Nice hotel on a quite region of the city

very nice and cozy room, very friendly staff. Only bad things is lightning on the corridors, very dark and they way they setup the lights for room number make it difficult to see at night when is very dark.

Wonderful! After a long flight, we thought we must wait until 3 pm. but were able to check in at 9 in the morning! A fine hotel. Nice bathroom and the room was clean and big enough. A bit far from Hamburg (40 minutes with the metro). But also nice park and forest nearby. No vegan breakfast options the first night but when I asked they immediately made sure the next mornings.

Good hospitality... The hotel is near to airport.. so it's convenient... The hotel restaurant is open only for, breakfast n dinner.

The rooms were luxurious and room service was there every day, cleaning up perfectly. Only the Internet and WiFi really sucked. When it worked, it took ages to connect and once connected, the connection has huge packet loss and latency. Fastest speed we got was 4mbit/s down. It is powered by m3connect.

Came here not long ago to go to Pie Guys... Easily the best fish and chips in Hamburg. Tastes just like the good stuff we get back in the UK! Real quality 👌 And super friendly chef as well. Can't wait to come back soon.

I had a great stay. I really liked my room, including the comfortable beds. Loved the bathroom, including the low-light option (I hate it when the only option is a bright light that is nearly blinding).

The hotel is very clean and sanitary, the transportation is convenient, and the service staff is thoughtful and enthusiastic. There are various restaurants to choose from around, or you can walk to the terminal building, where there are various small shops, small supermarkets, and duty-free shops, which can be suitable for different choices.

We stayed here for two separate nights. The first room, first night cost more and you could tell the difference in the rooms and price. Rooms 19 then 14. Shuttle bus only ran from 12:15 which would have been more helpful if it started earlier. We had two young children but the walk was only about 10 minutes. Highly recommend for an overnight stay close to the airport.

I needed a room near the airport at late notice and the price was not bad for a last minute booking. The rooms are simple- the bare essentials. There was no milk or coffee with the kettle so you would have to bring your own (there were two herbal teas). I booked a single room and it was quite small. But it was very clean.

we often stay at this hotel, before or after flying out or in of Hamburg. Our car can stay there, and there is an excellent shuttle bus service, and also we both like the restaurant and the bar, and there is only a short walk to a small town also with restaurants and shops.

We booked the Sleep, Park, Fly package where you get a nights stay, parking while flying on vacation from Hamburg Airport and shuttle service to and from the airport. Everything was as expected and it was very nice not having to worry about transportation and parking when going to and from the airport. Very relaxing.

A great hotel to stay in the airport area. Check in is easy and you can get your room digital key so you can go to your room directly. The rooms are large and quiet with walk-in showers and a kitchenette with a microwave and large fridge so if you're there a while you can go to Lidl a few doors away and get supplies.

I have had one of the best experiences in this hotel. It was very close to the place I wanted to go. The staff were super friendly and really took care of my requests. Came late and left early. I didn't use the restaurant but my room was perfekt for a good night of sleep. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. And oh... coffee maker in the room.
