We liked everything very much, the room was in a quiet place, far from the noise. We had a great time

Tropical Island itself is quite nice. Unfortunately, they don't just close one of the two pools, they close one pool completely, and then you're only allowed to swim in the second pool in a very small, cordoned-off area. This doesn't reflect what's promised on the website. Unfortunately, the mattress in the safari tent where we slept was broken and torn, and the fresh sheets were bloody with old stains...

Medium-sized parking lot - caravan on the left, car on the right - approx. 400m from the main entrance. As of 11-2024 - EUR 4 daily flat rate (car).

Parking directly in front of tropical Island 7 euros. Shortly before that it costs 4 euros and a little further away it is free. We walked the piece. I didn't think it was a long journey. At the beginning you were looking forward to the tropical island and at the end you enjoyed the beautiful sunset. If it had been raining heavily, we would have chosen the one for 7 euros. We've already parked in parking...

Lots of space. A little further away from the entrance and reception. I didn't see any costs/parking meters. We arrived late with the camper and were able to spend the night there in a relaxed manner. Registration for the campsite (access from 10:00 a.m.) has been moved to the main registration area.

We celebrated the wedding of my (now) father and mother in law and it was awesome. The staff was very friendly and nice to us. They really cared about us and made every wish becoming true. A great place for family parties.

Fantastic location not far from Autobahn. Rented a family flat - clean and just next to the playground. The hotel is set in the border of the small town and everything is very quite and pieceful amongst the tree's. The staff at the restaurant and hotel very all very friendly and real. This is indeed a hidden gem of Spreewald. The place is just great in all means. If you come with the kids- it is just great! Nested in the forest,quite, clean! The breakfasts are great, the restaurant suggests very good food with reasonable prices. The service is perfect. Will come back for sure!

Very good value for money. Warm welcome from the owner. Brand new rooms, fresh and modern decoration. Very comfortable beds - we slept solo well ! Double going windows, however you can still hear a tiny bit of the rare trains passing by. Possibility to park bikes in a safe garage. Practical location near the station and by a beautiful large forest. Great for a morning jog.

Die Lage an der Spree und damit der Ausblick sind super, auch die Umgebung mit den Häfen, vielen kleinen Restaurants, dem kostenlosen Parkplatz sind ideal um den Spreewald zu erkunden. Der Checkin verlief reibungslos, das Personal ist sehr nett und das Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett war größer als vermutet.

At the weekend, the local youth meets in front of it (park bench on the banks of the Spree), so it is louder. Rooms were as described.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Everything is clean and modern, smart TV and refrigerator are available. The parking lot is a bit small, but there are more parking spaces in the adjacent Judengasse. Bicycles should be secured very well there ... I would visit the hotel again at any time, also because of the uncomplicated check-in.

Beautiful location, next to an almost private lake. The room are distributed in 4 in recently constructed bungalows. The spaces are moderately large but with narrow beds and standard furniture. They can host very nicely large families since every group could have one room in the same bungalow. I think is perfect for short stays.

Unlike most Hotels you probably know. Smaller buildings hosting a few rooms each, scattered around a park surrounded by woods and the lake. Very quiet, even somewhat remote location. Good service. Good breakfast buffet and a la carte restaurant.

Great hotel. The hosts are super nice and you can tell that they are passionate about it. We felt very comfortable. Rooms are large and nicely decorated. Breakfast with a lot of taste and attention to detail. We got good advice on bike tours. In the evening we could sit outside or in the barn, which also had a guest refrigerator. Small nice family run hotel. The owners are open to any question. The breakfast is really sufficient and always comes up with small surprises. The rooms are clean and if you like firm mattresses, you've come to the right place. I highly recommend it.

Ideal situation very close to autobahn. We used it to stop over on our way to and from Praha. The rooms were satisfactory and the price was acceptable. The breakfast was abundant and the choice of dinner courses satisfactory. We will certainly return, if we find ourselves in this part of Germany again.

Yes, you have to have done it (it still needs some improvement) but the food and the staff are great.

If you don't know it, a small but nice experience. It's just a pity that the attached restaurant closes at 8 p.m. When the weather is bad, you just sit in your barrel. The hospitality and the hosts, the Hanschik family, are great and very friendly. I can recommend sleeping in the barrel.

It was super, littl rooms only for sleeping, with Place to sitting. Same People habe sleeping in a tent. Where gives a Restaurant for a good breakfast.
