I had an absolutely fantastic time! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, but what really made the night was the incredible service. The beautiful barkeeper was not only super friendly and welcoming but also truly skilled at mixing drinks. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves, taking the time to chat and recommend the perfect cocktails for each person. It’s rare to find a place. Can’t wait to come back!

We generally love this hotel. The staff are all very polite and helpful.
As a family of 4, we previously always stayed in a Junior suite. These rooms are very large and fit 4 comfortably (although in all rooms the Sofa bed is very uncomfortable). This time, we stayed in a Superior Room. I added a note to our booking that we were 4 people so we needed space for 4 to sleep because on the photo there was only a double bed plus single sofa bed. When we arrived, the room was only made up as the photo, with a double and a large single sofa. It was impossible for us all to sleep comfortably, so in the middle of the night, I discovered how to unfold the smaller single sofa in our room, then everyone could finally sleep (luckily we had asked for an extra blanket earlier that evening). I don't understand why this was not made up before we arrived. The bathroom is generally nice, but needs updating. The towel rail is quite rusty in parts, so we didn't use it. The room was big enough for us all. We all love the breakfast there. The pancake machine was broken on the 2nd morning, but that's OK, there were so many other delicious options.
You should always book on the Leonardo website because the rate is so much cheaper. The parking is also very reasonable for Munich at €15 per night and the tram to get into the centre is right outside the door. Very convenient. When the price is right, we would always choose to stay here again.

After staying in Leonardo hotels here in the UK I had big expectations for this hotel...we have always been extremely impressed with everything ...we were extremely disappointed with our bed...this was 2 beds pushed together with mattresses too soft and sheets need to be fitted...myself and husband could not cuddle in bed as the beds would start parting and one of us would start to fall through the centre....pillows far too soft also.
Apart from that the room was a fair size and apart from a chip in the desk and a mark on the ceiling the room was in good condition.
Staff were very helpful but unfortunately one member was very rude to my husband when we asked a simple question...she made fun of our question then proceeded to speak to us like we were children...my husband told her she was rude and after she responded with a raised voice across a packed reception may I add she then went on to talk about my husband with another customer .
The hotel itself is very close to the local tram that goes in to the centre of Munich and they are very regular.

For some reason i got upgraded and the room was very spacious and had a little balcony with nice view! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast selection was great! Also they have a car garage for 15e per night that was very convenient! Overall a great experience!

Our family recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The service desk staff were courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast offered good and had a variety of options to start the day right. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the bathroom. The strong smell of mold was pervasive, and visible mold was present around the edges of the shower cabin, shower head and on the floor. The toilet was extremely dirty and had a disgusting slime of bacteria and who knows what. This is a serious health concern that needs immediate attention.
I don’t believe the personnel is solely to blame; the primary issue lies with the hotel management and owners. The lack of investment in maintaining the property clearly shows that their only interest is making money and give nothin in return to the paying guest.

Wouldn’t recommend at all the bathroom was full of black fungus and uncleaned overall with a sewage smell. To add to the discomfort it took 30 min to check in, the receptionist was extremely tired and unfriendly, when we got to the room the complimentary refreshments seemed to have been opened and closed again. When we raised the complaint to the receptionist he wrote it down yet nothing was done (seems being polite gets you nowhere). Mind you we paid 700 EUR for two nights for a business trip, we have now taken this hotel from our company for any future travel. Would suggest to find an alternative.

While in a decent location and meeting the basic concept of a hotel....
The rooms are very small, in serious need of refurbishment, needs housekeeping improvements.
Even worse, during events they increase the daily rate 2-3 times normal. This is barely acceptable with normal hotels. They should feel ashamed doing it with these rooms.

Underground garage connected to the floors with lift.
Some staff members speak Italian.
Excellent position.
I don't like:
Bed too soft.
Access to the hardworking garage with card
to be renewed almost daily.
Two days of water blockage: unexpected event
and only lightly discounted at check out.

My room was upgraded during check in which i find it really great. The room is so big and clean. It is also near the tram station and the location is perfect if you want a little bit peace during your stay. Definitely worth the stay. Would recommend 👌🏻
