3rd Oct 24. Our group of 32 people.Checked in and found some rooms has no towels and tissue. Some lighting no working.Has to rush down to get towel as the reception has already
closed. Went to kitchen and the chef was very helpful and went all his way to get the towels for us. We checked in on 25th Sep too also don't have towels.

Upon arrival, the rooms were found to be stuffy and had an unpleasant odor.2There were numerous spiders and spider webs present in the rooms, indicating a lack of cleanliness and hygiene.

This hotel is grim, uncared for, dirty and I honestly don't know how they haven't been shut down on health grounds. The black mould in the bathroom was bad but after I moved rooms I found black mould on my own pillow which I always travel with. I then got a rash on my face and breathing problems. The staff offered me a free drink to compensate, which was a joke. Don't stay here if you wish to stay healthy.

The hotel team has created an extremely kind and pleasant atmosphere for a stay, communication, comfortable service, wonderful breakfast and restaurant...
The location of the hotel itself is extremely communicative and makes it possible to visit all the sights in the old capital of Bavaria without much effort.
I like the most - the gentle breeze of the river is pleasant and the wonderful atmosphere and the feeling of ancient Germany very pleasantly reflected by the hotel team duty and you feel like in the your home...
I recommend anyone who visits Landshut to stay at this hotel.

Rooms are fine although some are in need of a refresh. River-facing rooms with balcony have a pleasant view but can be noisy due to traffic. My toilet was leaky and was fixed after a few hours. The staff is friendly but often overwhelmed with long lines at the reception desk, etc. Breakfast was decent although many items were missing (empty juice machine, no butter, etc.) Lunch prepared for the corporate seminar I attended was disappointing with mostly fried snack food. Town center is just across the bridge.

Nice hotel, great location. Buffet is very good. There have been some recent renovations, would like to see bathroom renovations in the room next. Could use some TLC there.

I liked the location, and the size of the room, but that was about it. The hotel feels very dated, and the bathrooms are very tiny. Our main shower head was broken. Checking out took a very long time, and they tried to charge me for my entire stay a second time, even though it was prepaid.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room stank of mildew and damp. Toilet had brown stains. Toilet extractor fan did not work. The breakfast was average and very badly managed, waited 20min for a single cup of coffee and 40min later, breakfast (brotkorb) still had not arrived!! I will not be staying at Michel hotel again, very disappointing!

Already when booking the room, this Hotel failed miserably.
A written request for a double room will only be answered after days. In the meantime, so call and request from us, to us is derecognised says to requested time of a free double room as booked, will then be confirmed acu as requested by us in writing as an eMail immediately, and a confirmation of the booking requested, the turn arrives only after 3 days via eMail-however, as a rejection on the grounds - a double room would be already for a long time.
Follow-up phone calls for clarification were processed only absolutely faulty, as well as to take advantage of our offer, then 2 much more expensive single room (with a least low, otherwise it is also customary discount) - which is also free, employees would be according to the receipt - rejected. There we will book for sure again.
