Good tourist class hotel. National coach holidays used the Wagner in place of the Kurfurst which has been permanently closed due to the cost of updating its fire control plan with the local fire brigade. Hotel had a stand alone outside lift which helps folk get to their rooms along with internal lifts but not to the restaurant which has stairs that must be used to gain access. Free bar from 9 to 1...

Fantastic . Mareus and staff friendly and fun. Can't recommend it enough. Felt like one of a big family, they just couldn't do enough for us. Congratulations to the chef food was amazing. Just say the dressing up idea is just the best😊👍 Mareus Suzy and Herman and the rest of the staff, keep it up I hope to visit again.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived at 22.00 and was served a 3 course meal. The well-being suite was great...and after a day sight seeing was lovely to have a sauna and power showers..towels were provided. The breakfast is continental but enough to go around everyone. Evening is a set meal but I sure if you had dietary needs would be accommodated. We were a coach party of 50. Entertainment...

Excellent food. Room ok but a bit small. Bed good. Staff very attentive. Altogether a good experience. There are lifts but also a lot of stairs. Would stay here again.

Great place. If I was passing through the area again I would head straight to Hotel Wagner. The host made us feel welcome the second we walked in the door and set up the sauna for us. The waiter and the cook made our dinner a great experience too. Brilliant food from the chef and brilliant friendly service from the waiter. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was ok for one night. Room was ok too. Bathroom was a bit old-fashioned, something needs to be done. Shower very narrow, a no-go for stable people. Very narrow. Unique place, very quiet and beautiful. Excellent location with magnificent views and perfect for sight seeing and wine testing vacations. The owner and personnel are very pleasant people and always ready to help. Rooms are very clean and neat. A place everyone would like to visit again.

Here Parking is available for guests and ample, and next to the Hotel. Directly next to the Hotel, the beer garden is located. Here are 100 of people have about enough space. On the occasion of a hiking vacation we spent days in the hotel. We experienced great service at this family run hotel. The sauna area is very nice. The rooms are good, the breakfast is very good.

This year is the first time staying at this hotel, we found the hotel owners very helpful and the hotel very clean. The hotel has a restaurant and serve excellent food, the hotel is located in an excellent location to explore the area. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Good location, traditional and vintage place with the basic needs to stay for a short time , the room small but cozy, very colorful. In the night it was loud because of the train passing, and too hot in summer (no air conditioning, but ventilator) . Breakfast included , not much variety but it was fine. Service was friendly

Great value for the money. We arrived at 11.00 in the evening. We couldnt find a reception, because it doesnt have a sign on the door, but there was someone to help us out with the keys.

The food was quite limited and sometimes slightly salty, the room sizes were inadequate and the WIFI was unfunctioning. I was staying as part of a school trip so I suppose usually the food is to a better standard and that less beds would be in one room. The views were very nice though, with the balcony overlooking the River Rhine. So it is adequate to stay in but things could be improved upon.

Stayed here on a trip with the school. Very good for school parties. Some rooms could do with refurbishment. Food was OK, but the buffet was too small for the number of people using it.

Good budget hotel if you're a keen traveller and don't mind a bit of mismatch ajd just a good place to rest your head. No frills as such and slightly dusty etc. Pretty good food msotly and a great place for large groups to stay.

Lovely small hotel with incredibly helpful and friendly couple who run it. Great location, in a traditional area of this small town. Close to the railway station and all the amenities in the town. The breakfast is excellent.

A really friendly place to have a very nice tasting meal.. we really enjoyed it. The Portuguese owner is a bit of a comic 😉.. likes a laugh with the customers. I can definitely recommend the Ohm Patt restaurant.. (I have no idea about the hotel accommodation) Not the fastest service.. but who cares, you're on vacation.

This place has a great selection of food, the condition was decently clean and views were fantastic. As we came on a band tour in 2018 in summer it was a great experience and it had a good location near the Rhine River, it's different to the average British hotels but has a minor difference, the size of the rooms weren't the best for 3 people to sleep in. We spent such a nice vacation in the City Hotel Hunsruecker Hof. Breakfast was really good ( meat, cheese, fruits, vegetables, toasts, tea, coffee, just all that you need for breakfast). It's cheap and cheerful and comfortable. The staff are more than happy to help. It's too close to the railway line though, which makes sleeping difficult at times...

Rooms were a bit dated but good value for budget travelers. I really enjoyed my stay and the food from the restaurant was really good. Unfortunately, I was tripled charged for a rum and coke I purchased and didn't report it to my bank in time to get a refund. If their card reader isn't working, make sure to note that and keep a copy of your receipt.

A quiet hotel next to the great Rhein. Both a guest house and a hotel is available for use. Dinner is good and served as buffet style. Usually with live entertainment. Very close to the beautiful inner parts of Boppard with many souvenir shops. One can also find a church, wine tasting and ice cream parlour close by amongst so many other shops.

Slightly dated rooms but super German, and wonderful views of the Rhineland. Convenient for river trips, the chair lift (amazing views) and a lot of other attractions. Really attentive staff and meals in the restaurant are superb - they have lots of local ingredients such as pfifferlinge (chantarelles) and wild boar!

The location of hotel is very good. At the center of city and everything is really near. The river and cruise and shopping center by walking distance of 100m. Regarding to hotel, it is average. It is not good manage but size of rooms are also not a very big. The other things are good like complementary free travel ticket and other activities you can do near hotel.

it was a clean hotel with friendly staff. the Breakfast was great and the abensessen in the hotel's own restaurant you can recommend. the location is also great, not far from the Rhine and from the city core could be suitable for a lot of companies, especially for cyclists.

Hotel is fine and pretty good value for money. Found this area a little staid for our liking ( very popular with rivet cruises for older people). Scenery is beautiful.

The hotel is located right on the shoreline, in the city center, facing a beautiful promenade and a lovely park nearby. This also means that parking near the hotel costs 4 euro per day, and the closer whereabouts of the hotel are slightly harder to maneuver by car. However, the staff pointed out that Parking Platz #2 is free of charge and about 500m walk away from the hotel, so I used that. Be aware...

Cold beer and good food. Had the Pepperoni swine schnitzel can't remember the exact name but it was good, the Pepperoni sauce (which is a spicy red pepper sauce) was very good the schnitzel was a little tough compared to other places.

Lovely room with river view and balcony, friendly and polite staff who hooked us in even though it was really late. Good night's sleep in comfortable beds with a really decent shower. Didn't have to check out till eleven so we really enjoyed the fab breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

We booked an extra night as part of the Wanderlust program, so this time we stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Again it was a perfect stay in a beautiful spacious room overlooking the Rhine. After having booked another hotel that absolutely didn't live up to the prospect we found Baudobrica and what a treat it is! We had the most gorgeous room with a balcony overlooking the Rhine. Loved this hotel. Wonderful views of the Rhine from the balcony and right by the river cruises. The only disadvantage is the steps leading up to the building which i was not aware of when booking so it made it more difficult for access with my disability, but i managed. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety available.

I had a very pleasant stay. The view over Boppard and the River Rhine is gorgeous!!! The influence of Buddhism on the house is interesting, although I could not book a journey to Nepal. Haus Adams should make more work of the Nepalese cuisine.

Finally a restaurant in this region which doesn't seem to be stuck in the late 80's/early 90's in terms of its cuisine. The dishes are mostly based on regional products and every single dish we had was absolutely delicious. Best restaurant I've been to so far in this region. Also very reasonable prices for the quality offered.

Popular hotel near everything in Boppard and situated close to the Rhine. Rooms are simple but sufficient. Breakfast is good and service is nice.

It was a very good 4 nights, we had spend here. We were on a training in the city, so we were single in one room. For me it was satisfying. Although the first supper in the hotel was very „low”, the breakfast was rich. The rest suppers we spent in the city. But be aware: in winter time there are only few restaurants open!
