We liked. Nice hotel, within walking distance of the center and Christmas markets. The hotel has a sauna and jacuzzi. You can purchase breakfast for 9€. Breakfast includes cheese and cold cuts, scrambled eggs, fried bacon, salads, salmon, pastries + healthy food choices, coffee, teas, juices.

It's not luxurious - rooms are simple and clean. They do have a staffed reception throughout the night and the rate was reasonable. Happy to recommend it anytime.

It was nice accommodation, the room was clean, I had a comfortable bed, and I don't want to miss the day and night reception staff ( were corporate ) .
The breakfast was rich & varied.

Stayed 2 nights very comfortable just room only as we were on the go all the time,excellent location 10 mins walk to train station, nice chilled vibe about memmingen town centre, very friendly people would highly recommend a visit

Great location, good service, okay rooms. Our stay was good, the staff mostly friendly, nice breakfast, prices are fair. The rooms however need a bit of renovation, especially the bathrooms. But good for a three night stay.

Not worth the money. The shower have dangerous mold in them. No minibar and old phones in the rooms. Also no heating in the rooms. Noise through the walls and low volume on the TV. It is not a 4 star hotel. I give it 2 stars.

Easy parking nearby, which is big benefit. In a very attractive town, which is fun to explore on foot.
Rooms are business like, ours was too hot from underfloor heating, and had no heater control other than windows. Reception left me feeling accommodated rather than particularly welcome. Gum chewing nonchalance struck me as more to be expected in New York than Germany.
So, in essence, a big, well located hotel, but not a characterful or romantic venue.

Nice room and hotel. I arrived kind of late and the restaurant was closed

Very good location, helpful staff. The rooms, however, are laid out and finished like in the 1960ies. There seem to be some renovation efforts going on (repetion hall seems to be much newer) though.
Really not unpleasant, just a bit like time travel. But then: the whole of Memmingen is like that.
