Besides covid requirements there was a very good experience. The employees were very professional and polite. An other advantage was the underground parking. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group. We found the hotel to be exceptional, and enjoyed our stay. If we are blessed enough to return to Wittenberg, we will definitely stay at this hotel again! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were charming, and the food was excellent!

There is very nice place. The birds singing a lot. There is very quiet and the rooms are ok. The breakfasts are ok. The staff is also friendly.

We stayed there with a group of 12 in April 2019 for 3 nights. The staff was extreme friendly and helpful , rooms were very clean, food was delicious. The Hotel is about 6 km away from Wittenberg in a nice quite area. We would book anytime again. Tanks to the friendly team

+ clean + quiet + in the middle of nature + easy parking - relatively far from the city (~15km) - expensive bar & restaurant prices. (eating in the city is a lot cheaper)

This hotel is truly amazing. Very great location, on site parking, and even cute little bags ready for kids! How fun!! Very clean even tho it was small. Good breakfast and beautiful outdoor seating available. Nice staff as well.

Rooms are o.k. - clean and good size. Location is great, directly on the main shopping street, but nonetheless not loud. Breakfast was good, sadly no great variety among the bread- no croissants i.e. The outdoor seating area is not to be missed! Staff was excellent, very professional, helpful and friendly. The complementary sauna is open in the evening and impeccable.

Good Location if you plan to arrive by train, since the train station is ca. 10 to 20 walking minutes away. The staff at the reception was for the most parts very friendly and helpful. We arrived three hours before or rooms should have been ready, but they already where ready for us when we checked in. There would have been the possibility to store our luggage in a room though. The elevator is odd...

The hotel is very good, clean, the rooms are spacious enough. The food on the restaurant is delicious, but some of the staff seem to be doing ourselves a favour while serving the tables. They definitely have space for improvement here.

Location is very good, close to the center and to the train station. Although the room is a little bit small (quite common in old buildings), the hotel decoration is modern and well maintained. Breakfast is fine and lunch was just good, nothing exceptional. Service was good with a friendly staff. There's a nice flat running path around the village.

Small hotel, good to hold a company meeting or summer meetings. Since Wittenberg is a historical city, I m sure this place will be getting good number of guests. Friendly staff and prices are reasonable.

I needed one room for 4. They didn't give me because the room was just for 2. Then We slept by the streets of Wittenberg with cold. Rules are rules...

Location is really near to the City Center so After your dinner you can go in to the City. Service was pretty Good! Didn't saw a room yet

Very friendly staff. The room was great. It was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. I could see the market square from the window. The breakfast was good, good choice. Great tasting bread. It was an inexpensive stay. Forgot my phone charger and the they sent it free of charge. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast options. Right in the centre. Private parking ( narrow access though). Very nicely decorated and quiet rooms. Wifi did not work at first but quickly got another login that worked like a charm. Highly recommended.

Central location, cheerful welcome, large room overlooking Christ Church. Car parking secure. Beer garden very pleasant. Restaurant food good and fresh. Historic building.

Very comfortable old style hotel. Located in the front of Luther's church. Restaurant closes at 8 p.m. ... lovely , historical town. I reccommend to go there.

This Hotel was very nice; the service was very friendly, our room was huge (60m2), the breakfest was delicious. Not to mention that this house was build in gotic times, has a Renaissance staircase and also a king of sweden lived there once. And its vis a vis the famous church where Martin Luther posted his 95 thesis

Excellent, an atmosphere of the past, had a window where Luther posted his theses on the church door just across the road.

Clean shower facilities, beautiful river view. Just 1 picknick table on the tent area. Little expensive.

Clean and nice room, but unnecessarily unfriendly woman at the reception (for no apparent reason at all). Also, unfortunately no direct access to the Elbe.

For camping traveller's it is fine place, Elbe driver flows nearby, pitches are big and campsite sanitary facitilies are good. Wittenberg is almost within walking distance.

The location is accessible by car and bicycle. This is a great location for campers and cycling tourists. Check in is very strange, it was as if we were expected but as part of a larger group. Fortunately there were some English speakers workings at the hotel really helped. Towels were provided but aside from a great smelling handsoap, no toiletries were provided. The shower was working and had hot...

Great accommodation, even greater staff. We were very nicely helped and the lady at the reception went out of her way to accommodate for us! An ideal stop for the R1 cyclists!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. very friendly people and very nice welcoming. 100 points out of 10. definitely recommended to stay. The place is only 150 meters away from the shopping mall. super comfy and nice place to spend your days.

A wonderful hostel, with museum character on each floor. The upper floors are accessible via a spiral staircase, but there are no TVs, but we didn't need one either. Top staff

A really nice stay in the Cranach hostel. The very friendly welcome, the large, beautiful rooms as well as the always friendly service staff gave us wonderful days. I would like to mention the sumptuous and varied breakfast as well as the many decorative details which give the hostel a wonderful charm.

A very remarkable experience to stay in a historical building. The tower itself is 500 years old. We stayed in the Junior Suite, the ceiling is painted beautifully. The room is designed thoughtfully, simple yet elegant. Very friendly hotel staff. Breakfast was with a wide range of options, homemade jams and salads. Thank you!

Lovely little place to stay when you are visiting Wittenberg. Close to the centre of town, yet very quit and peacefull. The only downsides are no balconies nor parking spaces. Parking in town is cheap, though.

I emailed for dinner reservation and they were quick to respond, they even saved us the corner booth! It was good meal and reasonably priced. We speak very little german and the staff spoke little english, but were very helpful and patient with helping us.

Clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Location is near the sights, but not so near as to be noisy. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk; after a long wait and no sign of life, we ended up finding someone by calling down an open cellar door. Similar issue when we checked out. My standard hotel when staying in Wittenberg. Rooms are quiet, location is great, prices are reasonable, breakfast is delicious and shows variety, staff are friendly and supportive. I have trouble with Wifi reception at times though.

A beautiful, decelerating bed and breakfast run out of love for detail. We felt very comfortable and the small, very fine breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We say THANK YOU to the ladies and gentlemen of the house and will definitely be back ... :)

On our bike tour we stayed one night in the advent house. As described in the network, a fantastic pension with only 4 rooms, absolute peace, only 10 minutes on foot to the city center. They are very nice hosts. Attention only cash payment possible.

A great atmosphere to relax. Everything was just right here. The rooms are cozy and lovingly furnished, the courtyard is breathtakingly beautiful - pure vacation. The breakfast was delicious and very nicely presented, nothing was missing. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, we felt well looked after. We would be happy to come back.

Just what you need, with one extraordinary addition: Clean, efficient, friendly AND it has its own brewery with beer garden in the yard and four beers on tap. This place is just perfect for my personal needs.

Well, I just stepped off the train and was looking for a good breakfast. Walked through the Straße for a while and sort of wandered into the Brauhaus to find the nicest kellnerin that explained to me that the breakfast buffet was set up for hotel guests. Well, I asked her how a street guest could join the buffet and she smiled and said ever-so-kindly: "zwölf euro." Wonderful buffet, I did not have...

We were visiting Germany and had our Thanksgiving day dinner there. The waiter was very kind and friendly. The schnitzel was a large portion and tasted very good, and so did the beer. Atmosphere is great. Highly recommend.

Food was absolutely delicious! Beer was also really tasty. For the food quality prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend! Also our waiter was really nice! He was singing the whole time. He was really attentive!

Very nice rustic German restaurant with good traditional dishes. The prices are fair and the food good. Portions are large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No free Wifi (only paid service) which is a schlep. Nicely hidden off the main street which makes it feel like a local family establishment. Centrally located close to many attractions. Very interesting beers that I have not encountered...

Booked a las minute single room in the Tourism Office. The room was comfy and very clean. The lady in the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was also good. The neighborhood is nice, a lot of street art around.

Perfect hotel when you'recycling the elbe radweg or Berlin-Leipzig. Clean room, tasty breakfast, sympathy staff and you can safely park your bicycle. I highly recommend it!

Very nice location for small to large events, from weddings to family celebrations, workshops, dance. Almost anything can take place here. The hotel rooms are tastefully and modernly furnished. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff is super nice and also adheres to the hygiene regulations.

If you value a special ambience and don't want to stay in the "08/15 Hotel", the Piesteritzer Hof is the right place for you! Beautifully located in a historic settlement about 10 minutes by bike from the center, a friendly and appealing room and, last but not least, friendly staff and a very committed, open and courteous boss. This clearly speaks for 5 out of 5 stars!

Very good option for a stay in Wittenberg. Quiet location, safe parking opportunities on the street around the hotel. Essential room, but large and convenient. We employed automated checkin since we arrived late. They sent us messages with simple instructions to get the key from a dispenser outside the hotel, very nice. Gorgeous breakfast.

Very nice Hotel at a great location. Perfect for cyclist touring Europe. I was touring Europe on my bicycle in Jun 2018 when I decided to add Wittenberg to my route. I made the reservation on the internet as I was heading to town. The lady at the front desk welcome me at my arrival with a beautiful smile. My room was clean and ready. They have a storage area for bicycles.

Incredible location, very bright and well furnished rooms. Definitely on the simpler side of things but still very comfortable. Included breakfast was also great.

Great breakfast and the service was great. We had tickets needing printing and the staff did it without charge. Super nice!
