This is a very good 4 Star hotel, we stayed in a suit which was very nicely furnished with a spacious modern bathroom. Breakfast buffet was a little cramped for space, but excellent food including lots of fish. Location is perfect for the toen center. I can well recommend this hotel.

Pros: nice clean rooms, good breakfast. Cons: high prices, located next to main road so quite noisy (have to keep windows closed), far from old town and they charge extra for parking which is pretty rude considering it is a small village with plenty of parking space.

Brilliant place, very VERY kind personnel willing to help out whenever. The pool and spa was nice,, but remember to bring slippers. WiFi was a little spotty and didn't work all over the premises but the breakfast and dinner was extremely delicious and very cheap. Brilliant stay!

Nice location. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Short drive away from beautiful beaches. The room we stayed at had a balcony which was nice for smokers like my husband and I. Dog friendly. Ok breakfast which is until 11 am. Specially nice if you like sleeping in. There is free tea in the lobby as well.

We stayed here for two nights and felt very comfortable. The rooms and the whole house are really nicely furnished and the breakfast is prepared with a lot of love and brought to (or in front of) the room, see photo. The owner is very nice and takes special requests. There is also a lot else to do in the area. If we are in the area again we will try to stay here again.

We stayed here on a short break in early June 2021. The location is really very quiet and idyllic, no tourist crowds and therefore absolutely suitable for decelerating. It seems to be an hotel only, we were there at 11 o' clock in the morning passing through on our journey from Danmark to our homeplace. We stopped as we wanted to enjoy coffee an cake there and received a sorry "breakfast is till 11 o' clock only" So with a little adaption to the attitude you could maybe generate some extra cashflow without to much investment....

Very friendly welcome. I was personally led into the breakfast room and the room and instructed in the procedures. Spacious room with WiFi, TV and radio and spacious bathroom with two sinks, tub and shower. The breakfast was very rich and was supplemented with egg dishes on request. We immediately felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable in the house. The hotel is definitely recommended.

We were welcomed in a very nice and humorous way. The room was huge and we didn't want anything. Our dogs were also welcome! Unfortunately we had to find out that the hotel is changing hands, but if it continues to run just as well, we'd be happy to come back.

Die Lage ist wunderbar, und das Personal war größtenteils freundlich, sodass wir uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt haben. Allerdings ist der ältere Teil des Hotels ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, und die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sowie im Restaurant ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig (Blumen könnten zum Beispiel auch mal abgestaubt...

Das Hotel hat die optimale Lage zum Wasser,Promenade und Zentrum. Leider ist es überhaupt nicht für Gehbehinderte geeignet,da die Fahrstühle im Haupthaus zu klein sind und der Strandflügel nicht gut erreichbar ist (nur über Fahrstuhl und Treppenstufen). Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our room faced the beach and the restaurant next door. We could hear noise from their kitchen which kept us up later than we wanted to be. Next time we will ask for a room on the other side. It was a wonderful week, booked through our great coach company Gimmler(🤩), the service people from the hotel are very nice and courteous, the rooms are practical and always clean. The hotel is beautifully situated directly on the beach, it only takes a few minutes to walk to Wyk, along the spa promenade or along the beach. There you are right at the port, where the fish market takes place on Sundays

The family room is ideal for travelling with children. The bar is excellent too.

Last weekend we stayed at the Hotel Windjammer for the first time after the renovation. The rooms have become very nice, super modern and spacious with a seating area and writing facilities. The breakfast was great, as always, so much choice and every day at least 5-6 salads all homemade, pickled vegetables etc. etc. just great! We will be back!!

I was there month ago, it was a good hotel for a good price. +The room was clean and good. - No one was there to answer after 21:00 -But we had problem with heating and it was not warm at all, after many calls a service man had came checked everything and said it is so and specially the heater and towel dryer in the bathroom is just as a decoration there!

We had a really nice short break this week at the Bernstein 50's Seaside Motel. The rooms were very nice and very clean. Die Junior-Suite ist perfekt ausgestattet mit sehr geräumigen Bad, zur Nordsee sind es lediglich ein paar Schritte und dann über den Deich und zur "Gastro-Meile" geht man keine zehn Minuten. Das Frühstück ist sensationell, weil es nicht nur umfangreich ist, sondern auch sehr ansehnlich und appetitlich dargeboten wird.

4 days holiday in this hotel with a dog and we would love to come back for longer. The trend is towards 5 stars and unfortunately I only had to deduct small things (noise from the street with the window open, weak hair dryer, towel change was not complete). But that shouldn't outweigh the experienced friendly team on site, the cleanliness, the great breakfast and the beautiful room (grande suite)....

We had booked the grand suite. The room has a sufficiently large balcony, a kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven and a large dining table. Extra bedroom with very good mattresses and TV on the wall. TV device big enough, even if we didn't watch TV. Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Staff is very friendly.
