Nice room and location. Friendly personel. Room was very noise, not from outside but heard people at the room next to me coughing all night, so thin walls. Also the airco was making a lot of noise so shut if off.

New hotel, nice rooms, good wifi connection. Breakfast could be slightly better. Parking outside on the street is free. Pretty good for 1 night. The location itself is not great, so you should count on a taxi/car to get food or drinks outside the hotel.

This one is of refined quality. Great views, amazing prices, comfy rooms with an atmosphere that feels „smart“ somehow. Even the rooftop bar and breakfast are lovely.

Great hotel, rooms are fine. Only thing it is too warm in the room too sleep comfortably. No means to make it cooler. But great service, good breakfast

The staff is very friendly and on point. The trainees do an excellent job. The rooms are spotless and the meals at the restaurant were not only convenient but delicious. The garage was one of the more ample ones I have seen in German towns, which made it less stressful (no scratches on my rental!) for me an American visiting for a short time.

A quite remote place, or? I like the beds an the crew. Food is so, so, very German style. Limited free parking space. A nice park close by for jogging.

Business hotel. I stayed there with my family as we where on a road trip. Beds are good, over all service was okay, everything as expected. Not for a long stay with family but very good for business or a one nighter with a family.

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well presented. Breakfast was excellent, though sadly the restaurant could not open due to covid restrictions, so unable to comment on that. All in all, I would definitely be very happy to stay here again, and would recommend it to friends or colleagues.

Nice cozy place with a homely and old world feel. Just a bit far away from main Hamburg city but worth staying in. Great and friendly service too

Excellent choice if you spend a weekend in Hamburg. The breakfast will satisfy even the most demanding guest and I assure you that you will love the breakfast room too. Friendly and professional staff, clean and nice rooms and parking is free in the underground garage just around the corner. Next time in Hamburg I will stay here again.

Stayed there for two days in beginning winters of December. It's a small hotel, which is cozy, good rooms, almost all rooms with different themes (mine was on Rose's themes... Practical little hotel. A bit dated but clean and efficiently managed. Staff are very friendly. Shower is good - a walk-in shower - not a bath shower. (Would give it 4* if there had been double beds as standard.)

Stayed here very often on business travel, and I must say while some of the rooms are somewhat ageing, everything is in order and you still get a quiet and decent hotel for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful! If you are arriving by car, make sure you arrive before 19:00h, as the parking lot quickly fills in the evening.

A nice and clean hotel. It's a bit strange if you stay in the second house and you have to walk through the underground corridor. The rooms are spacious. I was most surprised by the free parking and the quiet rooms, even along the road. One of the better hotels we stayed at during our 40 day European vacation. It's cheap by Hamburg standards.

Cheap hotel. Approx 40 min with the train to the city center. Train station right across the road. Free parking. Free breakfast and 2 grocery stores at a stones throw. Definitely recommended if u have a car n you don't wish to drive in the city center
