Now I would like to respond to the negative reviews here. I am/we are currently staying at the hotel and feel completely at ease. The staff (and they are also people who can and can make mistakes) are very nice, polite, always polite. I prefer a staff member from abroad to an overbearing, arrogant and lethargic staff member, as we experienced yesterday on our evening outing to the famous milk bar. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Which of them at home has about 20 different types of sausage and cheese for breakfast? And also different egg dishes, juices, sausages and fish salads? Several types of bread etc. We also ordered half board and do not regret it. The food is tasty, good and well presented. I know about 80 percent of the 150 five-star hotels in Germany and can say that I have eaten worse and more expensive in many of them. I would like to take a look at the plates of those ladies and gentlemen who criticize here at home. The rooms are clean, large (in most hotels the suite is about 40 square meters) and stylishly furnished. Criticism is always possible (also in my company), but it must be justified, objective and constructive. By the way, I am not related, not married and do not know the management; for me it was and remains only to worry about sorting out a few things.

Excellent hotel, right by the sea. Excellent pools, saunas. Service in restaurants is excellent, organization is good. Food is good, especially breakfasts (buffet). Modern rooms, very good. Bathrooms too. I spent 2 weeks in this hotel and I am very satisfied.

Sehr schmackhaftes Frühstück und eine Vielzahl von Produkten. Super geschmackvolle Halbpension die man auch Mittags in Ruhe einnehmen und geniessen konnte. Tolles Spar- und Wellnesscenter einschl. Hallenbad und Aussenpool. Hier blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Very tasty, I hope that next time you come you will have the sausage with wild garlic, I would recommend you to remove it from the menu if it is not there.

Went there for coffee and cake. Really bad experience. Waiter was totally stressed which resulted in him being rude. The cake tasted artificial, the cup of tea/coffee was small and half empty when served. Never again

It was another great evening at the restaurant and super great food. We will definitely be back next year. Thumbs up from me👍

I have never received the price announced on the internet. Room offers only per email, no online booking service. There is hardly a chance to get offered less than 7 days neither only breakfast. Packages usally end up round about 500 Euro either for 7 days with breakfast or 3 days full package (breakf., dinner). Spa treatment not available on weekends neither the 25m swimming pool (Winter). Fitness classes are gymnastic and yoga, in parallel to breakfast, for 30 min per unit.
Sauna decent busy during dinner time. Food is ok but nothing special or particular healthy. Rooms are ok, nothing special.
Overall there are a lot more places which offer decent gym, sauna, rooms for better value for money, particular more atmosphere and way more flexibility.
