Best Western Hotel Schmoeker-Hof

Hotel location is 45 minutes from Hamburg. The beds are two separate mattresses. No AC and hot as hell.
Window did not close properly.

To top it off, before checkout i had the door locked, a housekeeping member tried to open the door. I couldn't come to the door, as I was in the bathroom. A minute later i left the bathroom and was leaving when I saw a staff member peeking through the window. Very rude and unprofessional, they could have knocked again, consideing that checkout is at 11am and it was 11:15am.

Never going there again. Imagine if i was coming out of the shower..

I made a reservation online when I turned up to the property after driving for 30 minutes I was told that the room was given to someone else. How annoying is this to hear such a very uncomfortable response from a hotel. It was mid night and I had to search around for another hotel which was significantly annoying and frustrating.
While their online availability was still showing as available but the receptionist refused to check me in claiming no room was available.
I never recommend this place at all

Very bad service specially the receptionist who was very rude and not attentive! We booked 4 rooms. In two of the rooms we found many insects.

Started a renovation in the room next to us 8 in the morning, a Saturday. Would not give us a discount of the room, just offered for us to pay half for the breakfast. (Breakfasts are usually included at hotels this expensive)
