A comfortable hotel in Cologne-Mülheim, offering reasonable rates even during trade fairs if booked early. A lovely brewery restaurant is located in the same block. Very good breakfast. Easily accessible by public transportation.

This is the second time I've stayed here. It's great. Leverkusen's stadium hotel

Despite my poor English, they were able to accommodate all of my urgent requests. The fact that the hotel is adjacent to a stadium means that you can return to your room immediately after a late-night game, which is a big plus. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who loves soccer, especially the Bundesliga.

Inside the stadium, convenient location, opposite McDonald's, Alonso must win this year, Leverkusen go for it! The only downside is that parking is charged😂

We booked the hotel because they have swimming pool. But when arrived was informed it’s broken and can’t use. If we knew in advance we wouldn’t book it. It would be nice to be informed in advance. But I should have also called and double check before booking it myself.

Each room had a unique decor mine was rock and roll with a Beatles Abbey Road plaque.

Great Stay! This hotel is like a hidden gem! We needed a halfway stop for a longer trip, and we are so glad we stayed here. The hotel is so interesting, comfortable, and clean. Our dogs were greeted with very nice dogs beds, dishes, and treats. The pool was a wonderful treat too!

Overall, everything is very good, the room is clean, not far from the train station. There is only one minus. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower, I waited 15 minutes for the cold water to flow, hoping that hot water would come, but there was no hot water. I had to bathe in cold water.

pleasant hotel for short stay we had a pleasant stay, unfortunately not enough pillows but they did bring another very quickly, no tea or coffee facility in the room which is disappointing, had to go down first thing and pay for a cup of tea!

It’s in a very quiet area and easy walk to the train station.

Friendly staff made check-in/out easy. Underground parking was available on site, no issues accessing, just tight if you are driving a mid size. No elevator on the building we were stay at, this wasn’t an issue for us at all. Rooms were clean with modern decor.

The hotel and staff were great! Very clean and great room. The parking was very tight and we arrived around 7-8pm and there wasn’t any room so we had to park where there was a partial driveway.

Rooms are clean and white large. Beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is amazing. The staff were friendly and if there was one thing to “complain” would be wishing it as in a better location since there isn’t much within walking distance.

The room was what we expected - a place to lay our head for a night. It seemed misplaced in a neighborhood that needed renovation. We were asked to park on the back-side of the hotel, which seemed like a driveway to a run-down mall with no parking. The hotel was nice enough on the inside. If you just need to get some shut-eye, this will work. I wouldn't stay here as a destination.

It was a bit hard to find but the rooms were clean and looked good. The staff was exceptionally friendly. At check-in they even opened the terrace just for me. Overslept my check-out by half an hour and they made no problem of it, charged me nothing extra. "You partied a bit to hard it happens, no problem" . Great people, will go there again next time.

Property situated very close to Subway. We were surprised that they have Fee $.50 for early check in. And for baggage storage $.5 as never experienced any such charges. Room sizes were very compromising two luggage bags and no space to walk. Lobby is nice as usually in same vicinity usually lobby is not that nice. Over all good experience.

This is a huge hotel in a great location, Penn Station across the street. The hotel has been remodeled but still has a lot of art deco features that appeal to travelers like myself. Very fashionable hotel with spacious rooms and friendly service. Excellent value for money. Due to C19 we didnt use any F&B facilities. There is little kiosk adjacent to the hotel, where you can buy drinks, light snacks and candy. No restaurants or bars near by, therefore just 4 stars due to the deserted location.

The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the main railway station and the staff are friendly. I got a room upgrade for being Accor Platinum which was appreciated. Not good I find it hard to understand how this property has a 4 star rating. Gym was a cupboard. Rooms only cleaned and refreshed on request. Aircon barely functioning. It's a great hotel and the staffs are very helpful. The location is perfect and very close to both tourist spot and the train station. The water pressure is not too strong for showers and the air condition panel is hard to use, but the staff helped me to make it work.

Easy to find on arrival and easy for your departure by catching a train to airport. Very cozy bed and clean room with minimal noise. Except the WiFi takes a bit longer to activate but that’s fine.

This little hotel is cheap and cheerful! So close to all main attractions. Room was spotless with excellent air con and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was tasty with something for all tastes. There is no elevator so be ready for stairs. Perfect hotel if you aren't expecting major luxury. Would definitely stay here again 100%!

Good location, clean, beds were very comfortable. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was okay, typical German style.... cereal, cold meats, cheese, bread rolls etc. Only downside is that we were in room 11 which is at the front of the hotel by the entrance..... guests would stand outside smoking which if we had the window open would make our room smell (both of us are non-smokers). Just location. Anything else is under average. Small rooms, smell in corridors, bath appliances need renovation, etc.

The most noticeable about this hotel is the friendliness of the reception personnel. Enter the hotel, be greeted with a friendly smile and "just wait a moment" as they were serving another guess trying hard and quit successful to speak in his mother tongue (French). They should change all their bed mattresses as they are old and cause very bad back pain. We told them about this issue, but they did nothing to solve it.

The hotel is very cautious about security. Before entering, need to press doorbell then the staff will allow you to enter. Also, need to use hotel card to enter into residential area. Impressive to have a small balcony & bathtub in a small room.

The best hotel in the area. Great price quality ratio. Friendly service at the reception desk, comfortable rooms and a very good bar to grab a bite or a drink. The only improvement would be a better fitness area, is almost non existent now. Otherwise very good and only one stop away from the Central Station.
