Spreewelten Hotel

Super nice apartment on ground floor with garden access, double bed plus huge bunk bed for children. Clean, stylish, felt great. There is even a stool in the bathroom for children to use the sink. Can recommend, but here is some things to consider: No air condition in your room, just the door to the garden with a mosquito net. If you don't like the heat, you need to keep the door open, which gives everybody access from the garden to your room. Hope you can relax when you sleep... Before 6am, the lawn sprinkler went off. Before 7am, the food delivery truck drove around in front of our open door, waking everyone up. In other words, we did not sleep well. Maybe we just had bad luck. Still 4 of 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The room wasn’t fancy, but it had useful amenities and a well-thought-out layout that made it very functional. We were especially glad to be on the second floor. It was convenient to access the swimming pool via a connecting bridge, and I imagine the lower floors might be noisier and have even more mosquitoes. Despite keeping the mosquito nets closed at all times, we still got bitten.

The swimming pool, however, could have been cleaner. It seemed a bit understaffed. Unfortunately, we saw feces in the children's pool at one point. The staff did respond quickly afterward.

Nice hotel, conveniently located next to the water park. The staff could have been more helpful, considering that we arrived early and we did not had access to the room until later that day. They didn't give us towels (from the water park we were told that we could have gotten towels from the hotel so we won't have to pay to rent them), and the biggest issue is that the rooms have no A/C and we were roasting even during the night. Not a good value for money.
What I loved was the jar of local pickled gherkins and the sauces received at departure.

Great hotel with a water park, ideal for families with kids. The hotel is very nice, modern and well maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well equipped and have a small kitchenette. The personnel is very friendly and professional.

A great advantage of the hotel is the direct connection to the water park and the longer operating hours compared to external guests.

A couple of opportunities to improve:
1) The breakfast/dinner buffet could be better. The food quality is good, but the variety is not what we would expect from a 4* hotel. Also, quite pricey for dinner (24€/person) for that food offer.
2) The room cleaning personnel didn't do our beds, they simply cleaned the room (our room was very tidy when we left, so there is no excuse). Again something you would expect from a 4* hotel.

Nevertheless, the experience was great and the kids had a lot of fun. We totally recommend it!

All employees are very nice and courteous, all around you can only hear positive things. The Spreewelten can definitely be recommended!

I can only join the enthusiastic voices here. Very nice and clean hotel and especially very small children friendly. Everything is possible and everyone is friendly here too. The room, food in the hotel restaurant and of course the adventure pool with sauna are all ideal for a short break. Here you feel very comfortable as a family with children and everyone has fun and relaxation.

Very nice place to relax. Their sauna place is awesome. Hotel room was clean and breakfast was good.
