Calm place. Nice staff. Good breakfast and supper. Clean. Comfortable bed. I recommend

This hotel still uses physical keys for the rooms in place of electronic ones. Nevertheless, the rooms are wide, comfortable. Matresses are basically of the hard type. All in all, the atmosphere is clean, neat close to be classy. Rush at breakfast otherwise you will lose the best (I mean croissants, salmon). So be there at 7 am , 8 max.

Nice comfortable room. Very nice meals served in the restaurant. My only complaint would be a lack of air conditioning. The rooms get quite warm and your only option is opening your window. Otherwise very nice place.

Die Freundlichkeit vom einchecken bis zur Abreise war durchweg positiv. Es war ein gut sortiertes Frühstück vorhanden. Die Lage sehr ruhig aber doch nah am Zentrum. Das Restaurant direkt am Hitel und der kostenlose Parkplatz sind auch Pluspunkte. Also gesamt kann ich sagen sehr zu empfehlen komme auch gerne wieder.

Me and my husband are satisfied with the stay at Seminaris Hotel. The room was a good size, wide beds and modern decor. Bathroom was very clean, but bits of mould were sticking out through the grout in the shower. Also there were coffee stains on the floor in the less accessible bits of the room. For example there was a floor lamp that wasn’t moved for a while and the floor was not wiped there… but...

Very friendly and competent staff both at reception and at breakfast. A very nice pool and excellent breakfast (without plastic)! The room furnishings take some getting used to, especially for older guests; an iron seat without a backrest in the double room! Bedside lamps are light bulbs hanging from a wire! Apart from that, I would recommend the hotel anytime and am especially grateful to the staff

Good location, parking fee is 12€ and in my eyes far too expensive. Breakfast was very delicious and rich. Bed was dirty unfortnately and other interior, especially in the bathroom a little bit Old style.

This is a great place to stay. The breakfast is stunning and it itself is a reason to go there. We got there very late and the key box worked very well. Even if your destinatin is Stuttgart you should consider staying here.

Wir waren eine der ersten Gäste dort und wurden sehr herzlich vom Personal empfangen. Die Lobby wirkt liebevoll und einladend eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wir haben uns wirklich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier werden wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Esslingen definitiv wieder buchen.

Zentrale Lage, günstiger Preis, viele Parkplätze 13 €, Hund erlaubt, 10 -15 €. Neu renoviert, große Zimmer. Kommen gerne wieder.

Was a shiny gem in a dumpy part of town. Is still pretty modern, but starting to feel dated. Very large rooms. Underground, on site parking. As with all hotels in Europe, I need to take a star away for having no air conditioning. Cute, storybook neighborhood with good restaurants close by. Had a refrigerator (finally!)

Most of all I enjoyed the hospitality! Felt very comfortable staying here for my 3 weeks off and on while visiting southern Germany. I would recommend his to any one wanting to stay in this area, especially since it's so close to the historic parts of Germany. The best hotel in Esslingen. Very cheap place. It was ok. No air conditioning in the room, it is an absolute melting box in the summer. Unbearable. Also, no where in the hotel to get a cold drink, not even water, once reception closes.

Very big and comfortable rooms. The Hotel is clean and nice. The personell is very kind. Only one of the staff at breakfast is very noisy and full of adrenalin, but you can support this lady. The reason for three Stars is the Internet connection. Internet is fast but after 2 min you are disconnected automatically, this don't allow you to work. Pity otherwise it deserves 5 Star.

Wonderful hotel. A warm welcome and comfortable rooms. There is a large car park with east access to the hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and gave us a wonderful suggestion of a Greek restaurant nearby for dinner. We took their advice and it was superb.

Spent four days in a newly renovated, really nice and cheap room with a balcony! Dog owners watch out: your four-legged friend will be treated with the same warmth as you! That was just great!

Is very nice and clean place with well decorated

Simple pretty place for one night. It’s all concrete and wood so insulation isn’t perfect so you can hear a lot reg street noise, next door, corridor .. mattress isn’t amazing, could be more firm and pillows very basic as well. All hotel staff I came across were very friendly and helpful! The rooms are a bit old school, the beds are ok but the sheets and or duvet aren't my favourites. There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel. There is still an underground car park, but with my van, no chance. Small but very clean and nice bathroom. Room very clean too. It is best to book online to get the best price, there are very strong price fluctuations from 55 to 80 € what I have noticed and booking directly does not guarantee the best price here?

Hotel is clean and room is big enough. Breakfast plentiful, coffee is delicious. Staff is friendly. The star deduction was there because the rooms are not air-conditioned and because there is a refrigerator in the entrance, but it is locked .. So definitely bring drinks!

As the name already says, this Hotel is perfect if you come from the airport of have to be there very early in the morning. Rooms have great value. Very spacious for that price. Since I had to leave early, I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast. The airport is theoretically reachable by foot, but you have to reserve about 30-40 minutes. I recommend to take a taxi instead.
