Nice hotel on a quite region of the city

very nice and cozy room, very friendly staff. Only bad things is lightning on the corridors, very dark and they way they setup the lights for room number make it difficult to see at night when is very dark.

Practical little hotel. A bit dated but clean and efficiently managed. Staff are very friendly. Shower is good - a walk-in shower - not a bath shower. (Would give it 4* if there had been double beds as standard.)

for the price of ~50€ /night it was ok. Not that clean place that it looks like on photos. Breakfast was very good, service people were also very kind. I would reccomend it if you need a cheap hotel near Hamburg.

Medium class Hotel on the North side of Hamburg. Interior as in the 1970ties, nice rooms. Easy access to local bus to go Downtown. Restaurant is available. Located in a quite area, but outside Hamburg. Expect 45 mins by bus/Train to get Downtown.

Sehr sympathisches Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, relativ rustikal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, aufgrund seiner verkehrsgünstigen Lage nicht ganz ruhig.

The room is average: furniture looks dated and the moquette looks worn out, bathroom is functional. Breakfast offer is average. Personnel is friendly.

Great rooms, but pillows are a bit lumpy. Checking in was difficult due to an unmanned reception. There is no breakfast available or any other facilities. WiFi details were not offered, needed to phone Aref for it.

For 2⭐️ hotel, deserves 4/5 ⭐️ it’s was pretty clean, comfortable beds and pillows, simple but good breakfast! Very kind host, even they didn’t speak too much English but they tried! I loved the mini restaurant, very stylish decorated 🤩 I didn’t have had possibility to pay by card 😕

Nice room and location. Friendly personel. Room was very noise, not from outside but heard people at the room next to me coughing all night, so thin walls. Also the airco was making a lot of noise so shut if off.

New hotel, nice rooms, good wifi connection. Breakfast could be slightly better. Parking outside on the street is free. Pretty good for 1 night. The location itself is not great, so you should count on a taxi/car to get food or drinks outside the hotel.

This one is of refined quality. Great views, amazing prices, comfy rooms with an atmosphere that feels „smart“ somehow. Even the rooftop bar and breakfast are lovely.

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well presented. Breakfast was excellent, though sadly the restaurant could not open due to covid restrictions, so unable to comment on that. All in all, I would definitely be very happy to stay here again, and would recommend it to friends or colleagues.

Excellent choice if you spend a weekend in Hamburg. The breakfast will satisfy even the most demanding guest and I assure you that you will love the breakfast room too. Friendly and professional staff, clean and nice rooms and parking is free in the underground garage just around the corner. Next time in Hamburg I will stay here again.

Good for tourist except limited wifi.

A nice and clean hotel. It's a bit strange if you stay in the second house and you have to walk through the underground corridor. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is delicious and the staff there is great. The guy at the reception was not that helpful and friendly. The parking lot is quite small. There's not enough space for all guests unfortunately.

Room was really basic but comfortable enough for my short stay. Breakfast was nice and provided a good choice. As stated in description, Wi-Fi was free of charge and worked flawlessly.

A simple medium class Hotel is compensated for its inconvenient location by very friendly and competent staff. The rooms are large, very clean and the beds are comfortable. The Breakfast is for a Hotel in this category exceptionally well. All in all, I have rarely felt in a Hotel so welcome as a guest. Here one has really understood what is the meaning of service. Not very good if you want to visit Hamburg. I've gone with my family (3) for one night so we can visit Hamburg. We've been put in a room at the second floor. The room was decent, but it needs renovation and especially the bathroom which is torn apart. The beds were confortabile and the staff friendly. The breakfast is a typical German buffet one, which is good. It's not very accessible from Hamburg...

Old fashioned hotel placed on the Main Street with shops, cafeteria, different restaurants. I was accommodate in the silent part with a beautiful view to the garden. Breakfast was very tasty and rich. Can’t complain. I was most surprised by the free parking and the quiet rooms, even along the road. One of the better hotels we stayed at during our 40 day European vacation. It's cheap by Hamburg standards.

Cheap hotel. Approx 40 min with the train to the city center. Train station right across the road. Free parking. Free breakfast and 2 grocery stores at a stones throw. Definitely recommended if u have a car n you don't wish to drive in the city center
