It was a worthwhile stay. The rooms are neat , have a little mini bar and modern bathroom. The walk to the beach is not long. The food was the absolute best. We ate from the restaurant every day and they just had amazing Dinner options and tasty! The swimming pool is huge and they have a Sauna too.

very pleasant stay, the staff was so friendly and nice, i got a room upgrade and everything was so clean and nice, will definitely come back again!

OK room: clean&cosy, equipped with a kettle and a fridge/minibar. Friendly staff. However, at this price, I would expect the rooms to have air conditioning - in the heat of summer, opening the window hardly cuts it.

We didnt stay here but ate at the restaurant.
Pricey but very tasty and good portions. Both my wife and I had the house fish dish (3 different fresh local fish with fried potatoes). Very tasty.
Our children ate from the childrens menu. They were very accomodating to our fussy little one. Both thorougly enjoyed their meals.

Nothing to complain. Level of service and professionalism of Hanse Kogge Team in all areas ( Front Desk, Breakfast, Room Service, … ) to be rated outstanding. Travelling a lot this was more a five star stay from service level perspective. Hanse Kogge has a great team in place!

What an amazing restaurant. We had the meat platter for two and a couple of sides. It was more than enough for the four of us and was in every way delicious and well prepared. The service was attentive, efficient and delightful. The decorations in the restaurant are amazing and fit the theme of the hotel, spa and restaurant. We hope to come back soon and recommend you do the same.

Im Mai 2022 machten wir Urlaub in der Hansekogge. Hier kurz unsere Erfahrung mit diesem Haus. Bitte Vorsicht bei den guten Empfehlungen für Behinderte. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Sind teilweise mit Teppichboden belegt. Dies ist für Rollstuhlfahrer äußerst ungünstig.Um in das Restaurant zu kommen, benötigt man eine Begleitperson, da sich die Türen nicht automatisch öffnen ist das behindertengerecht?? Nun zum Essen: Halbpension gilt nur für einige Gerichte, es kann auch zu einer Zuzahlung kommen, möchte man bzw. ein Steak, das fanden wir etwas merkwürdig. Nun zum Personal, das teilweise sehr freundlich ist. Aber es geht auch anders: Erscheint man um 20.00 Uhr zum Essen, kann es es sein, dass man in einem harschen Tonfall man sei zu spät und es wäre schon für den nächsten Tag eingedeckt in den dunklen Teil des Restaurants geführt wird. Alles in allem kommen wir sicher nicht wieder. Auch der Ort bietet leider nicht viel.

Wir hatten eher den Eindruck in einer etwas besseren Herberge zu sein. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war dementsprechend schlecht. Um nicht frühzeitig vom Reinigungspersonal gestört zu werden, mussten wir einen handgeschriebenen Zettel an unserer Zimmertür befestigen. Die Silvesterfeier fand am Bierwagen statt, mit Getränken aus Plastikbechern. Positiv zu bemerken, war das freundliche Personal im Speiseraum, und das recht gute Essen. Die Beschreibung eines parkähnlich gelegenen Hotels war für uns nicht erkennbar. Insgesamt entsprach es auf keinen Fall einem 4 Sterne-Hotel. Das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis war deutlich überzogen .

Das gesamte Gelände des Hotels ist in mehrere Häuser aufgeteilt. Durch die den richtigen Zimmer zugeteilten, codierten Transpondern kann man auch nur das eigene Haus betreten. SEHR GUT. Der Spa-und Pool Bereich ist extern und sehr gut. Überall ist das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist einfach klasse, es fehlt an nichts. Die HP ist ihren Preis wert.

Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Tactful and friendly staff. Food is excellently organized. Everything is fresh and tasty. There will be an opportunity to come again.
