The staff's service and attention were notably positive aspects of our stay. The spa amenities were enjoyable, and the hotel's location was highly convenient. However, there is room for improvement in the dining options. The breakfast and dinner buffet were somewhat average in quality, and the following day, the bistro primarily offered leftovers from them. Additionally, the outdoor restaurant, which was supposed to be the best option, had limited choices, and one of the dishes we selected was lacking flavor.

we like the resort, it was our second time staying there. there were a number of issues and complaints: 1) we were given complete incorrect information about boat ride, time/ date, where to access info by a very confident concierge intern. completely had no idea himself. sadly as the info was totally wrong a boat ride was not to be had. pity that the resorts boat wasn't in service. not much of an apology - 2) we were not informed there would be a pet fee- was not in the total we were quoted in our reservation. was a total surprise. 3) we were surprised we never received any kind of apology from management, any incentive - zero. we just got this form in the mail. so while we like the resort we don't have much motivation to return in the future.

We enjoyed 2 days at the place, overall I loved the atmosphere. I’m disappointed with the price and the quality of the food. Disclaimer: I booked some extra services that increased the price, your mileage may vary.

We had a very nice hotel and thermal baths. Our room with a balcony overlooking the lake was very clean and with the bags already packed with bathrobe and towels everything is ready for an unforgettable visit to the thermal baths, which can be reached directly across the bridge from the hotel in the next building. The fact that you can go to the thermal baths from 12 noon on the day of arrival makes it worthwhile to stay just one night at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and the additionally ordered dinner in the Seewirtschaft restaurant was very good (3 course menu). The staff was always helpful and friendly. Overall highly recommended!

I was expecting a bit more of a luxurious resort given the price. There wasn't so much attention to detail in the service; it was easy to get lost in the spas. The dinner buffet was mediocre. Very inconvenient to have only one shower area in the saunabereich. There was a moldy tangerine left in my room.

We stayed at this hotel with the salt water sunday package to relax at the Fontane Therme. Overall it was a nice experience: the service could be improved, some of the staff couldn't speak English and one of the receptionsts wasn't very friendly. The room was ok, furniture is quite old but it was clean and, since we were just sleeping there, we didn't mind. Buffet dinner and breakfast were good, the overall quality could have been better though. Beware if you are vegan there are very limited options. The thermal baths were very nice, few pools and saunas in the complex to choose from and very clean. Good value for money.

I don't believe I've ever seen a spa like this. Sitting atop a thermal spring, they have heated indoor and outdoor pools that don't actually require heat. Saunas of every type, salt water pools, a room dedicated to breathing the natural salt, along with the largest exercise facility I've seen. With restaurants both in the resort and nearby in former East town of Neuruppin, this is an amazing resort. Be advised that many non-pool areas are in a "textile free zone," meaning no clothes allowed.

A truly relaxing experience. We probably went there on a calm weekend (not many clients were there), and had a great time at the spa. The buffets were delicious and the staff was lovely. We will come back for another gateway.
