The hotel is very chic and clean. Also the personnel were amazing, respectful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices for everyone, with fresh fruits and tasty food.

The hotel always looks welcoming as you approach it.. The greeting received at Reception is second to none and the family atmosphere within the hotel is wonderful. The family Maderer are wonderful hosts and their help and advice is excellent no matter where you want to go, what you want to do or what you want to know. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Nice and spacious. Has a very vintage feel with a great view. Breakfast was complementary with fresh fruit and cold cuts. Price goes well with location and size of he room

The room was clean and relatively large for the price. Staff was friendly and WiFi speeds in the room were usable (I got ~20 mbps down and up during my stay). Parking is a challenge though since the hotel garage is small and very expensive (10€ per night).

Was here few days ago. At first they could not find my reservation, but they had one free room anyways. Well the room was pretty much like a hostel room... Not the best I've seen. Since it was a business trip I did not care about it much. For sleepover it was good enough. Must mention it was always clean and tidy. Transportation was not the best but whit a google maps on phone its not a big adventure...

Cosy, budget friendly place to stay in Bonn

On business from the US and this is the second time I have stayed here. Everybody is really nice and helpful and thankfully, their English is better than my German. The room I have is currently about 74 Euro per night and though it is a little on the small side, it is more than comfortable. Came to Bonn for Peoples' Climate Summit leading up to COP23. Was a little anxious since this hotel was much more affordable than others in area, but I was SO happy with my stay. We celebrated in June 2015, the wedding of our daughter is there, incl. Overnight. It was a very successful Celebration, thanks to the helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel management and staff. Rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast is very good. Have rarely seen this nice helpful staff. To celebrate, the Hotel, even for family up to 50 people, only recommend.

We arrived late but our friend had arranged a lovey room overlooking the Hohenzollern Platz opposite . Children playing and doggy walkers socialising whilst their charges frollickled as doggies do. The birdsong player its part in making a entertaining Sunday morning until we were collected and whisked away to her flat for a Champagne breakfast.

For the cheap price it is an excellent hotel. Breakfast was great for a hotel of this size, it is close to Wissenschaftszentrum and public transit. My room was nice as well.

Small, quiet hotel in a nice neighborhood of Bad Godesberg. Receptionists are welcoming and friendly and will do their best to accommodate your needs. Tip for nice summer days: rent a bike (the hotel offer this as an extra service) and make a tour up to Bonn's city center along the Rhine promenade.

It's a very nice local hotel in a quiet and nice neighborhood.The Hotel is a mixture of old and new, and i like it! The ceiling is approx. 3 meters high, so it makes the room feel bigger than it already is, and no worries the room heats well, it wont be cold in winter...the breakfast was also very good. Very central and not far from the station, this historic elegant hotel is a good choice. It is partially renovated but not all rooms are, so make sure you book one of the renovated rooms. Very good breakfast with large choice of food and drinks. Th we room we hat was not particularly large , very minimalist arranged, not my cup of tea, but clean. Nice breakfast buffet including cold cuts, eggs, toast, coffee, juice etc. Rooms and decor old fashioned. Minus 1 star for no hot water. Had to call reception and they had to "reboot" something and I had to wait 20 minutes.

Beautiful ambience with wonderful weather, delicious food from the Waidmannsruh inn and the usual good wines from the Pieper winery. A great evening as part of the Offene Höfe in Rhöndorf.

We visited the vinotheque with friends - now in autumn - and drank wine outside on the terrace, which we really liked. The location of the vinotheque is very nice, directly overlooking the vineyards of the Pieper winery. At the end we each took a few bottles to take home.

Rooms are large and clean, as is the bathroom. Furnishing is a matter of taste. Breakfast is somewhere else, about 5-10 minutes walk. The guest house is beautifully situated overlooking the rocks. It's quiet at night.

I really love this place. But it is not for everyone.

Just visited the restaurant and bar. Delicious meals: prawn and chicken salad c baked potatoes and mushroom €52; black pudding, mashed potato and apple sauce €14. Relaxed friendly ambience of verandah dining spoilt by pretty constant noise from the bus and train station opposite.

Very friendly family hotel, conveniently located in the center of Bad-Godesberg. Spacious & very clean rooms, and a nice breakfast! If you are on a business trip in the area, or simply taking a time-out in the greater Bonn area, I would absolutely recommend!

Formerly nice but currently very run down hotel in the heart of Bonn Bad Godesberg. Right across from park and at the entrance to a pedestrian precinct with tons of shops. 5 minute walk from the main train station. Breakfast buffet is only so so.

Small but very pleasant hotel located just on the outskirts of Bonn. The location is convenient for local buses and train in to Bonn. The room has amenities to meet the needs for a couple of nights stay, but most importantly the room was very clean and tidy. Also the WiFi is free with strong signal strength and good bandwidth. Would stay here again.

Outdated hotel. The rooms could use an update and don't feel like they've changed since the 80's. In addition, there is the unfavorable location: even late in the evening, the traffic can still be clearly heard.

The house is ideally located for hikes and trips to the Siebengebirge. Don't expect 5 star luxury here, but the rooms are clean, functional and big enough. Bright, large and well-equipped seminar rooms. Very nice and courteous staff.

Stayed 1 night during Rheinsteig. Nice room with good beds and bathroom. Delicious and very extensive breakfast. Friendly couple who run hotel and restaurant together. Nice meal in the restaurant. Relatively small portions for Germany, but enough to go to the room satisfied. All in all average price/quality.

The two innkeepers (a married couple) were super nice and took great care of us. Everything is cooked with fresh and regional ingredients and the homemade May punch is a hit. Delicious!! Stay was pretty good but reception staff at night was pretty rude 😞. Like you are not native they will not talk to you in a good manner. I would always prefer maritim Bonn.

Really enjoyed our one night staycation there. Got updated rooms and had really nice and calming view there. Our son and parents really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very helpful, good support and very good English communication. I usually stay in Maritim Bonn, but i’ve booked Königswinter recently and i did not regret it. The rooms are renovated and the location on Rhine bank is just perfect. It might be difficult to find a cab in the morning though, but the reception staff will go above and beyond to help you.

I can only recommend. Staff very attentive and friendly, always ready, to support. . Rooms spacious and very comfortable. Spa and pool very nice. Building is a historic building, renovated, very beautiful. Gardens also very nice.

The staff at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet definitely are in need of more professional guidance. One waiter spilled gravy on my trousers and my wife’s jacket. The supervisor directly took care of the matter and dry cleaning...

The hotel is just Splendid! I am staying there already 3 year on Christmas (which is also my birthday)and I am having really a great experience each time! Breakfast is delicious and diverse, dinner in Bill‘s is also a treat every time. So I will be back again 100% and I really can highly recommend the hotel!
