My girlfriend and I spent three days in this beautiful property 4 weeks ago. We stayed in the guest house in two double rooms. COVID had led to a significant reduction in reception hours, but staff went to some trouble to keep us informed and make sure we had access. Limited choice at breakfast, but freshness and quality very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very charming, Altstadt Hotel and Restaurant, run by a highly qualified, professional, yet friendly staff. Small, modern bedrooms are well designed in this antique building. Very romantic and rustic. 50m from the Christmas market. The owners are very nice, caring and accommodating. The breakfast is ok, the rooms so-so. Nevertheless, we would take a room over the weekend again, because the overall package is just right and you are right in the city center.

Very old hotel in the middle of the city of Lüneburg. Unfortunately not so great in room 11 without a private bathroom (externally across the hall). But the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was prepared with a lot of creativity.

Great hotel in Adendorf, one of the northern outskirts of Lüneburg. The room I had was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Did neither use the spa area nor the restaurant for dinner. Therefore, I cannot not comment on this. The breakfast was standard. Bottomline is a very good hotel to stay if usage of the spa area is planned. For just an overnight stay is the price I paid too high.
