineral water. Absolutely wonderful service, beautiful room, excellent breakfast buffet... it was a bit awkward that I had to iron in the bar lol yet it was still ok. I highly encourage using their sauna as well - all of my wishes were met!!

Very friendly staff. The hotel is very attractively designed. We slept very well. The breakfast was sufficient. We would stay in a similar hotel again. 5 stars are deserved.

My stay was excellent. All employees were extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. I had the feeling that I was seriously welcomed because of the sympathy. I simply enjoyed the days - despite the sad reason for my stay. I can therefore only recommend the Intercityhotel Hildesheim with great gratitude.

I liked the Hotel. It is not modern with smart card access, but it has metal keys to the room. But the rooms are spacious and bet is king sized. Location is central to city, city centre is only 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. Public transport is 2 minutes walk The breakfast has good and healthy spread.

We have been there only one night. We had two different rooms because we were 4 people. Staff was friendly and rooms were tidy. Ask the hotel staff where you have too park because then you will get your money back for the parking fee. Breakfast was amazing!!

Very clean rooms. Simple. Updated bathrooms and new mattresses on the beds. Very comfortable. The best breakfast we have had, as included with the room, in Europe!! This is in the heart of the city and a great location. Excellent value

We stayed here for one night en route to Neumünster. The location of the hotel is just off the A7. Plenty of parking space. The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel owners are a family and were very friendly and helpful. We arrived Sunday evening, which is the family's Ruhetag. Not a problem. Perfect designed hotel. The wifi works perfect and the staff is very helpful. The location is good close to the train station and only 10 minutes walk from Markt by pedestrian streets. Remember to visit “Pizza Stazione Da Antonino” around the corner.

It is a very simple but clean hotel. Rooms are more than decent and comfortable. Great breakfast included with a room price more than reasonable. Restaurant offers local cuisine with a lot of venison. There are quite pleasant trails to walk/jog or ride, next to the channel. Some natural preserve less than 1 km. Overall hotel cleanliness is really high. You get really decent place to stay for a couple of nights for the really decent price. The reception staff is really pleasant. Hotel is super close to HbF and main shopping mall. However, small rooms and lack of warm breakfast (there are no scrambled eggs nor bacon/sausages) make it a bit uncomfortable when you are staying longer (9 days in my case).

As a family with 2 children (7 and 10 years old), we were allowed to stay as the first guests in the Hildesheim sleeper shop in two double rooms. The host and his team were very warm and uncomplicated. The rooms are simply and elegantly furnished. The cleanliness was great. We would like to come again.

It's an old hotel with a typical German decor. The bar serves all sorts of drinks. We stay here whenever we are in Hildesheim, which must be every two or three years. Service is cheerful and friendly and the food us good at breakfast time. I assume the standard will be the same at other meals. Lots of parking for your car. a very nice restaurant some 4 km from the town center, easy to get here by bike. visited a wedding celebration here - everything went fine, the staff was nice and the banquette done well. the hotel rooms are also quite cozy.

Good place to have dinner, stay the night and have breakfast. Quiet rooms even with a party going on upstairs. Lovely and very friendly staff! Don't drink the local Schnapps though! It is really terrible! ;-)

Very nice - excellent restaurant. We stayed there for one night and liked it very much. Excellent food and plenty of good beer. Friendly, helpful staff. Simple room with no frills and a very good experience in the restaurant. I would go again just for the restaurant.
