The staff is great, and the hotel is easy to find. The rooms could use an update, but everything is clean.

Great price, tasty breakfast, quiet rooms. It's a pity there is no air conditioning.

The staff speaks fluid english which already is a +. We got a room downstairs, big room with good facilities. There were alot of young people this day that arrived but we heard nothing from them even thou they were drinking and having fun. Next morning we woke up we all agreed we had a perfect sleep..so thanks for a solid hotel experience.

Stayed for 5 nights while in Ingolstadt on business. Comfortable stay with pleasant staff. Had a couple of issues with key card being de-magnetized, and the restaurant was closed. This being said, staff rectified as necessary. Recommend staying if have a rental car and want something a little further away from the downtown hustle.

Good breakfast choices. Rooms are good, pretty big. Reception was excellent, even with a crowdy "bar" in front. Status acknowledged, but I still got a problem with their membership program! NOT the hotel, that was good!

Truly a 4 star experience. Rooms with generous space and very clean. The staff is very kind and extremely professional, attentive to the needs of the customers. The hotel is located in a quiet area. After a day of doing many activities, the perfect environment that the hotel creates for rest was wonderful. Tasty breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Ara hotel offers a very romantic candle light dinner with a bottle of wine at very affordable prices. The service was very great as well. Everything was fine, except the fitness center. I was expecting to be able to train in the mornings, but there was no threadmill, some machines broken, etc. Fix that, and 5 stars from me!

The location is perfect, near to Audi Museum and to the city center. Service was really nice, with helpful and nice employees, serving always with a smile.

Liked: interior, service, location, free city tickets, close to the central station and the bus station. Neutral: breakfasts. Didn't like: laundry service is external, moreover it is expensive and unreliable because they can reject your order just because they need more than a week to wash your clothes.

Very neat place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel leis near the central station and the main bus stop, so the connectivity is not a question. The breakfast includes all the basics. Nothing to complain. Will recommend to anyone anytime.

Pretty good standard and nice breakfast. If you are not for AC and prefer to keep the windows open, you may not like it - too close to railstation so its very noisy, even during the night. But the amount of new Audi's on wagons is worth it :)

Room is really nice but there are some problems: - the light switch for the main lights is nowhere to be found - there is a heater that does nothing - parking is 12 € per night - have to sign in for wifi and put in your family name but it didn't work for me as they never registered me at the reception

Really loved the service and the rooms. The hotel staff were also friendly. The rooms were modern and spacious enough. Just highlighting that the parking is charged at a rate of 12€ per day. Overall the experience was really good

The service and friendliness of the staff at Live N Work made me feel like I was the most important person at the hotel. The level of service from Mr. Wild and his team is on par with the best known luxury hotel chains...

Very nice and big room, very clean, nice and quiet location, you can rest and sleep well in those good beds. The personal was very good and helpful. The parking for the car was free, safe and only ten meters from the hotel. I recommend this hotel for all families. If you like cars you can visit Audis museum and line production, it's beside the hotel.

Had a nice stay, even at Corona times. The personal always tries to comfort you. Even breakfast was god. Leave 4 Stars, because of the busy location within the GVZ.

Staff was top! Breakfast was very good, COVID measurements were also on point.

Location is one of the best, BUT on booking it says it has a free park place, however when you get there you have to pay 8€ as parking fee. Parking is small and entering from the street is really stressful and imposible with a big car.

Nice central location in Ingolstadt, we had four rooms and stayed for one night, parking worked fine with three full sized cars. 👍 Breakfast was fine as well.

To be honest, did not feel very welcome after I asked for a room for one night. We had a room at the back which was quiet. Facilities were good. The hotel seems to be targeted at business people. Would not recommend it for couples, rooms are not very cozy. Okay for short stay I guess, a bit expensive.

We visited this hotel on our half way trip to Croatia and just for one night sleep. It is very modern architecture in concrete and fabric. The room was small but fitted our needs, curtains blocked out all light and even though this hotel is located near a busy road (on the back side) it blocked out all traffic noise. We've used this hotel twice, and would probably do so again as it's conveniently located between Nurenberg and Munich, but a lot cheaper than either of those cities. We've always had to split our family (5) across two double rooms, it would be nicer if there were some more family friendly options available. We asked reception for extra bedding, and they were very helpful.

Nice and fine hotel, we stayed there overnight on our way to Lake Garda, Italy. The rooms were okay, and the breakfast was good. Nice hotel to stay at if you want to see Ingolstadt, or visit the Audi Forum. Good recommendation for an overnight stay.

I stayed for 3days and 2nights. On my 1st night, I was given a room in the basement. The room has a broken window(not able to close or open properly). Outside the window, I can see dirt(ground). Half of the window is below ground. The staff are kind and understanding. They let me transfer to another room the next day. The cook is kind to prepare dinner even I arrived late and past the time for dinner...

I was here for a three day workshop. Very kind service. Nice room for having a relaxed workshop with a good atmosphere. The pinboards and pens are a little bit, let's say, outdated. Flash cards only round. The lunch menue is okay. Great for delegates to stay at the hotel. No travel needed in the morning.

Good place to stop for a long distance trip and friendly personnel. For us with allergies however not the best choice as all rooms have carpet.

Clean, good beds, good breakfast, very close to the highway. Child sleeps upstairs in own space. Bathroom is a little small. Corridors are in the open air (covered) and smell like hell because of smoking. If you got the time, visit the city. Beautiful.

Right by the highway. Great hotel if you're passing through, or if you only have to spend the night due to other activities. Clean and simple. I would not recommend the hotel for a prolonged stay, as the room lacks a bit of comfort to spend a whole day in it. Breakfast is good.

I did not stay in the hotel itself but in the longstay apartments near the old town. The apartments are nice though the deco is gawdy. The wonderfully isolated German construction must be outstanding for winter but now in the summer made it a bit hard to bear. The hotel was prepared with two air columns and can't be blamed for near 40°C. Some kind of warning about the 4th floor without lift would surely...

Room "class first business" may differ depending on part of the building. I've been in very small and old room without air-conditioning. Room had extra doors to the suit next door and I could hear people like there were in mine, also door handle was working - creepy. My friend got room completely different in terms I've mentioned before for the same price and he was satisfied. In the other hand SPA...

Outdoor swimming pool great with nice weather under condition if not crowded! No air conditioning, as well as too less bath towel for the sauna (only one in the room!!) - breakfast 3/5 for 4*

Great hotel, new facilities, each room is individually designed, good breakfast, friendly staff, amazing comfy beds, and large bathroom. Although the hotel is located c. 8 min drive from the old town, I would definitely recommend staying here when in Ingolstadt (it is really easy going downtown and there are plenty of parkings).

Great newer hotel. Lovely rooms and friendly service. We were given a nice room service in the room which was great after a long day in the car on the way to Italy. Good food from the restaurant and nice breakfast. Our favorite hotel when we go on holiday in Austria or Italy.

We were looking for a hotel for one night in transit and were spontaneously welcomed here at 00:30. Great design, very nice, well-equipped room and everything is brand new. The hotel is easy to reach from the motorway. We'd love to come back!

This hotel I located in an industrial area on the south side of Ingolstadt. Close to the A9 autobahn. The hotel is new and modern with nice rooms and spacious bathrooms. And a very comfortable bed. During covid the breakfast comes as an lunchbox but can be eaten in the breakfast room at the ground floor of the hotel. Creditcards are accepted.

My inexpensive single room was spacious and very clean. The perfect stop for an overnight stop on a long journey. Fast connection to the motorway.

Best Hotel at this price class in the city. I will always stay here when I'm in Ingolstadt. I was here twice in February and again in April.The ladies on the reception were great. The new man was a bit disinterested in his job. The staff changed a bit in the short time they've been open. Once the personel settles I expected an even better experience.
