Family-run Italian hotel in Germany
A little gem of a hotel. They have the world's best Italian restaurant in the backyard. Sooo cozy. Insanely good food. Recommend pizza ala Casa. And the price of both the hotel and the food was nothing to complain about.

Everything about this hotel is Simply Amazing !!!
Stayed there last year, returning again this year !
Rooms are so spacious, immaculate and with private balcony (in Haus Nr. 3 where we stayed).
Breakfast is excellent, so many options, and the coffee, perfect. Service is impeccable.
The Italian Restaurant attached to Hotel - Wow ! - Best Tiramisu & Mocchiato ever (I have not found better yet) - and of course the pizza was delightful.

There is virtually nothing within a walk from this hotel in terms of eating or coffee except the hotel itself and a small cafe that was never open. Heads up on check in as it is not a conventional hotel you must go to the main building to get your keys to access the building that you may be staying at which is just around the corner from main building. The office staff speaks no English and I mean it a word. The cleaning staff is exceptionally friendly and does speak English or at least the two that we met. Fairly pricey for the type of accommodation it is. Parking is plentiful and good.

No heating in December at 0 degrees Celsius!
Catastrophic! It was 0 degrees Celsius and the room heater wasn't working!
We arrived at 8:15 pm. Reception was closed. We picked up the key from the restaurant next door. No one answered the phone, and even the restaurant couldn't reach the owner! We froze all night, and the next day the hotel manager told his receptionist to charge us an extra 30 euros because there were 3 of us! Even though he hadn't told me that at all on the phone when I called him the day before! Just to pay online! Knowing that the third "bed" was a fold-out sofa! In short, a thief! Conclusion: run away!

The property was much bigger than expected! Very clean and well thought out with all the amenities included in the room. The air conditioner worked great and loved the kitchenette. Felt more like a small apartment and not just a hotel room.

From the Brittany region in France Stay from Christmas 2023 to New Year's Day 2024 Management and staff very friendly and attentive. Spacious room and bathroom with balcony Very generous sweet and savory breakfast Very reasonable price of services We highly recommend this establishment very close to Europa Park 10 minutes away and large cities for walking and shopping Stay already planned for Christmas 2024 Happy New Year to the whole team

Nice air-conditioned rooms, they are large, with a small kitchen. A Italian restaurant is connected to it below. All in all a very pleasant place. I recommend 👌
