I have had the pleasure of running two week long events at this venue and it really is incredible. The setting is beautiful and the internal decoration is super cosy. They have wonderful gardens, a stunning outdoor pool complex with sauna and jacuzzi and you are a short walk to the woods. What makes it extra special are the staff. They are an absolute joy to work with and to be around. Nothing was too much trouble and they looked after us all impeccibly well from their attention to detail, the wonderful service and the delicious food! I have severe food allergies and how they managed to make such amazing food I could eat I will never know, but I'm very grateful to. Special thanks Franziskus, Christina, Otto, Sabine, Kit, Lisa, Sebastian, Artur, Michael, Clara, Victoria, Rita, Diana and Vanessa for looking after us so well and really making sure both of our events were a huge success. If you are looking to run an event or just want to have a relaxing weekend away, this hotel has it all and I would thoroughly recommend it!

I regret to say that my recent stay at Romantik Hotel zum Klosterbräu was marred by incidents of unprofessional conduct and theft. During my stay, my Samsung tablet went missing. Despite informing the hotel staff immediately and requesting assistance in locating it, I was met with indifference and unhelpfulness. The situation escalated when I attempted to address the matter with Mr. Bohm, who not only ignored my concerns but also resorted to shouting at my family members when they sought answers on my behalf. This unprofessional behavior is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the hotel's management. Furthermore, the hotel's refusal to take responsibility for the theft and their failure to provide any assistance in resolving the issue is deeply concerning. It's evident that guest safety and satisfaction are not priorities at this establishment. I urge potential guests to exercise caution when considering a stay at Romantik Hotel zum Klosterbräu. My experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned with the level of professionalism and integrity displayed by the hotel staff and management. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against patronizing this hotel until they address these serious issues and demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of their guests.

Very traditional style hotel, with excellent food, and very friendly and warm service!

We stayed at this hotel one night on our way south in europe with family and two dogs. I only have positive to say about the hotel, nice newly renovated rooms, nice spa/pool and a lovely garden to have breakfast and dinner at if the weather admits. The only thing to think about is to ask for a room not facing the church if you are easily disturb as the church bells rang during the night.

The Restaurant is worth a recommendation. All dishes were fantastically prepared, whether it's meat or side dishes. The Service is absolutely friendly. The Gastube itself is traditionally furnished. All in all, perfect.
