My best hotel experience in German. Very very cheerful and friendly staff and very well mannered. Room was amazing and the restaurant food was excellent.

The hotel is located centrally in Kempten. Is pleasant and uncomplicated but earns its four stars. Restaurant is good with very reasonable prices. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful

Quality-price is good. breakfast is tasty and varied. Room is small but well organised. we had a great view! Close to the city center. Looking forward to going there again

Everything is good and modern, very nice touch. Only bad thing was the receptionist, she looks pretty rude and cross her arms and showed black face the whole time

Everything about the hotel suggests that it was done with love - the breakfast includes homemade jams and the decor is rustic and charming throughout. The location is very good as well

Nice Hotel wich is near to the old town and downtown. Free parking included.Good breakfast.Beds are good too. Only the pillows are not that comfotable.😉

Breakfast had good options, Marmelade, cheese, different breads and a few different kinds of Müsli too

The renovations over the last few years have been wonderful, although we do miss the wooden reception area bar! The addition of the gym,Sauna and the new rooms in the second building are fantastic! Highly recommend you stay in this hotel if you've passing/visiting Kempten

Service was quick, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere outside makes you stay way longer than planned, definitely worth your time. The food was delicious, fresh with reasonable prices

Wonderful, authentic experience. We only visited the restaurant but the hotel looked very inviting. Giuseppe looked after us perfectly, unfortunately I don’t recall his colleague’s name

Worth the money. Not expensive and location was also good. Backery and restaurants near by. Also only 30 min from nebelhorn and breitachsklamm. parking costed extra as it was not from hotel but right next to hotel.

What an amazing hotel for the price. Just a tiny bit away from the city center, but an easy walk with a German brew house, next door. It was a great stay!

I waited to get my room at the beginning inspite I had reserve the room. Time matters although I had served coffee during the waiting time

you can enjoy this refrehing view from balcony of your room. Also the breakfast lounge is at the top again with great view. The quality of breakfast is really good, i really loves the bread, eggs and jams

The price is really good considering the quality and size of rooms. I have stayed in the largest hotel room of my life, probably. In higher floors, there is a magnificent top view of Kempten city

The breakfast location is good as it is located at the highest floor. Unfortunately, it didn't taste good

The hotel is amazing, near the Neuschwanstein castle, huge spacious and clean rooms, a very hearty breakfast, there is even a red fish. I advise.

We'd have wished for better Internet and more water pressure in the shower, but other than that. Breakfast on the "roof" wasn't all too bad, either :) Very clean place

The hotel rooms are really nice and clean. If you stay on the garden side it is really quiet and lovely. The restaurant is also very good quality and the waitress are very friendly

Very modern hotel that was originally a monestary. The rooms are not huge but big enough. Free WiFi is available and was recently upgraded, so the speed is good enough for basically everything

Good hotel close to the Austrian border. The beds are a little bit hard, but not to hard to feel asleep. The bathroom is nice and the breakfast is well prepared and enough choice

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Almost everything I needed was available at the Hotel. I will definitely stay there again when I next visit the City of Kempten

A very warm welcome by the hosts. The room was nice and spacious. It was quite easy to get into the city center of Kempten, by car only 7 min. The staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast buffet offered a great selection

I can highly recommend this place also swimming and fitness park is just a couple of minutes away. If you like skiing, Nebelhorn and Schwarzenlifte are very close by. Kempten with its nice Basilika is only a short walk

Room facility is just average but they serve very good breakfast. Parking lots are limited on busy day its hard to find parking space near hotel.

Friendly staff, and nice hotel. The only thing that disappointed a bit were the windows(wood windows with low noise canceling effect) you can hear people outside talking even if the windows are closed

The building itself is many years old but you won't notice since everything is modernized and well taken care of. Definitely a positive experience and worth it if you are visiting Kempen

Great place, a fantastic room, in a brilliant location for a reasonable price. The Wi-Fi worked, the bed was comfy, the room was warm and the shower was brilliant.

Beautiful Traditional Restaurant. Good with the extra of Heugerichten. The head of the house looks over to the tables and asks whether it gets. PS. Also a nice little beer garden.

However, very meat-heavy & hearty cuisine. A few more light vegetarian options would be great and would ideally complement the menu. But a very good address for those who like it hearty

I was a guest there and need to go there necessarily. Who HEUWIRT the term "" has not yet missed knows in terms of taste and love of nature something. This house is for me a role model in sustainability and hospitality

We spent a great week at the Hotel Rose. Great food, nice staff and nice rooms. 👍Would stay here again at any time, as many beautiful hiking destinations can be reached by train or car nearby.

For guests who do not stay there, unfortunately limited service. - no cake in the afternoon - had to say goodbye after half an hour, because then dinner started for the overnight guests

At least one of the bosses is always on site and is actually always available. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast buffet is really very good

But there was nobody to be seen far and wide. Iced coffee itself was good, but quite expensive. Price performance therefore so medium. View and terrace but very nice

The hotel is classically furnished and, what is extremely important to me, everything is clean and the staff is super friendly. Almost everything is made possible what the guest asks for

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are very nicely decorated, some of them a bit old, but very clean. We liked the old boss and also the young boss Michi very much. The old boss's tone was not at all friendly

I always like to come back to the hotel. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Every wish will be fulfilled if possible. There is a calm, balanced atmosphere and you immediately feel welcome
