Beautiful facility with a large garden. Lots of loving details on the premises, on the buildings and in the tastefully furnished garden comfort rooms. Great service & delicious breakfast. Bikes can be hired to explore the historic town and lakes in the area. We'd love to come back!

Had a fantastic stay of 3 nights. The area is very quiet, the room was clean and comfortable, staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

I was travelling with my son. We both loved it. The room was good as well as the breakfast buffet. My son loved the poperty. I would definately choose this hotel again.

Quiet location, a good base for nature trips, somewhat far from town, though. Very nice staff, a very cosy garden restaurant. Very large and comfortable rooms. Marvelous breakfast.

I love places that look like this. I see large, German men sweating unceremoniously in kitchens, pumping out food as authentic as themselves, to blonde waitresses with equal parts abruptness and charm. The music is ageless and formless, dominated by piano accordion. Not really the case here. Though I think that the chef is likely as described, with deep roots in local ingredients. Nothing stands out...

Very beautiful place ! Driving here was an absolutely nightmare, road 167 (Westfahlen Allee) was closed. But coming here is heaven. Really nice room, and the sorroundings, the forest etc must have been taken out of a fairytale. Absolutely beautiful, and very nice personal and everything perfect, if you don't expect 5 star luxury features. One of those place you remember and want to come back to ..

This is the place I stay at every time I come to Kyritz. Situated right at the market it offers spacious, clean rooms and a good breakfast buffet.

Small town Brandenburg 3pm Thursday. Culinary options are about as abundant as Lederhosen in Paris. You may not have choice, but you have refuge. A lot of effort has been made here recently. The refurb has managed to keep the place feeling like it belongs in regional Germany (where too often we are transported by refurbs to airport lounges). You have a great view when you sit on the terrace and have your drink. Service is okay, partly a bit unfriendly. Nevertheless all in all recommendable.

Centrally located hotel in Neuruppin. Even if the outside view is kept rather simple, I was very pleasantly surprised by the room. It has a perfectly adequate size for 2 people. Both the room and the bathroom were in perfect clean condition. The only point of criticism was the fact that the double bed consisted of two single beds, so that there was a gap between the beds every now and then.

A very pleasant hotel in a lovely location just along Neuruppin's main street. The courtyard is lush and green, and breakfast plentiful. The service was friendly, the only negative is the restricted opening hours for the reception, though you are able to come and go at will once you have keys.

A great place to stay and enjoy the pool. The staff were very friendly - even packing us breakfast because we had to leave early to catch a train. The dining area is really great for kids because they can check out the fish and turtles in the pond while waiting for food. The bowling alley was also a family favorite.

Had a very pleasant stay. Clean and spacious double room with couch, desk and flatscreen tv. German channels only. Wi-fi was good. Nice colourful clean bathroom, shower was good and hot but not that roomy. Free soap, lots of towels. Dinner was good, the breakfast was just perfect. The crew was very friendly and helpful, what a treat!

We had a wonderful evening dining at the lakeside Biergarten. Our group was large and our waitress was fantastic despite the size of our party. The food was also excellent.

everything is perfectly fine and charming in this hotel, the people are very nice, the situation with the lake view is the best you can get in the region, the food is really, really, really good, with well chosen products, which is a rarety in Germany - and the prices, considering the quality, are really modest.

Very nice restaurant located on the bank of the lake, with great views. There is a Biergarten outside the restaurant which surely makes it a very appealing place for warm summer nights. If someone was born for the job, then it's Franziska Wagner. Her dedication to the guests is unique. Everything is furnished with attention to detail in an English style. The breakfast cannot be beat.

We felt very well looked after by the Wagner family. Starting with the friendly welcome, through the excellent equipment and size of the room, to the excellent breakfast, excursion and culinary tips, surrounded by lovely details and tasteful furnishings. A truly relaxing experience. We probably went there on a calm weekend (not many clients were there), and had a great time at the spa. The buffets were delicious and the staff was lovely. We will come back for another gateway.

We have been here for the second year in a row. The location right next to the lake is beautiful. We had connecting rooms which made our friends trip so much fun. We love the spa and wellness. We booked massages before we got there, which is a big recommendation. The food is great and local. We already booked our trip for next year.

It was a lovely place to stay. Peaceful and serene with walking in every direction. The rooms were very clean and the views of the river were very green and lush. Service, and particularly the food are quite wonderful. Be aware that this is not a modern buildings so accessibility is an issue if you have limited mobility. Otherwise though, a really friendly and warm feel to the hotel.

There were 6 of us there. Very rustic atmosphere but still nice. The price and quality match. The portions are sufficient. The food was tasty and came very quickly.

We were able to reserve a table at short notice. In the garden you can sit beautifully in cozy niches and hedges. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food tasted very good and was presented very nicely. I missed a small salad as a side dish. Nevertheless: Absolutely recommendable! I would eat there again anytime.

Have had dinner there several times and always had good service. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to relax there without being attacked by hundreds of wasps. Really annoying.
