The location was great, but the hotel is quite outdated and in need of renovation.

Great place to stay for a day, surrounded by nature. The city is a bit far away, but you know. We had no hot water all morning, so we were there overnight and couldn't shower. Unfortunately, we told reception, but they can't arrange this. A bit strange. The interior is a bit dated and could really use an update.

We liked everything, the location is super) 🙂 the only thing is that the sound is very loud, especially if the toilet is flushed in another room

The hotel is on the top of the mountain and is relatively old. Breakfast is average and there are no commercial facilities around. Suitable for overnight stays.

"Bock" is now called Ariston and is a Greek restaurant. The reception was friendly and accommodating. The food was brought out relatively quickly and very good. In terms of price, it is a bit higher than the other Greeks in our corner, but absolutely within the framework in terms of performance. We would love to come back.

Now it's called Hotel Ariston! Very good restaurant, good breakfast. The rooms were clean and in order, no minibar available but a matter of taste;). Staff was friendly and courteous. Public parking spaces (free on weekends) in front of the house, close to the center.

In new hands for a few weeks (Greek cuisine). Same owner as the Syrtaki in Koblenz, and just as good, or even better, because when the weather is nice you sit better in the garden than in Koblenz on the street. The quality of the food and the staff are just as good as in Koblenz

Good hotel, with simple but clean rooms. Breakfast was ok, dinner was great. As I heard, however, we were the last guests, as the hotel was sold on 01/01/2020. I cannot say what will become of it.

So far we have been there twice: Dinner with 4 people - everyone was very satisfied with the food and drinks. Breakfast with 2 people - we had a very rich breakfast / brunch, designated for 2 - 3 people at a price of 29.90 € plus drinks. Very nicely presented! The eye eats too ;-) A fourth person would have been fed up with it, but there were only two of us. Perhaps this breakfast should be reduced...

The quality of the food was very good and it tasted delicious. The waiting time and for food and drinks was unfortunately a little longer due to the lack of staff, but this was made up for by the extreme friendliness. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and we look forward to seeing you again.

A fantastic family run hotel, very friendly owners and staff. If we are going to the Rhine Valley we only go if there are rooms available here. The junior suites are great, very comfortable and spacious, room 404 is our favourite. Breakfast is more than ample. Quite simply, we love staying here.

Hotel and facilities are good. The reception is very friendly. My room had no air conditioning, so I had to open the window. The train is passing next to the Hotel, so it is very noisy. I woke up at 03:00 and could not sleep again.

We were right above the entrance and were woken several times during the night by guests leaving/arriving around midnight, 03:10 and 06:00.

We stayed here for two nights after breaking down. They have been amazing. So kind and accommodating. The hotel is lovely with a beautiful garden and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Thanks so much

Stayed here for 2 nights in the gasthaus. Food was great fresh and cooked with care. Service was oké. The room was very warm. An airco or ventilator would be an great improvement. Breakfast was okay. Do not use the back off products but fresh from the backer the breakfast would be 4 stars. This is an ideal place to visit Koblenz. Just a short ride to the city.

Myself, my boyfriend and our puppy had such a lovely stay here in August! I must admit the pictures are a little misleading however the staff really went above and beyond for us. We stayed one night while passing through and our puppy is not so great at being left alone yet... the morning staff allowed us to sit in our own section of the restaurant in the morning so we could eat breakfast and bring...

Really nice and chilled place. They even got a piano you can play on! Unfortunately I didn't have the time to visit the restaurant, but looks like a place where you can eat good food! The beds are very comfortable and if you like to take a walk, the Rhein River is just about 15 min down the hill.

The hotel was nice and cozy in a calm location. The personnel do not speak almost at all English but they are friendly and patient so the language was not a barrier. The food was excellent in the dinner and the breakfast was generous and tasty. I will definitely go back.

Nice place but a bit hard to find.

Beautiful wooded location. Clean comfortable room. There is an interesting animal reserve next door. Lots of free parking. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide a bar of soap and shampoo. I thought the breakfast was decent but not great with no cooked food available. These minor points don’t detract from how nice a place this is.

This is a good location for families with younger children. It is helping the way for those looking for city amenities. It's unique to the animals kept site. There was a bit of a challenge for non-German speakers.

Loved this property. Beautiful because it is so tranquil with awesome walking trails. The staff was extremely friendly and we loved seeing all the peacocks, boars, and deer. Overall good value for money and great location, we were able to walk to most places and easily take any transportation when needed. Place is clean and staff is helpful. My only issue was the very slow internet.

We stayed in the hotel annex and initially this concerned us. This concern was totally unfounded as the room was fabulous. A great bathroom with a bath was a real bonus. This well-located and comfortable hotel was a wonderful experience. It is situated right on the Rhine, within an easy walk to the city center. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room, and many of the hotel rooms, overlook the Rhine. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and top quality eggs ! The location of the hotel is also excellent with spectacular views over the Rhine with the complete city of Koblenz spread out below - all to be seen from most rooms and the restaurant/breakfast room.The drive into the Old Town only took 12mins at 8-30 in the morning.

It's surprising that you have to request room cleaning, and even then, the service was subpar. However, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The attitude of the waiter was very good. We could put down our large luggage for free the day before we checked in, so we didn't need to store it at the train station.

Hotel is in a quiet area at the moment there are some construction works at the road outside and you have to take a dtour to go the old city. The view from the room is perfect you can see the old castle on the hill. The people at the reception will give you a map and explain what you can do in the area. There is an underground parking for 13 euro per day.

Convenient, easy access to most public transports. Foods and drinks are just a walk way. Very nice view & place to stay for a very short visit.

I had to advance and pay in cash, because the card Terminal was broken. The Elevator to the room was the smallest and probably the oldest I've ever used. The room was simply furnished. The Breakfast was just OK. Scrambled eggs cold, bread had to be made up from the bakery (but tasty) and I only had half a Cup of coffee because the container was empty.

My experience has been very positive. I'm always taken on a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Incredible hotel. May not look like much from outside. The dining area is beautifully done. The service is attentive. Our room (44) was large with air conditioning and very very quiet. Room darkening shades. It was like sleeping in a comfortable cave. :). the bed provided comfortable sleep. Highly recommend

Our room was very clean, large and modern. There is a garage for bicycles to safely store your bike overnight. The hotel is close to the train station. The breakfast was decent, but you cannot use the coffee machine yourself and the coffee was watered down.

The hotel is very clean and the staff nice and always willing to help you. Their parking spot was very crowded but they took your car to the parking place a couple of streets away and they bring it back when you requested. The only minus is that they don't have a mini fridge in the room.

Only worry is the cleaners aren’t working for the hotel. They are a separate entity. Any issues and from desk tells you to Email them about it. My lap top was damaged. Was covered by my apple care….but what a night mare if not.

It's close to the Hauptbahnhof. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room smelled funky. But apart from that , yeah everything you would expect of a hotel with these many stars.

Room was ok, hotel’s location was good (near the station). The air conditioning was a bit on the weak side, one of the pillows was too soft, there were no hand towels. The room's lock stopped working (allegedly ran out of battery), and the reception guy had to let us in manually twice (he was also the only staff member on the premises, but very helpful).

The room is suitable, clean, and not too noisy. I asked the front desk to move from the first floor to the third floor. The facilities are simple, there is no drawer paper, especially the lack of a kettle, which is very inconvenient. The price is a bit expensive

Good hotel Antique hotel with amazing view and big rooms! The sheets were kinda rough and the blinds didn't worked, but the room had curtains that did the job (if you don't have problem with the light you'll be OK) There's a train station near the hotel (8min walking) that takes you to the central or any other spot

We stayed at this location for its convenience to the downtown area of Koblenz. It was a great location to walking to the old town, and the river. My wife and I enjoyed two very comfortable nights and excellent service, as we visted the beautiful and historic town of Koblenz for a weekend break, along with the members of four Rotary Clubs. We couldn't have wished for a better hotel.

It was definitely a room. Very basic. Parking is very limited, and it is hard to drive to. I had to park a ways away and pay for it. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

My wife and I loved Hotel Morjan in Koblenz! The location is amazing! Walking distance to the cable car, old town, restaurants and bars. We stayed in a room with a great view of the Rhine. Our room had a balcony where we sat and enjoy the beutiful sunrise and sunsets. The staff was great! The room and bathroom were very clean. Everything was just fantastic!

This property is excellent overall both location and service wise. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because the heater was not working. It was a chilly and rainy night but heat was not available. It's the property's responsibility to test if heaters are functional when cooler weather is approaching. They provided extra blankets which was sufficient to keeps us warm.
