Hotels in Landshut

3rd Oct 24. Our group of 32 people.Checked in and found some rooms has no towels and tissue. Some lighting no working.Has to rush down to get towel as the reception has already closed. Went to kitchen and the chef was very helpful and went all his way to get the towels for us. We checked in on 25th Sep too also don't have towels.

The hotel team has created an extremely kind and pleasant atmosphere for a stay, communication, comfortable service, wonderful breakfast and restaurant... The location of the hotel itself is extremely communicative and makes it possible to visit all the sights in the old capital of Bavaria without much effort. I like the most - the gentle breeze of the river is pleasant and the wonderful atmosphere...

Rooms are fine although some are in need of a refresh. River-facing rooms with balcony have a pleasant view but can be noisy due to traffic. My toilet was leaky and was fixed after a few hours. The staff is friendly but often overwhelmed with long lines at the reception desk, etc. Breakfast was decent although many items were missing (empty juice machine, no butter, etc.) Lunch prepared for the corporate...

I liked the location, and the size of the room, but that was about it. The hotel feels very dated, and the bathrooms are very tiny. Our main shower head was broken. Checking out took a very long time, and they tried to charge me for my entire stay a second time, even though it was prepaid.

Nice hotel, great location. Buffet is very good. There have been some recent renovations, would like to see bathroom renovations in the room next. Could use some TLC there.

What a beautiful hotel in a perfect location for exploring the old town section of Landshut! The only problem was the street traffic below, which made it necessary to close our windows at night. The breakfast was amazing, too: Everything from scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage to muesli, yogurt, and fruit. Plus, the breakfast area included a coffee machine that made an assortment of espresso-based...

Right in the middle of town, the Golden Sun is a fine place to stay in the highly recommended Landshut.

Loved everything about the hotel!!! Limited parking and no air conditioning, however, the rooms were totally worth it and the breakfast was amazing! So close to everything you need in a beautiful town!

This hotel has great location, you can reach everything in center on foot. There is parking space. The breakfast was very good and nice choise of eveything. Staff is very kind. All great !

Great hotel. Pretty much the only place I stay when I'm in Landshut. The rooms are very good and the staff are helpful and friendly. Well located for a walk around the town but still very quiet. Not the cheapest, but very good value for money.

Pleasant view from our room and it was a good size. Unfortunately it was summer when we stayed and the fan only had one setting which was super low. Made it a bit hard to sleep in the heat.

Hotel located in the middle of the old town. The rooms are clean and sufficient for us with one night. The breakfast was good but very little on offer. No fresh fruit. But that was probably because not many people booked. We were there by bike and were kindly allowed to leave the bikes in the aisle and load them up. (Of course we parked them in the courtyard in the evening, otherwise we would have...

A curious hotel. Not a very good breakfast. But good for the price. Very nice people at the front desk. Super helpful.

The hotel was clean and organised, our room also, but, the isolation isn’t the best. We could hear many noises coming from the room upstairs, the doors were constantly being slammed in the morning and all that woke us up several times. 2 hours before our checkout the guy was already knocking our door to clean it. The noises in the morning were quite annoying but the price was low so, i wasn’t expecting...

The perfect place for a short stay in Landshut, especially if you're coming by train. The station and this hotel literally share a parking lot. There seemed to be plenty of parking if you did come by car. The staff was cheerful and kind, making polite jokes even. Pretty much the opposite of how Americans often see Germans (and yes, I know this is Bavaria). Everything was easy, from check-in to luggage...

Hotel with amazing garden, excellent food service and atmosphere. Special made chocolate~it’s a worth to try it because is so delicious.rooms are very comfortable and clean

Is very centrally located, this quite Loud, if you the window. Room super prepared pretty . Chocolate is placed in the entire Hotel - even at the Buffet for Breakfast . Great Outdoor Area

You don't even want to fall asleep so nice and cozy, everything is set up :) and if you do that, then you can sleep very well and Wake up very relaxed and rested Always again very gladly

A really nice country inn! Rooms are clean. The breakfast has everything to start the day well. The food in the restaurant is excellent. All employees are very friendly and accommodating. Top!!!

Found this hotel based on amazing reviews. I loved it! Located in the old center of Landshut, it is the perfect spot to explore the town. Everything is walking distance, including the castle. The hotel itself is amazing. It is owned and run by a family: three generations of really nice people (and we got to meet and hug all of them!) Our room was a honeymoon suite with a balcony, I loved it so much...

The place was very clean, quiet and beautiful. The room was a little small but very cozy and it was decorated perfectly. Andrea was extremely kind and hospitable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful 4**** hotel ! The rooms are big, the furniture is very high quality, the bathroom has only high quality amenities, the reception/lobby area looks beautiful and offers sweets, fruits and other good stuff during the whole day free of charge. The price was also very good for the quality it offes. Fully recommended.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Being next to town makes it a perfect location.

The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast suitable (scrambled eggs, bacon and link sausage) for an American. The room included the smaller euro style beds, but were clean and comfortable. The wifi worked well and the bathroom was very clean. They also offered 24 hour coffee. A short 10 minute walk to restaurants across the river was also nice as I had no car.

Very good food, great atmosphere. The outside area is big and has a great playground to keep the kids entertain Friendly staff. Would recommend booking in advance for larger groups especially during summer.

Such an adorable little hotel with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The Service was excellent, the room was clean and fresh and the breakfast was 5/5 with thoroughly planned small details. Good location as well. Warmly recommended.

The room was very large....more like a suite and the bed was unforgettable!. Our meal was wonderful in the evenng had the cutest giggling waitress. The owner even drove us to the railway station in the morning. They were more gracious than any place we stayed in Europe. PLUS the hotel was charming and decked out for Christmas like a fairy tale.

The hotel is close to the city center in round about one km.. Parking is available in the back of the premises. Some of the rooms are very small and for the price of 118 euro is not a good deal. The staff is very friendly and well organized.

A very well located hotel in the heart of the city. Centre is only 10 minutes walk. Rooms are clean but not too big. The decoration of the interior is question of personal taste. It feels like overdecorated in a very old style. Breakfast is quite poor. Only few kind of sausages and sliced meat are available.

Disappointing. Quite traditional rural hotel questionable food direction and feeble breakfast. Chef should consider doing standard food well rather than Michelin food poorly

Very good hotel, not so far from the city. You can access free WiFi here. Clean and neat rooms suitable for family and also for single occupancy. Not many options for breakfast. Personally I felt the breakfast could have included some fruits.

Clean Hotel, Fair prices in the Restaurant and for drinks, Free and super fast Internet! Each room has a Router! Very nice staff!

The Hotel is in a Central location and has free Wi-Fi. The Parking at the hotel, the rich Breakfast buffet and the friendly staff round the stay in this Hotel. We will come back!

The food was really remarkably delicious - in my opinion, better quality than other restaurants with Croatian cuisine in the vicinity of Landshut! Clean location, informal, friendly staff. Is something different. The room is modern, clean, bright and so is the bathroom. I spent a quiet night there. Unfortunately there is no breakfast at the moment, but it has also been announced. Is a cheap way to stay overnight. I would book it again.

Very nice accommodation. Nice courteous staff. Great breakfast, despite Corona. Clean, modern rooms. Equipped with a small kitchen. Also great during Corona times when all restaurants are closed. I can only recommend

I have fond few time the level of attention to customer provided by the personnel of this hotel. The hotel is new, the rooms are big, perfectly heated and furnished. The common spaces are well kept and the availability of the personnel is amazing. When coming back in the evening (coming back from German cold) you find an hot soup (excellent). I recommend it strongly.

Personnel is kind even if you don't speak German. Very clean. Only one problem, if you take the small apartment, the shower is common, not a big problem but there is only one. You'd better be quick. Except that everything was perfert. The location is very convenient too

The hotel is very good, the rooms are nice, the staff very helpful and neither is it far off from the city center, about 15 minutes walking, but it is a very noisy because of the traffic of the road that pss just in front of the hotel, at an intersection very coincided.

One of the rooms was modern with new furniture and very clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean. Free parking near the hotel. Restaurant and terrace at the hotel. Reception staff very kind and helpful (kept perishable food for us in the fridge free of charge).

Important, I don't just review the Restaurant, the room, I know! Very nice restaurant with delicious German cuisine. For small family celebrations perfectly, you can get as it is always nice away from the table, or in the case of larger companies a space of their own.

We are every year at the Landshuter Hochzeit in Landshut, Germany and stay in a Hotel Weihenstephaner Stuben. The rooms are newly renovated and very full of tasting. Breakfast buffet class, but best of all, the kitchen of the Restaurant. Thumbs up. We feel there is always good and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Really top, has everything I need for a weekend. However, it is on the ground floor, so with the window out you are directly on the street. Shower, fridge and bed absolutely great!

Everything worked perfectly. The room and bathroom are pleasant and the price for the room can't be beat for the quality. Can only recommend.
