A quiet, small accommodation with a very good price/performance ratio. Everything was neat and clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive. There isn't much going on in town at this time of year (end of November).

We were warmly welcomed by Denis. The breakfast was good and coffee and rolls were immediately added if there was nothing left. The rooms were clean and tidy. Beautiful bike tours to Lindau, Bregenz, etc

A great place to stay, good room, clean, nice breakfast, good restaurant and local food, and right on the lake.

Wine list was extensive and predominantly local, we had a fantastic bottle of Lanz Riesling! Breakfasts were typically continental with the added bonus of terrace seating during good weather

The meal we did have was good but at times felt like they were trying a little too hard and letting themselves down on basics like under seasoning the soup

The master area was very large, separated from the bathroom and a spare bedroom by a hallway. The master bedroom had two seating areas. One was a full-size couch, with a hideaway bed

We enjoyed sitting in the nook and passing the hours! With windows in the master open and the spare bedroom we had a cool breeze coming through even on hot days

The other a large built in nook with cushioned benches, a table and a large window with beautiful views of the property and the lake

Curtains set back from the windows let you open them at night and keep the bugs out, as long as you don't have lights on

Very good indeed! I found this nice hotel via iPhone app and on arrival was met not very friendly, but later on the relationship with personal became better. Cosy, a bit small room, reasonably priced

The hotel has good accommodations, wonderful amenities (do try the wellness area), a friendly and professional staff, and is in a prime and peaceful location, with easy access to plenty of good shops, and entertainment venue, and fine restaurants (I suggest giving s'Wirtshaus am See on the waterfront a try)

On a recent trip to Friedrichshafen, I had to depart my first hotel for being really poor quality. Looking at what else was available, I was drawn to Hotel City Krone via the reviews and good location

I'd like to specifically mention Stefan, who I interacted a few times at the front desk. He was professional, gracious, and accommodating in a manner worthy of praise

hotel has good central location - could be rather more generous with towels - i know protecting planet important but no excuse for poor service only one towel for twin room

The staff is very friendly and dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Tip: ask for a north facing room as it won't get as hot and would be quieter. The walls are pretty thin - we heard loud snoring from the other room

Just off the main entrance, the restaurant made it easy to "stay in" to keep our evenings relaxing and hassle-free. The hotel's proximity to the rail station and to the venues along the lakefront was also a bonus

It is fully air-conditioned, so it is also good to go in the summer. There is also Zeppelin-related decorations, which will excite anyone visiting Lake Constance

Great place at the lake. Old Hotel very expensive for what is offered. Best is the renovated swimmingpool and wellness. A single bedroom is really very very small room 441 for example. Nice Staff.

Pretty, old hotel with character located next to the Bodensee. While the rooms are okay, they are out of date. And unfortunately, the weirdest part of the hotel is that the sauna is only open between 14
