Lovely location immersed in nature, a lot of activities available and the beach is a 5 minutes walk. Nice rooms, relaxing Spa (only in the morning without kids), and a very high quality/price restaurant.

Me and my friend booked this hotel for the weekend 352€ and we specifically chose it because of the swimming pool and the sauna (especially in case it rains).
We arrived there on Friday and at 20h30 we wanted to go to the swimming pool. They told us we can not because there are already 10 people that have booked it and because of Corona more people can not fit.
That if we wanted to have the swimming pool or the sauna we should book a slot for 2 hours for Saturday! THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED BEFORE WE SPENT 352€! Nothing was mentioned on their booking page.
Very unprofessional and when I asked the receptionist she told me well you get a slot on Saturday, it’s Corona time.
We understand it is Corona time and we need to be careful but in this case if we knew we would have gone to another hotel where there is no sauna and swimming pool and not spend 352€ just to sleep there and 2 hours of swimming pool.
Also instead of just saying it is Corona time, the receptionist could have just said we are sorry and apologies for the inconvenience. We understand this might influence your holidays and we will improve it and communicate it to our website. That would have been a professional answer!!

Was there with a beach me camp, but they treated us like guests of 3rd class.... Maybe due to suddenly softening corona rules but that was not acceptable .

Regardless nearby busy road and railway it is a quiet place. High air humidity caused by waters from both north and south. Friendly staff, polish speaking, at the front desk and/or restaurant, smiling gardener. Much to do around, including visiting Otto Niemayer atelier. Small room but large balcony. Good relax in the spa. Generally, we spent a nice weekend in a narrow belt of the land between Zempin and Koserow.

Nice place. Near the water. Each room has full kitchenette and dishes. Only problem: No towels. Bring your own
