Stayed for few days with the below observations: 1. Friendly staff. 2. Spacious hotel. 3. Clean. 4. Serves breakfast and they have wide menu. 5. They do not provide water free of cost. 6. A view to the stadium from the rooms is not possible, I guess, as the side towards the stadium is reserved for conference etc. 7. Lot of rooms span across 6 floor. 8. Great place to stay as a football fan. Good breakfast and amenities too. Main concern I had was the room was quite warm and AC took time to cool the room down.

The hotel also comes with a bathtub, a refrigerator, and a bottle of water. There's a delicious German pub downstairs. However, the hotel's location isn't very convenient; the nearest subway station is about a 10-minute walk, and the cobblestone streets make it difficult to lug a suitcase. Overall, however, it's a good stay.

The room door barely opened. The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. Dirty grout and walls. The climate control couldn't get it from 27.5 degrees to 24.5 degrees Celsius; the maximum setting was -3 degrees Celsius. The room was nice and spacious with two large beds and a cot. The location was suitable for the fair. The room was a bit small but extremely clean. The food was adequate.

Basically everything is DIY but for this fees I would say rather fair. I believe I will choose this hotel again next time. So far so good

A comfortable hotel in Cologne-Mülheim, offering reasonable rates even during trade fairs if booked early. A lovely brewery restaurant is located in the same block. Very good breakfast. Easily accessible by public transportation.

pleasant hotel for short stay we had a pleasant stay, unfortunately not enough pillows but they did bring another very quickly, no tea or coffee facility in the room which is disappointing, had to go down first thing and pay for a cup of tea!

It’s in a very quiet area and easy walk to the train station.

Friendly staff made check-in/out easy. Underground parking was available on site, no issues accessing, just tight if you are driving a mid size. No elevator on the building we were stay at, this wasn’t an issue for us at all. Rooms were clean with modern decor.

The hotel and staff were great! Very clean and great room. The parking was very tight and we arrived around 7-8pm and there wasn’t any room so we had to park where there was a partial driveway.

Rooms are clean and white large. Beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is amazing. The staff were friendly and if there was one thing to “complain” would be wishing it as in a better location since there isn’t much within walking distance.

Room had enough space, close to Phantasialand, friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel has an own parking area, downside is that it will cost you €12,- a day.

The place to stay is great. The staff is very friendly and caring, even sometimes they call to make sure everything is fine (for example, when you return after midnight). During the three days of my stay, I did not find a single sin (although, I am not picky). Everything is clean and well maintained, including the restaurant and the pool. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are comfortable.

Good hotel with decent rooms. The people at reception were helpful. Preferably ask for rooms which do not face the Rathaus-galerie as the other side rooms have a problem of sound due to vehicles all night long. Breakfast was European and was good for people eating meat. In the scrambled eggs I found small stones which was very unlikely.

Great central location in Leverkusen. Useful for bus/train access to Cologne and Dusseldorf. Dog friendly with park adjacent to hotel. Very nice little bar. Evening restaurant if wanted and amazing hot and cold buffet breakfast. Secure car park.

Terrific value for money, we stayed for 2 nights as we were there for a match. Spotless rooms, beds comfortable and rooms lovely and warm. Receptionist went above and beyond regarding customer service despite the fact it was really busy with check ins.

Our room was wheelchair accessible, there were grab bars on the raised toilet and also in the floor-level shower area with a folding seat. Air conditioning was adjustable. Very friendly and very helpful owners/staff. Breakfast was also varied and good. Thank you for the great service.

Good to stay here for few days on business trip to Leverkusen/Chempark factory as a single traveller. Small but clean and cosy place with friendly staff. Close to Leverkusen-Mitte train station.

We booked the hotel because they have swimming pool. But when arrived was informed it’s broken and can’t use. If we knew in advance we wouldn’t book it. It would be nice to be informed in advance. But I should have also called and double check before booking it myself.

Each room had a unique decor mine was rock and roll with a Beatles Abbey Road plaque.

Great Stay! This hotel is like a hidden gem! We needed a halfway stop for a longer trip, and we are so glad we stayed here. The hotel is so interesting, comfortable, and clean. Our dogs were greeted with very nice dogs beds, dishes, and treats. The pool was a wonderful treat too!

We went at what seemed to be the height of the pandemic, however we felt very safe with every rule that was in place. A highlight of our stay was definitely the use of the pool. My girlfriend and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, our room and bathroom was clean and large, the location was convenient, the breakfast was brilliant and most of all, the staff were friendly, welcoming and treated us kindly. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and that didn't disappoint either - great service with good, honest food. We'll stay again when we're next in town.

My husband and I stayed for one night to watch the Germany vs. Northern Ireland match in the World Cup qualification. Overall, the experience was good, except for the cleaning staff who entered our room twice before we checked out.

Because we were traveling by car, we booked this hotel for the convenience of parking. The location is a bit remote. We took a taxi to the city center. We needed to fill out a form manually to check in, which was a bit slow. There was no elevator in the room.

First of all the room was clean and big. And the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, as stated multiple times in other reviews, there is a wedding/party venue right next door with a lot of people and loud noise. As an IHG member, I really always go to IHG hotels. This one is one of the better ones I've been to in Germany. No annoying ID check, no annoying surcharges for multiple people in the room. Friendly service and staff. A good franchise partner that IHG has here! keep up the good work. The rooms are rather small and I miss queen size beds, but everything else is ok, very clean.

The hotel itself is new and nice. However, i didn't like 4 things: - the location is far away from the city centre. - the parking is very expensive! - the pillows were too high and uncomfortable for me. - no fridge in the room.

This was our first time at the Moxy and we were absolutely thrilled. The decor is fantastic, with great rooms, a lovely bar, and very friendly staff.

There is no problem with German hotels, they are basically very good

The hotel is just a few stops away from Deutz station on the 4 or 14 lines. Parking is available at the hotel or nearby. The rooms were very clean and functionally furnished. The beds were excellent. Check-in/check-out was very quick and friendly. Highly recommended, especially for concerts at the Palladium or E-Werk.

Hotel was good, location not so much; teenagers walking by threw rocks at us while we were waiting outside. However, this isn't the fault of the hotel

The room was what we expected - a place to lay our head for a night. It seemed misplaced in a neighborhood that needed renovation. We were asked to park on the back-side of the hotel, which seemed like a driveway to a run-down mall with no parking. The hotel was nice enough on the inside. If you just need to get some shut-eye, this will work. I wouldn't stay here as a destination.

The hotel was surprisingly good for the price we paid. It had an unique atmosphere/interior design and the employees were really nice. They had a vending machine instead of a mini-bar. Only thing I missed was A/C.

Overall, everything is very good, the room is clean, not far from the train station. There is only one minus. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower, I waited 15 minutes for the cold water to flow, hoping that hot water would come, but there was no hot water. I had to bathe in cold water.

This was a great place. The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. The staff are wonderful. There was a good restaurant next door and a good Thai restaurant in a close walking distance.

Inexpensive ... get what you pay for. The property is quite dated. I guess is it mostly a hostel? We had individual rooms with bathroom, but it looked like most rooms were just bedrooms with shared bath.

The hotel has functional furnishings with good beds and was very clean. The reception was relaxed and friendly. The breakfast buffet is OK and completely reasonable for the price. Unfortunately there is no elevator and I didn't have any extra heating in the bathroom.

This is a lovely little family run hotel, what makes it great is the owner, what a lovely man, check in/out was completely painless!!! It’s nice and quiet and in a really quiet area, we were travelling for the euro 24 football and it provided us with everything we needed. We didn’t opt for breakfast but the owner very kindly made us coffee free of charge before we headed out
