All was perfect during our stay in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was impeccable.

Location is great/central. Hotel is really outdated. Rooms lack plugs, look old in a bad way. Huge TV in room, but their player stinks: films squashed look terrible. Breakfast not worth their price 17€ per person for cold buffet!

Brilliant clean modern spacious hotel room, with communal roof terrace, sauna, free cake at reception & some free drinks in room.
Need rental car to get here, as way out of town. Berlin is just near enough to be commutable to from here for business events or meets (depending on Berlin ring traffic jams!).

This hotel advertises in search engines for other cities (I searched for a hotel in Leipzig and this came as the top result in Hotels.com) and cancellation fee is 90% of the whole price which they demand even if you try to cancel right away you notice that the hotel is in completely another city.
Furthermore the amazing Ukrainian cleaning staff, which keeps the hotel insanely clean, seem to have weird hotel rules, like curfew to be in their rooms at 21 o'clock. Ukrainians are amazing people that deserve respect, not children or prisoners to be commanded around like second class citizens.

Air to the top!
On the whole, a decent hotel, although I must say that we should speak here of a maximum of 3 stars and not 4.
The breakfast buffet is very good, the staff friendly and the interior in and of itself „ok“.
However, the rooms should definitely be renovated. Huge TV, which is cool, but a bathroom that really needs to be renovated. The faucet almost fell apart when I used it and the "bathtub", which acts as a shower, is more reminiscent of my student days.

Good location, nice, clean and spacious rooms. There is a nice spa and rooftop on the top floor. Reception is a bit slow but helpful in all the questions we had about dessau.

Very bad I paid the booking they said the key is in a safe they gave the pin to safe got there and there was no key inside. The number provided goes straight to voice-mail. It's a scam 😒 there was no key and no one answered messages or emails

Poor service and no house keeping at all. So if you are planning to stay more than few nights, bring your own toilet paper, towels etc. Positive thing is a good and solid wifi.

A good hotel with rooms well equipped but strange layout. Cannot say if it's better than any other hotels in Dessau or not but in absolute terms, pretty good
