Great hotel in hildesheim great view. Clean rooms and s wonderful breakfast. Nothing to complain

Now been our traditional stopover on our way south. Great value for the price. Quality breafast and facilities, kind service, comfortable rooms. The market place is a beautiful place to hang out in the evening, and the parking lot just under the hotell makes everything very easy.

Loved the hotel! Absolutely amazing location, just take a stroll down the road and indulge in beauty! The rooms are perfect! Restaurant is very aesthetic! The staff is lovely and polite! Worth of every penny.

The hotel is near a construction site, which makes access and parking challenging. Location isn't great, as the central area is 15-20 minutes walk. Service could be better too.

Centrally located on the main square in Hildesheim, this hotel was beautifully renovated and most likely recently renovated. We had a large comfortable family room with plenty of room. The pool area was brand new and gorgeous. My daughter loved it! Breakfast was abundant, delicious and beautifully presented. I warmly recommend this hotel.

Not plesant dinner Vi ´have visited Van der Valk in Hildesheim more times, and this time all was ok, exept our experience in the resturant. We order a before dinner drink, and a 3 course menu, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Afetr app. 20 min we aske for the drink, and got the wine, together with the starter menu, and no before dinner drink. We got it after we asked again for it - the water...

This is my first time staying at the intercity. Overall, the hotel is really modern with great furnishings. The best part about this hotel chain is that, the location. Most of the time, it is located at the center point of next to main station.

The location is very good, the station is right outside the door. Except it's a little smaller, everything else is good.

Lovely little hotel near the main railway station. We were by car and had pre-booked private parking- they have 3. The receptionist was efficient and friendly; we booked a superior room, which was spacious and clean and with an excellent bed. The breakfast was allright. The only minus: as it was very cold, it would have been a good ides to pre-heat the room, as it was ice cold on arrival!!

This hotel is very convenient, within walking distance (15min) to the centre. Limited parking available on hotelground( paid!) but outside free parking along the street available. We had room number 4, which was a little warm during a summer day. (No aircon) Windows can be opened, but street noise enters as well. Excellent price performance (incl breakfast) and very friendly staff.

Had booked the entire hotel for me and my crew for a couple of days on our Princess for one day tour. Wonderful place, great host, would always go again. I wish it had a restaurant or a bar to get evening drinks though.

Not a suitable location for a family, near the train station rather seedy area felt unsafe. Could suit a business traveller. Lovely service a kind helpful manageress and reasonable breakfast. Room was spacious. Fairly clean, dust over desk .

Comfortable, friendly, off-street parking, 20 minute walk to city centre. Good breakfast. No lift; not an issue for us but might be for some.

Sleep-over in Hildesheim Very nice hotel in the countryside of Hildesheim. Very nice view from the terasse and nice surroundings Our room fine, but the bed was very small, only suitable for one adult and a child. Very nice room for storing our bicycles for the night and for free. We only had an evening meal serves, which was fine and the waiters was very friendly, no breakfast, so can´t qoute.

I stayed here on October 2023. Really good hotel to stay. Located near the freeway and the car park provided to ease people who stay. I like to walk around the place and hope to visit here again. The owner really friendly.

Stayed December 2022,travelling through Germany, good location close to no 7 highway. Great hotel, hostess was very nice to us, we felt at home. Good rooms with enough space, modern interior for family of 4. Good breakfast with plenty of items to chose from. We drove electric car, there are 4 chargers, 2 pillars 11kw each. App is wirelane but that did not really work so Mobility+ app worked which covers...

Quiet Good hotel Not good breakfast

It's conveniently right by the train station and near some lovely restaurants. It's a basic room, however, the bedding is a bit questionable. If you prefer a firmer pillow, rather than one that suddenly disappears when touched, bring one with you. The breakfast has definitely improved from last year and has an wider range of choice. It's buffet style but pretty good.

Good traffic connections to exhibition ground and city-Hannover. Nice location.

I I’m only here for one night, sadly, but I have to say this was probably the best experience I’ve had in Germany. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly nice. I also had a great time at the bar just chatting. I wish I could stay longer, but I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place!

Upon arrival, parking under the hotel. There aren't many places but not many cars either. At check-in we are asked what time we will have breakfast tomorrow. I answer at 8 thinking: there will be many customers. When we went down the following day we were alone from 8.10 to 9.00 and we were served a tray instead of the buffet service (with enough food in terms of quantity and quality). The buffet tables...

Best for working professional for short stay

Super clean and very surprisingly nice, i would honestly expect it to cost atleast twice as much. Super comfy bed, big bathroom, everything is updated and seems new. The staff is incredibly available, kind and helpful. We stay in hotels quite often for work, and I would say this is by far the best one yet-and and the best price. I would very highly reccomend it and gladly stay again!!

The shower was amazing, better than some 5* hotels, bathroom perfect, room very clean. Firm bed, very good sleep. Small Netto food store next to the hotel, but closed on Sundays. Free parking.

Hotel that looks a bit like a cliche of a German living room. It's cozy, staff is very friendly and handled is with care and respect even after comming back destroyed from the cool industrial gig we played at that festival. Breakfast was nice too. Everything budget friendly and professional. Not a place to hang out at the bar, however a place to sleep decently. Recommended.

Clean, basic, includes nice breakfast. Very nice staff. Right next to the train stop. 15 minutes drive from the Hannover Messe, with no traffic.

This little hotel surprised me. The hosts were very nice and the room where I stayed was also enjoyable. It is very close to the S-Bahn and the breakfast was the typical German breakfast with sausages, eggs, ham and cheese, breads and jelly. The only downside was the internet. Although the speeds we're good enough, it kept disconnecting every 5 minutes. Other than that, I would recommend this place

Cost effective hotel in reasonable distance to the Hannover fair. Rooms are simple, but clean. No noise during the night. Continental breakfast available in the morning for a small fee. Friendly personal. Also train station in easy walking distance.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. He spent time to show me around the building, telling me the history of it... He is very proud of the building history and how he has developed the business.

I hold really good memories there. Didn’t stay in the hotel but tried the restaurant. Great food and exceptional service.

From the outside a very old building, Very nicely restored and very nicely and tastefully furnished inside. The operators are very nice. I highly recommend the hotel. Anyone who loves peace and security is in good hands here.

If you want to sleep quietly and very well, this is the place for you. Breakfast is prepared according to the guest's wishes. Always happy to be a guest.

This hotel is located outside of Hannover (around 20 min drive). They offer on-site parking which is always appreciated. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with a lot of quality options. Staff was very nice.

One night stay while travelling through Hannover. I was very happy with the hotel. I felt that they were very 'covid safe' while still being helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable (our group had 2 rooms - one to the front and one to the back) and I (front) had no problem with any noise from the road. The buffet breakfast was good, varied and plentiful. We will stay here again.

The room is clean and if you are really tired, the bed is big enough. In any other situation, the bed is quite small. Breakfast is OK for German stanfard, but nothing special. If you expect to have a relaxing evening at the sauna, then you have a maximum 50/50 chance it actually working. Free parking and close to local shops.

There was a small additional charge in addition to the amount stated. It was 3€, which may have been a hotel service charge.

So far everything was fine, except that you had to let the water in the shower run for a while (5 minutes) until it was warm enough to shower!

Was a great affordable hotel to stay at and walk 30 min to ZAG arena. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are super clean and all facilities. Breakfast for €10 was very good, simple but all you need. Train is only minutes away and a shopping mall. Across the street is a very good Irish Pub in an adjoining hotel. Great atmosphere..

I really liked the coffee bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location for walking to the ZAG Arena. Quiet area and good road connections. I would happily stay there again.

The hotel room is quite big, and it is close to the exhibition, which is very convenient. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, but Europeans basically don't open on weekends, which is a bit inconvenient

Central location, easy to get to, friendly staff, breakfast has a good selection, free parking, water, coffee, ironing board in the room, but unfortunately there is a problem with the details. Not all sockets are in use, which makes it difficult, the workspace is enough for a small laptop, but it is directly under the slope

Great hotel! Wonderful and easy check in, the room is spacious, comfortable and feels luxurious. The price is a bit stiff, but still I think it’s mostly worth it. Don’t be afraid to book last minute as well!
