Everyone, starting with the owner, is so welcoming. This is our 3rd stay over the past several years. The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. We had a balcony which was lovely. The breakfast buffet is THE BEST we had at any of the other hotels we visited during our 2.5week European trip.

The room was nice and large. The hotel and room were very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Free parking next to the hotel. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of food. Hosts were very friendly and made us welcome.

A wonderful inn in a great location easily accessible to many restaurants and attractions in town. The innkeeper and his staff are very friendly and helpful with their guests. The rooms are big and clean. The hosts are super nice and friendly. You feel very welcome. The breakfast varied and delicious. There are various fresh rolls, bread, crisps, rusks, and much more.

Very nice. Three of the room was a bit too small but it was very clean. Breakfast was rather poor. Often there were no more boiled eggs and the products were from the discounter. Otherwise everything is fine.

While we didn't stay at the hotel, we popped in for a coffee and cake (the apple cake was AMAZING), and had a lovely time with our daughter. It is very quiet and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed. It definitely isn't a place you would come to without knowing it's there - we were lucky because we thought we were going to just a cafe nearby, and then discovered this!

A very comfortable and cozy spa hotel. Ot has so many nice facilities for children! My favourite is mouse cinema: one can get there only through the small entrance and inside it looks like a small cave with the big TV showing cartoons. A lot of toys and nice game room. In the cozy pension / hotel you feel completely at ease. Excellent, very nice hosts, the breakfast is delicious, rich and something for everyone and the rooms are clean and spacious. If you want, you can register for dinner in the evening, the boss is a trained chef and you can taste it. The food prices are reasonable and the portions are big enough. Decorations are in the style of the '70s. I don't mind, but for some won't be enough. We've been given a small chambre in the attic, yet we've paid full price. They said they were full. Other than that, the breakfast is really good, I loved it. The small town is nice and you won't be mistaking to stop by.

It's a very nice, small but modern restaurant. It can be seen that all dishes as prepared at the moment, very less from cans or refrigerated, everything tastes very good and fresh. Service is very good, there is always someone around taking care of your needs. They are very friendly and helping to know what to order. I would definitely come again if I'm somewhere here near.

We stayed in the apartment here for 4 nights in june 2017. The place was clean and very cozy. The location is tricky to reach without a car. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Perhaps a negative point is that there are not many young/english speaking people staying there. The Wifi works well in the breakfast area, but it was quite poor in the apartment.

This hotel is really nice. Rooms are very clean, very nice view from the windows. The food in its restaurant is made in a very efficient manner. The chief can make a special food for your needs. Inside the passages of the hotel you will have a very nice experience. I wonder how beautiful it will be in the Christmas!

Rating only refers to the food: very tasty apple strudel, delicious soup and vital salad! Nice service. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, we found it difficult to find the way to the hotel-restaurant entrance, as we came from the hike on foot and thus from below/below the hotel. Anyone arriving by car will be navigated directly to the entrance.

The "travel group Walther" was a guest in this beautiful hotel this weekend. The service, the food, this all-round carefree package.....can only be recommended. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars, but it should really be 10. That's why 👍 thumbs up, always worth a trip.

Very friendly and polite Staff. The brealkfast buffet hat everything you could wish for and had everyday something new to offer. It was great. The swimming pool was also very nice. As northern Germans, we only knew the mountains when they were snow-covered and we wanted to change that with the family. The Hotel Alpensonne was the perfect starting point for this. The stay at the Hotel Steffl was very nice and we felt very comfortable. The hotel is very familiar and very, very friendly and clean. You feel welcome right from the start, you get enough information about excursion destinations and there is a sufficient breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired.
