Dream location, friendly staff. We checked in around 9 PM, very good communication. The room was clean, spacious, and had a terrace, complementary 2 bottles of water. Exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of food

I really enjoyed everything - the location, the staff, and the excellent breakfasts👍. The hotel is decorated in a Bavarian style. The view from the balcony is stunning😍. There are many interesting attractions nearby

This hotel is at a wonderful location. Great views of majestic mountains never seen before. Friendly staff, great price, quiet, great breakfast. Too bad j was not there for a longer stay.

We had a really good experience with our stay at the hotel. We had booked it as a weekend couples stay and our room was beautifully decorated

The entire stay was just great. The reception was very warm and we were first shown the whole house. The room was very spacious and equipped with a table, 2 chairs, 2 armchairs and a wide bed with separate mattresses

The pool in the basement was perfect for a little relaxation in the evening, but a little cool

The hotel owners are very friendly and helpful. They give good tips for excursions and activities, especially the recommendations of the restaurants for evening meals are excellent

Above all, a very big compliment to the Hafner family, they are super friendly and you can feel from the first Minute their hospitality, also a big compliment to the staff

The breakfast in the hotel is very, very good and varied. There are only fresh products from the region. We can only recommend this hotel. We would be happy to come back

Excursions can be started from the accommodation and it takes just under 8 minutes to get to Inzell. Yet our stay was just so outstanding thanks to the perfect hosts

The amenities with the Sauna and Swimming Pool were top notch, though being limited to one household due to Corona restriction for the Sauna, though they had one inside and a smaller hut just outside the door

We loved this hotel! It had a very authentic feel and was located in a beautiful small town. Very clean, had a nice little deck, amazing breakfast and friendly staff.

Basic room but had character and was clear and well kept. Main bit of hotel was basic and had a bit of a youth hostel feel. Pillows were awful (lumpy ) but bedding otherwise very comfy

The food and service was amazing, nothing to complain about as the breakfast buffet had everything I could wish for and the dinner was always tasty and good portions, with every employee being awesome

I think I booked a room for 4 but accidentally only named the 2-adults. When we turned up with 2 additional children they were very good about it.

Nice Alpen Choice Clean and comfortable family room. but can imagine also to stay longer. Nice location and good selection of breakfast. but be sure to come earlier as after 10AM the selection was limited

The village is beautiful. I've never lived in one of the houses myself (not quite cheap), but we like to eat in the inn. Tastes delicious and the staff is very nice. Unfortunately closed all weekend

Great food, great price and super friendly service. Everyone is thought of, whether vegetarian, home cooking, or alcohol-free. Really recommended! But call ahead if you can come!

We (2 families with dogs) are spending four days in one of the five alpine huts. Although it's really bad weather, here it's an incredibly beautiful place to feel comfortable

The sauna house, delicious food, absolutely uncomplicated hosts and the lovingly furnished huts contribute to our relaxing short break. Hopefully we can come back again 😊

The breakfast was great, the owner was very nice and the swimming lake was great. It was also very nice that there were several possibilities to sit in the evening with a coffee or tea

Wonderful view, high quality amenities, unfortunately small facilities with expensive entrance price. Further the whirlpool was as cold as the pool.

One of the mighty pluses of the guesthouse is the stunning view from the window. Everything is very clean, good comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant with a standard menu. Slightly poor breakfast.

Staff were superb & very helpful. Food was excellent, with a wide choice of breakfasts available. I would recommend this hotel as the perfect place to explore Rhupolding and the surrounding area

My room was nice and large but with a tiny shower. The TV was likewise small but who cares. Breakfast is top notch with a great selection of cold cuts, cheese, yogurts, Müsli, bread, eggs, toast, coffee and tea

We were very warmly welcomed and made to feel at home straight away. On a walk, our bags were already in our rooms which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable

This hotel is truly unique! Great location, great rooms, very good food. Everyone is nice, helpful and makes you feel at home. Unfortunately there is no pool, but all the other nice things make up for it

The hotel is right in the heart of the village, with a fantastic crazy gol and bar next door, it's also a gateway to lots of activities. The breakfast is good value and served with a smile

Stayed for four nights during World Cup in Biathlon

I can only suggest this hotel in Ruhpolding, Helds is amazing from all aspects, the staff are very friendly and supportive. Additionally, the food in the restaurant is very delicious.

Plenty of hiking options for all ages and abilities. Fantastic massage, saunas, indoor pool, Kegelbahn and playgrounds in and outdoors

The staff are incredibly friendly and warm, you really feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. They have recommendations for every day, and every weather. A short walk to the picturesque Thumsee for an amazing swim

While we didn't stay at the hotel, we popped in for a coffee and cake (the apple cake was AMAZING), and had a lovely time with our daughter. It is very quiet and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed

Nestled in the mountains, with rolling green meadows all around, it's like driving into picture book paradise. The air is so fresh and clean, beautiful flowers and trees and stunning views of Thumsee

The food is exceptional, excellent breakfast, soup at lunch time and multiple dinner options each night, you're welcome to try them all! Plus fresh salads and delicious desserts

4 stars Location was great, Ruhpolding is really nice little town, offering convenient access to a lot of outdoor activities and as a hotel guest you will receive the Chiemgau karte which allows you free use of the skilifts, the local Vital Alpina Adventure & wellness pool for 3 hours (does not include the sauna area) and other benefits

3 stars Hotel pool and wellness was nice, pool opens at 07:30, which we enjoyed, sauna unfortunately didn't open until 16:00, which isn't ideal for everyone but we enjoyed it nevertheless

Nice and quick service in the beer garden in the afternoon for good price so decided to test it for dinner also. Good atmosphere inside and quick service. Really good desert and was possible to get a small cognac to it.

The food was outstanding and the also have a brand new Spa. All the staff was so helpfull with advise to visit places nearby. Salzburg is just about 30 minutes away

It's a very nice, small but modern restaurant. It can be seen that all dishes as prepared at the moment, very less from cans or refrigerated, everything tastes very good and fresh

Hotel is situated a few hundred metres from the town centre. Comfortable rooms with all modern facilities. Nice indoor pool with spa area including sauna, steam room and hot tub

Our evening meals were very nice although as I vegetarian I was very limited to one choice of main meal. The swimming pool and wellness centre is lovely and an added bonus, I would recommend this

We stayed here at Steibach Hotel for 7 nights. The hotel is very clean and our room at the front of the hotel was spacious. There was noise from the road but it was ok

Dinner was a set menu of choice with main course served from chaffing dishes and starters a self service buffet. It was good value and adequate. repeat staff friendly and helpful

No lift for upper floors, might be an issue for elderly or with mobility problems Bar was not open at the time so drinks are simply brought to the table

The rooms are great, the food is great. In addition, sauna, swimming pool, billiards and table tennis at really fair prices. Even the ChiemgauCard with 3 gondolas, football golf and a mammoth museum was included

Great view of the mountains and the Church of St. Georg, very nice family hotel with a great breakfast and only a ten-minute walk to the train station. Highly recommended.

You feel welcome right from the start, you get enough information about excursion destinations and there is a sufficient breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired

Inexpensive for Ruhpolding, although I don't know what it looks like when the Biathlon World Cup takes place there. We loved it and will come again

It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful town and it has an adorable view, we have 2 rooms with a long balcony (rooms 7 & 8 ) It is around 7 minutes walking to the train station The rooms are clean and tidy The owners and staff are very welcoming and nice people they make you feel as at your home The only negative thing: the internet connection was very bad except that every thing was perfect
